Negative experience: I arrived at my appointment time and findout that it was cancelled without informing me. The mistake was of the reception unprofessional, even though she didn't apologise for her mistake. Dental appointment

Negative experience: One of the worst visits to a physiotherapy clinic, poor customer service and very unprofessional staff. Booked me the wrong appointment time and when reaching they will not attend to me while the clinic was empty. I left the clinic with no service provided only waste of time, they did not want to work and it showed by making the situation difficult. Not recommending the physiotherapy clinic at all.

Negative experience: I went for medical attention as i have fever and receptionist immediately registered my details and after more or less 30 min. Nurse call me for blood pressure test (normal) and temperature test (37.8) and unfortunately height and weighing test machine is not working ‍♂️ Then nurse send me directly to the doctor room and first time I encounter that the doctor doesn’t have stethoscope with him to check the patient and he is just sitting down on his chair and did nothing aside of prescribing medicine and rest. My fever is on and off 3 days now since i visited the hospital. very poor service for 50aed consultation fee

Negative experience: Did a pcr test using my passport as am here on a visit. Never received a message or a mail or not even reflected on al hosn yet. Called them several times & they kept blaming al hosn app system. I called al. Hosn toll free number & they asked me to call the lab to send them the reports. Unable to do anything important as my app shows grey even after the test. Very disappointing experience..

Negative experience: we went their with my wife for dental check up and cleaning but the cleaning she did was less than 3mins only which is very far from other clinic which is very intensive. First time I experience like that

Negative experience: Appointment system is pathetic. They don't attend you at the right time. Your allocated time gets delayed. They don't give medical reports that easily. The doctors are not good at all. They prescribed very wrong medicines that caused internal bleeding. Not a professional place. Wastes a lot of time.

Fantastic experience: I went there as a walking for my Travel related PCR on 4th Jan 2021 in early morning. There was a separate queue for both Males and Females. After waiting some time they called my name for initial registration and payment of 80 AED. Afterwards, they sent me in clinic for actual test where nurse took my it using nose swap. In evening, I got my negative result and on same date I received my report through email as well. Overall process was very smooth and well managed, so I would recommend everyone for their PCR test.

Positive experience: I’m happy that they are charging just 80 dhs for the pcr test but what disappointed me is that they didn’t provide a separate line for females. They was rude and made me follow the queue with guys. Very bad and rude behavior.

Negative experience: I was scheduled for second dose for the vaccine yesterday but they told us they ran out of stocks and told us to come back tomorrow at 8:30am. We went there at 7am. The municipality closed the clinic because of the complaints. They were accepting people from different locations even if these people didn't go there for the first dose. I called their hotline. I asked them what to do or where to go and the agent told me "i dont know. Because they are from different department".. Then i asked which department should i call, then she replied "i dont know". I was not even done talking but she dropped the call. Sooooo rude. Agent is rude. The vaccination system is unorganized. It is a mess.

Negative experience: Very Bad experience with PCR test...it's been 32 Hrs still awaiting for PCR result. Go to any other hospital they will give result in 8 to 24 hrs max... But they will fool you saying we are doing retest for confirmation.
