Fantastic experience: The clinic is very efficient and has a warm and welcoming team. I always have a great experience when booking an appointment. The reception staff is amazing. I’ve been there for few laser sessions and my laser therapist is Aayushma Wagle. She’s very knowledgeable, knows the right setting to do according to skin condition, is very professional and has a great attitude. I also really like Maya and Cathrine— the warmest people I’ve met at any clinic.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for 12:30 PM and arrived around 12:37, only to find the clinic door completely closed. To my surprise, there was a poster displayed outside stating their working hours were from 1:00 PM TO 9:00 PM. I tried calling the clinic multiple times and also attempted to contact them via WhatsApp, but received no response whatsoever. After waiting I had no choice but to leave. Shortly after I left, the clinic finally Answered my call, contradicting the poster and claiming they were actually open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and that I should disregard the sign. This level of misinformation and lack of communication is unacceptable. The one who took my appointment was Katren, I asked for her they said she is in her off day, and the one who answered Me was Karla she said sorry I didn’t answer because I was taking shower or whatever.

Negative experience: I did my upper and lower blepharoplasty operations with N.M. The results were very unsatisfactory. It required another corrective operations to fix both of my eyelids. According to Dubai Health Authority, cosmetic surgery like blepharoplasty, must be performed "only " by a plastic surgeon.

Negative experience: Horrible horrible place… during time of booking they say everything is included and when you come here they show everything one by one and say this will be charged extra that will be charged extra! Even the stupid nozzles of their machine will be charged! Wasted THREE WHOLE DAYS of my time! I booked with them and didnt get an appointment anywhere else thinking im already booked here then when i came here, they show me everything one by one, including the machine nozzle, and say you will be charged for this and that! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! I could have gone someplace else where they would be honest!

Negative experience: Actually it’s very bad customer service I take appointment 2 times for face facial and no one contact me By the way my wife was there for follow up and I am waiting for my appointment and no one care about that
