Negative experience: They sold me a package and repeatedly canceled/ moved my appointments. When I got pregnant, I requested a refund, but they denied it. If they hadn't canceled so many times, I would have completed the recommended treatment on time without any problems. Very unprofessional. It’s sad, the therapists are actually good, but the management..

Fantastic experience: I met with Dr. Balsam, she is patient, fixed a filling that was causing discomfort. She asked lots of questions that led to better treatment. She offered a solution for grinding my teeth and encouraged me to come back if I had any problems with the mouth guard. I highly recommend her.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this medical center. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve an issue with them, I am still left frustrated and dissatisfied. Back in February, I requested to discontinue my sessions and receive a refund for the remaining amount. However, four months have passed, and all I've received are empty promises that the accounts department is processing my request. The lack of communication from the center is particularly disheartening. Despite their assurances that they would contact me, I have not received any updates or progress reports regarding my request. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark with no clear resolution in sight. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this center to others. Their failure to address my concerns and provide the service I expected has left me with a sense of disappointment and regret. I hope this review serves as a cautionary message for others seeking medical assistance from this establishment.

Negative experience: Dont use their dental service, i went for a tooth extraction and the dentist is very junior she kept breaking my tooth for 3 hours and i was severely bleeding with a cut in my gum, and after the three hours she said that i need to go to an another dentist to re surgically remove my tooth because she cannot go further, i left crying of pain and bleeding and i had to drive to an another dental clinic and it took the other dentist 15 minutes to extract my tooth with no surgery, which tells me how unprofessional is the dr kamkar center dentist and of course i had to pay a fortune to the second dentist, and they refused to provide me a report with the incident So please run with your life and avoid the crying

Negative experience: The worst experience ever, we bought a package of laser cessions and after the first one they cancelled the agreement, now more than 2 months to get the refund and I’m not able to contact anybody except the receptionist, I’m takin a legal action today and raising a complaint through consumer rights. I’m just writing these words to tell you don’t throw your money.

Fantastic experience: Me and my sister visited Dr. Kamkar Medical and Physiothrapy Center and i am amazed with the staff as they are all accomodating and professionals especially Nurse Grace and Subarna. They did a good job with all the procedures they did to us. I will recommend this Medical center and for sure we are going back again.

Fantastic experience: Me and my sister visited Dr. Kamkar Medical and Physiotherapy Center Remal Mall branch yesterday for Hydrafacial and Underarm laser hair removal and my experienced was so amazing. I'm very much satisfied with the result of the procedure that they've done for us. Their staffs particularly these pretty ladies Laser Therapist Ms. Mary Grace and Nurse Ms. Subarna are both accommodating as well as Ms. Cora in the reception ❤️ They're always asking if you feel some discomfort during the procedure. They also explained well everything esp. during the procedure which feels me safe with what they're doing. Definitely I will come back in this clinic and will try also their other services. We'll recommend to our friends too.

Fantastic experience: Went to DrKamkar Medical Ramal Mall Branch today and tried their Hydra Facial Services. I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by Subarna. She did an amazing job on my facial session. She informed me of each product being used and what its for. The staff and the whole reception was very accomodating and kind. Special mention to Ms. Cora, Ms. Emmylou and Ms. Mary for receiving me warmly. Highly recommended and I will surely be back again!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Umika literally saved my completely broken tooth!!! Booked an emergency appointment with the clinic and the doctor was super sweet and completely understanding of my condition both medically and dental. She provided me with all the suitable treatment options and suggested what’s best for my teeth and overall oral health. Her knowledge in teeth is remarkable and she put together a full treatment plan chronologically and mind you she stuck with her word every bit of the way covering up all my concerns. She is also available for Telly consultation and very cooperative and patient! Moreover, her nurse, Sister Subarna, is equally fantastic!!! All in all I’m glad I got to come to this clinic and get my treatment done. Definitely a 5/5 experience.

Fantastic experience: I went to this clinic in agonising pain after a back injury. DR ESSAM did my physio and in few sessions he was able to fix my back and i was able to go back to work. I was scared even to do physio but now i am so confident in the sense he knows what he is doing and he works with high ethics and care. He is really a professional and knowledgeable and down to earth. I would recommend Dr Essam and say that he is one of the best in Dubai.

Negative experience: *dentist terrible service* On 13/01/2022 I set up a appointment at Dr Kamkar Medical & physiotherapy center they set up me to see a dentist called Dr. Umika to filled up a small crack that I used to have almost more then 8 years ago. She did the service and they charge me 550 dirhans for just a small little crack to be filled. By 18/01/2022 - 5 days later it’s come out, the one I was having before last for 6 years but the one they did 5 days later was gone, I call back and they set me another appointment by the next day. Again same doctor. She spend almost 1 hour and a half to fix, and then again they charge me more 250 dirhans for a service that suppose to last at least 6 to 8 years, so by 26/01/2022 it’s come out again - 7 days later, but now when I look at the mirror I don’t see any more just a small crack, a see a whole gap between my teeth, she took it out almost half of my tooth, she make it smaller then the other one, and took the crack part out, without consulting me about it, she damage my front tooth. I ask the money back to go to another doctor to fix it, because the damage now is even worse, they claimed they would just give the money for the second time and not the first time where the service last for just 5 days. Now I have a damage tooth and not my whole money back. I was crying every time I look at it because now if the filler comes out I can’t just walk without it, because I have a whole gap between them and a smaller toot, that I do not knew she did that until it’s felt. So if you don’t want to have your money taken by a bad service that not last, don’t go there. I went o another place and they change me half of that price and did a way better job.

Fantastic experience: Since discovering Dr Kamkar Medical & Physiotherapy Center back in 2007 I have never looked back when needing assessments, sports massage or advice. Being a long course triathlete at a high level of competition I have to say that Dr Kamkar Medical & Physiotherapy Center is a perfect match in dealing with whatever I throw at her after the intermittent periods of smashing my body from all angles. I have worked with a few therapists (due to vacations, scheduling, repatriation, etc.) and I can say that everyone I have met is not only well trained and experienced but also thoroughly dedicated to patient care. They love what they do and the passion shines through with the treatment that is provided.
