He was incredibly professional, calm, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. The entire procedure was so smooth that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Something I honestly didn’t think was possible. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. His gentle approach made all the difference. Negative experience: Went for botox treatment and came out paying 12k without clarifying the payment and price before the treatment they give a price and when you come to pay the price is different , although i like their botox however will not come back again.

Negative experience: I visited dr shaghayegh a few times . My front tooth kept chipping and i went to her to fix it . It kept breaking . I also came for cleaning and whitening. She would charge me a lot for these services because it would be cover by my work . This didn’t happen and she doesn’t communicate well when I message her about it . She just want to make you pay as much as you can for very mediocre service .

Fantastic experience: There are very friendly staff members, they try to make you feel relaxed and calm. The treatment i got was for spots, it uses a machine that sucks up all the infected tissue, like puss, then they heat up the skin with a laser which dries out the pores of the spots to stop the spreading, there was virtually no pain and was quite a pleasant experience. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to S&B clinic for a year now, and I always book with Dr Shaghayegh for my Invisalign checkups. I am always greeted with the utmost hospitality, friendly service and highly trained staff. I can not recommend this clinic enough. They offer a variety of services from Botox, to laser as well as Dr Shaghayegh for all things orthodontics and dentistry. And it centrally located with easy access parking.

Fantastic experience: It is always a pleasure for me to see my dentist Dr. Shaghayegh at the Clinic. She is taking care of my teeth and my new aligners. We are on the beginning of the plan but I can already see a big progress. She is always willing to help even on WhatsApp and tries to schedule appointments according to my needs. I really appreciate her hard work, time and patience she is giving me. She is very professional. I’m always happy to see the whole team as on the reception there are always smiling ladies, offering me coffee or tea and taking care of my comfort while waiting for my appointment. Negative experience: Not suitable for people looking to user their medical insurance, months after I had dental treatment with the dentist I'm still waiting for the documents/papers to claim my refund. The communication with the clinic it's very difficult and the dentist simply doesn't even replies anymore.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, after nine sessions of laser hair removal all hairs are back! Although I visited Dr. Bahar, despite her good behavior; she couldn’t convince me with the reasons she brought( They know my whole journey and still they blame something irrelevant). They blame the IPL, which I did a year back. I have to mention that they were already aware of it, but they didn't tell me the first I start my laser with them. I think it can’t be acceptable instead of finding the root of problem,and giving appropriate solution, they are suggesting me another treatment which means I have to ignore the whole process of laser hair removal, the time and the money Totally disappointed

For hair removal laser there are lots of other criteria’s that might affect the result , such as Hormon’s condition in PCOS patients or any
Hormonal disorder that should be rule-out with with blood test and also using other hair removal devices( IPL)which you had in your history that affects the Real laser efficacy. If you need further professional opinion Please do not hesitate to ask us.
