Negative experience: Rude management, terrible customer experience and always and only “tentative” appointment The owner pretended to trying to resolve the patient’s complaint over poor appointment making procedure but privately had no shame of ill treating and disrespecting female customer daring to accuse a customer being at fault and the worst in his own office despite the fact that his doctor has already admitted that it’s not the patient’s wrongdoing. Afterwards the owner forcibly grabbed the business card given to the patient from her hand and yielded at the patient that she doesn’t “deserve” his card. Incident reported to DED Small business being small business. Hard to believe such business survives in Dubai.
