Negative experience: Iam a nursing Instructor. Today I went to this hospital bcz of dehydration diarrhoea and hypertension the staff don't know to put canula pricked me too many times when I complained about this to Docter .her response and aim was to shift me to other hospital priorly .Nurse told she worked in Amritha hospital kochi has a big attitude Her name is Arathy in Emergency department I was severely dehydrated when I told my condition they continued with the drugs and Iv fluids I have very poor blood values which I will attach file here and really need admission they dont want to admit it was 12 night they want to transfer to phnoenx hospital I requested many times with Dr. Yousra Hamed Mohammed Hamed mourad GD45662 please don't send us at this time please consider my primary treatment its IV fluids for 1 day here atleast during night she want me to shift I had my son with me please give admission here she saw my lab values and made sure that I need admission with my lab reports. I dont have chest pain at all. and the ECG changes are always the same as I was hypertensive when she saw lab results she knows that I will ask for admittion to avoid this She played cleverly for my transfer to phenix she gave me referral and compelled me to go to phenix hospital during night 12.00am with these abnormal lab values telling my ECG values are abnormal Iam on Beta Blockers candastin medication my ECG will always show right bundle block incomplete it's normal for me as iam hypertensive.and now my primary concern was dehydration and diarrhoea she emphasise u can be admitted here in millennium but ECG changes are there so internal medicine available only in Phonix so iam shifting u actually hospital was empty she and the nurses always in mobile not serious about their work we really had a worst experience with this Dr and nurse but other nurses in other departments are good I had stayed here 2 weeks for me and 2 week for my son with pneumonia 6 months before no issues but this Yousra doctor and nurse Arthy poor management lazy working always in mobile 3 times i called her for untrasound my bladder was full her attitude and response was really bad she was in her mobile sitting ..lack of patient care service .please check their performance and patient satisfaction Ist time iam seeing a nurse with such attitude in UAE thank you! Advice these staffs ... please do justice to your job be responsible ,use mobile phone less , Nurse Arathy please show less attitude and behave well with patients good for your future .Dr.please consider patient request

Fantastic experience: I’m Elcy Jagadish, and I delivered my baby on June 3rd under the exceptional care of Dr. Suneeta Jaipal at Millennium Hospital. Throughout my pregnancy, I faced several complications, including placenta previa. Despite these challenges, Dr. Suneeta’s compassion, expertise, and unwavering support gave me the strength to stay positive. She performed my C-section with such skill and care that the entire experience felt smooth and almost miraculous. I was able to recover well and feed my baby comfortably from the start. As an Indian patient, I felt deeply touched by the love and care shown by Dr. Suneeta, who is Pakistani. Her kindness goes beyond borders, and I am forever grateful for the humanity and healing she brought into my life. Highly recommended with all my heart!

Negative experience: I have the worst and very bad experience got from this millennium hospital.Because there is no one for the proper guidence and waiting period was like one day.i have wasted my one day fully there.There was no one for guidence and no proper treatment going on.I will give zero rating for this hospital.This is a hospital right..atleast there is a need of GRE and if it is there means tell them to guid properly patients.And please prioritize the patients and decrease the timing of waiting.

Fantastic experience: We recently had an oppurtunity to experiance incredible service offered by the NICU staff and labor room team from this hospital. I was taken to the emergency at 27 weeks to my pregnancy and had to undergo an emergency c-section.Eventhough the situation was really scary ,it was made less scary by the labor room doctors ,nurses and other staff. Our baby was admitted to the NICU for about 2 months and 4 days .During this period,the doctors and nurses from the NICU provided our baby and us with extreme care and support.Iam extremely thankful for caring for our baby girl as if she was their own.They provided with every medical assistance needed for her proper growth and development in every step .Every procedures and steps were explained in detail to us by the doctors and the nurses which made us less tensed. Thank you for giving her back to us in perfect health.

Fantastic experience: (23rd May 2025) I was 8 weeks pregnant and, unfortunately, experienced a miscarriage. I underwent a D&C procedure today under the care of Dr. Gomathi. Despite the difficult situation, She is very kindfull person.my experience at this hospital was truly comforting. The care and support I received were exceptional. The nursing staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel relaxed, especially Sister Nisha in OT, whose kindness and support meant a lot to me. Fantastic experience: I’m currently admitted at Millennium Hospital, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’m receiving. Dr. Dasin, Dr. Yusra, and Dr. Asma are truly exceptional—professional, compassionate, and very attentive. They take the time to listen, explain, and ensure I feel safe and supported throughout. Plus, Ms Iman she was really sweet !!! The nursing staff is also amazing. They make sure I receive my medications on time, check in on me regularly, and ensure I’m eating well. My room is always clean, and I feel genuinely comfortable here. A big shoutout to the cleaning staff and food service team as well—they’re absolutely wonderful. The cleaning crew keeps everything spotless and hygienic, and the food-providing staff makes sure meals are timely, fresh, and served with care. Everyone—from doctors and nurses to the support teams—is so friendly, respectful, and warm. It makes such a difference when you’re unwell to be surrounded by people who truly care. Negative experience: I really don’t like this hospital , I slept here for some days and my experience was bad , first , they don’t have enough blankets and when my blanket got dirty , they took around 4 hours to bring a clean one since they have to finish cleaning the other blankets , second , the nurses aren’t always available and if they were they will ignore me and my request , like the receptionist when I asked her to call the nurse and she didn’t answer me and looked away , third , the food smells so bad and the taste actually makes me vomit maybe the only good thing is the orange juice here . Fourth , when the AC keep shutting down every time , fifth , the hospital isn’t as clean, the floor of the bathrooms are dirty and much more , this place really needs to get better and more comfortable n cleaned and better service.

Negative experience: My daughter admitted there for 24hrs. The staff is worst and response is dam worst. Never recommend this for inpatients. I don’t about OP’s. Never never go for admission.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the telecommunication customer service at Millennium Hospital. Reaching the hospital via phone has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience. The lines are often busy, calls go unanswered, and when someone finally picks up, the level of service is shockingly unprofessional. Staff on the phone are either dismissive, untrained, or in a hurry to end the call without properly addressing patient concerns. On multiple occasions, I was transferred between departments with no resolution, or worse, the call was abruptly cut off. Basic information like appointment details or test results became difficult to obtain due to poor communication and lack of coordination. For a hospital that is expected to provide timely and compassionate care, this level of inefficiency and disregard for patients’ needs is unacceptable. I urge Millennium Hospital management to seriously review and improve their telecommunication services. Patients should not have to struggle just to get the help or information they need.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service at Hospital Lab and Reception I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at the hospital laboratory and reception. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unhelpful, disorganized, and lacked even the most basic courtesy. The experience at the laboratory was just as frustrating. I was made to wait for an extended period with no explanation or updates. When I inquired about the delay, I was met with dismissive and uninterested responses. The staff behaved as though they were doing me a favor, rather than providing a necessary medical service. There was absolutely no respect for patients' time or comfort. For a place that is supposed to provide care and support, the lack of compassion and professionalism was shocking. I sincerely hope that hospital management takes immediate steps to improve staff training and implement accountability measures. No one should be subjected to this kind of treatment—especially in a healthcare setting.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give 5 stars to Sister Mary and who is working as a midwife at Millennium Hospital. She was extremely kind, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Her care made a huge difference during my experience. Dr. Gomathi is an excellent gynecologist — caring, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout my pregnancy. I felt completely safe and confident under her care. Highly recommend her! The labor ward nurses were absolutely amazing! They were kind, patient, and extremely supportive during every stage of my delivery The reception staff were courteous, but there is room for improvement in managing appointment timings and communication. A little more attentiveness and faster service would make the experience much better. Thank you, Sister Mary, for your outstanding work! You truly deserve recognition.
