Fantastic experience: زرت مركز الروضة مشالله عندهم استقبال رائع قسم الجلدية وايد حلو دكتورة الجلدية د.خزامى مشالله ايدها كثير خفيفة بالحقن ونتائج وايد حلوة بالفيلر والبوتوكس الله يرزقهم ❤️

Positive experience: المركز بشكل عام ممتاز والخدمات جيدة والأسعار مقبولة ، وأخص بالذكر الدكتور خضر لما يمتلك من خبرة ورقي في التعامل ، ولكن للأسف في الفترة الأخيرة واجهنا سوء تعامل من موظفي الإستقبال بشكل غير مقبول أبدا، وأستثني الأخت إيمان لما تتحلى به من حسن إستقبال ومعاملة ممتازة مع مراجعي المركز للأسف بآخر زيارة تم التعامل معنا من قبل موظفي الإستقبال بشكل غير لائق أبدا ورغم أننا أبدينا إستيائنا من المعاملة لم نتلق أي إعتذار، لولا قدوم الأخت إيمان لاحقا وهي من قامت بالاعتذار نيابة عن الآخرين أنا أتعامل مع المركز من سنين طويلة، وأتمنى من إدارة المركز النظر في الموضوع لأنه برأيي أن الإستقبال هو واجهة المركز وإن لم يكن التعامل راقي مع المراجعين ، هذا الأمر الذي سيضطر الكثيرين بسببه للذهاب إلى مراكز أخرى، وأرجو أن يتم إختيار موظفي الإستقبال بعناية فنحن كما ذكرت نتعامل مع المركز منذ سنين طويلة ولن نحتمل أن يتم التعامل معنا بشكل سيء لأن هذا الشيء سيضطرنا للذهاب إلى مراكز أخرى نكون بها مرتاحين ومرحب بنا.

Negative experience: لا انصح بالعيادة ، عروض مبهمة وغير واضحة التفاصيل بمجرد انك تدفع وتحجز وعقب تنصدم من الخدمات الزيادة الي لازم تدفعها
