Negative experience: I went to this clinic for a facial (30 minutes), expecting a proper deep skin cleansing. But honestly, it was super disappointing. The session felt more like just applying random masks and cleanser. She only removed blackheads for a few minutes and barely took anything out. I left the clinic with my skin looking exactly the same, no real difference at all. Total waste of money and time.

Negative experience: I was contacted by Dr. Duaa Emran’s instagram handler that offered a free consultation session. I very much wanted to go as I have bruxism and interested in Veneers and since I want to visit multiple doctors in order to make such a costly procedure, I was happy to recieve the offer. Unfortunately I was travelling at the time and couldn’t take it. A while later, I messaged them to please let me know whenever the offer was available again. To my surprise, the person replied, “why do you want a free consultation?” And said that if I was serious and really interested, I’d come and have the consultation free if I did the procedure. While I understand that its great that the consultation fee would be deducted, this was an incredibly rude response when I was clearly being polite and exploring my options. I replied that I would look elsewhere for a doctor and they replied, “BYE!” Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Thank you very much Moonlight Clinic for the great experience. All therapist are good for laser treatment, and my favourite special one is barsha for best laser hair removal. I recommend doctor Salah for the best dermatologist in Dubai. The clinic is very decorated, very high cleanliness, the receptionists very helpful, friendly and beautiful.

Negative experience: Bad experience…had booked several sessions together.. later told could not avail the service and lost my money.. not trustworthy The initial 5 star rating was asked to be put in by the clinic staff for a 100 dhs voucher in return.

As our valued customer, seeing that you have made this review just a week ago, we have pulled out your file and saw that your LAST VISIT with us was in 2021 and you were given a very special discounted price for a package with an additional voucher, which was NOT YET FULLY PAID, respectively. Since 2021, we have also record of follow-ups when you would like to come, but you didn't able to. Now, if you wanted to book an appointment and would like to do it for free because you are thinking that you have paid package? How we will do it, madame and you don't even wanted to listen? Negative experience: Unprofessional, no hygiene and worst clinic I have been to in Dubai so far, I didn’t get any dental treatment I left the same way I came, they took an X-ray and charged me for it and when I asked to take a copy as a referral they said machine is broken we can take a phone picture and send it to you on WhatsApp!!! And after I complained they sent me the same screenshot saying it’s the proper X-ray, asked for a refund and they ignored it. SAVE YOUR MONEY, HEALTH and TIME and go to professionals!!
Hi, Ms. Sandy. We are saddened by your feedback. We respect your opinion, however, we can confidently say that whatever you mention is really out of context. First, our dentist is known for her professionalism. The doctor spent and allotted more than enough time to do consultation with you, listen to your concerns and discuss possible treatments, which is suited for you, which you didn't accept because according to you is expensive and you will just do in your country. During check-up, all materials being used with you are being shown and opened in front of your eyes. That is SOP in our clinic procedure to ensure trust and transparency. Second, your claim that you paid for the X-ray is not true. You paid only for the consultation fees, which is just fair and reasonable. You may show the proof that you have paid for the x-ray and we will never ignore it at all. However, out of courtesy, we still have sent you whatever we have despite your repeated threats to complaint in the authority. We keep our respect for you and just tried to understand you as patient. Third but not the least, we take pride in ensuring the cleanliness of our facility that's why your claim that our clinic has "no hygiene and worst" is malicious. We do give value and importance to feedback given by our patient for improvement but someone has to talk only about facts and truth. Otherwise, it will be considered as malicious and deemed only to defame the reputation of our facility and staff. We hope that you will not do something like this to other places, who only meant to serve, respectively. Finally, we look forward to serve and satisfy your standards in the future. Fantastic experience: I like the way they treat th patients, they are very welcoming and polite. The bed, which is used for laser, spins, gives a smooth experience. I really find it smart idea as it helps both nurses and patientst. Hopefully, I will get the results I need after spending 3 years changing clinics. Clinics is very clean, and the furniture color is calming.

Negative experience: If there is zero review I could do it but unfortunately the minimum is one star, I did six sessions of full body laser and the result is worse they just want to get money from patients and the service is poor. Really not recommended

This clinic provides many services for men and women, and I will share my experience. The evaluation of the place in terms of cleanliness, welcome, and treatment is excellent. They have flexibility in booking appointments, and they also have promotions that are suitable for everyone. My experience with them is in the beard laser and the specialist who does the work to locate the hair is very accurate. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic for laser hair removal! I started november 2021 and already noticing major difference with my hair growth. Glenda is my laser technician; she was very comforting when i was conscious about someone seeing my body, and always makes sure to keep up with the comfort and reassurance. 10/10 experience and 100% would recommend to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I do not normally write reviews but the amazing service I received from Dr Ayman gave me no other choice. I had braces on for 8 months, which is a really short time, it made me so confident in my smile. The Dr is very professional, made me feel comfortable and was very informative. I can not recommend him enough if you are looking to get braces. I had several gaps in my teeth that were all closed within 8 months. I get so many compliments on my teeth now, thanks to the amazing Dr Ayman.

Fantastic experience: Just of blue tried moonlight clinic and I liked Ms.Anne services. She was polite and discussed everything in detail and yes, my treatment was on point. Not too expensive as well. Check them out for a lot of packages. I started with something basic.

Fantastic experience: Visited the clinic today and had my very first laser treatment. I was a bit nervous as i did not know what to expect but ms Glenda reassured me and ensured that my session went well and i was comfortable. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Fantastic experience: I'm doing back laser at Moonlight Poly Clinic, the clinic is sanitized after each client, the reception ladies are very welcoming and the therapist is professional and patient. I'm getting noticeable results after each session, and I'm willing to start taking dental appointments there too. Keep up the good work!

Negative experience: Review of Dr. Shamil, Orthodonist at Moonlight clinic. He is rude, started with the wrong treatment, extracted 4 of my teeth that were not required. Overcharges without informing the patient. Thankfully i changed my clinic and now on the path of correcting the mistakes that they did. Please do not trust these theifs.
