Negative experience: اسوء عن جي ما بتشوفون تنقعنا ننتظر ساعه ويانا يهال و على اساس قدامنا مريض واحد من غير دور لكن عقب اكتشفنا انه ٢ دخلوا قبلنا سيئين وايد فالريسبشن و اصلا مافيه طوارئ

Negative experience: Worst experience ever i had here waiting for more then 1 hr while no one explaining anything and when i ask , they say wait doctor doing teleconsultation

Fantastic experience: اشكر ادكتور بشار جراح العضام والمفاصل والاورام كل شكر وتقدير والاحترام على وصفة حالتي بكل دقه وامانة حيث نصحني بان الاسلم رجلي لي دكتور الالشخص لديه خبره في جراحة الاعصاب ويكون متمرس ولديه خبره كافية لان الجراحة صعبه جراحة الاعصاب وبعد ذلك حيث ذهبت لستكمال عالجي للخارج دوله حيث تم اختيار تقريره الافضل والاقرب لحالتي من ٤مستشفيات في دوله حيث نصحني بالادويه اصحيحه حتا تم استكمال الادويه الي صرح بها لحالتي الحرجة جدآ حيث تم تقرير حالتي بصعبه وهي استصال ورم متغلغل بالقرب من العصب نتيجة ضغط شديد جراء الجري ويضغط ع العصب والاتار لمشط رجل عصب حيث الاستطيع المشي الابعصاء مصاحب الم شديد جراء ضغط ع القدم وزراعة عصب لقدم بعدالعملية وله جزيل اشكر كونه طبيب شاطر وماهر ولديه قدرات عاليه واشكر جميع العاملين في هاذي العيادة من حفواة وترحيب وتقديم واهني ادارة المستشفى فيه حيث ان البرفسور جراح العصب روبرت شيفلد همر افضل جراح عصب في اوربا الي متواجد في النمساء بتحديد في فيناء يثني عليه وياكد بان دكتور بشار ممن سيكون له شائن كبير في مستقبل والله يوفقه وحبيت اهنية واشكره من خلال هاذي شاشه حيث ان شكر لايوفيه حقه واوصي كل مريض يعاني من الم مفاصل او اعصاب اوعضام بان يتوجه نحوه لكي يفيده ولكم من كل الاحترام وتقدير

Negative experience: Today I have a bad experience from a staff at first floor, A staff prioritise his known people for a non emergency consultation.when I enquired about it, he make me again 1hour late to enter the doctors room.. I don't why,is he getting any benefits by lossing others valuable time or Is it mediclinic policy includes..? It was OK If he would have communicated with me properly at least .so sad
