Fantastic experience: Doctor Arezu did an excellent job with my pain-free dental filling. She was incredibly kind and professional, going the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly.

Negative experience: I had scheduled an appointment at the hospital a week in advance, and on the day of the appointment, the doctor canceled just one hour before the scheduled time. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering that I was coming from a far distance just to attend this appointment. There was no proper notice, no alternative arrangement, and no regard for the inconvenience caused. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable from a medical facility.

Negative experience: The woman who picked up the phone was so annoyed and non chalant and rude When you hire assistants just let them know that they have to actually do their job and do it respectfully. For reference it was on 2nd july 2025 at 13:34 .

Negative experience: Disappointing to say the least. I’m aware that this clinic does not have an emergency care unit, and I fully respect that you’re not positioned to handle critical emergencies. However, when I arrived in visible distress with a medical concern that felt urgent, I was told the general family medicine doctor could not see me because she had a lunch break in 10 minutes. I wasn’t asking for an emergency procedure—just to be seen, assessed, or guided. At minimum, I expected to be triaged or offered basic support. Instead, I was dismissed without consideration. I understand healthcare professionals need breaks, but a patient in distress should not be turned away so casually. There should be a system in place to assess urgency, even if you’re not an emergency facility. This experience left me feeling deeply disappointed. I hope you’ll review your protocols and staff training so that others don’t have to experience the same. Nevertheless I won’t be visiting your facility anymore and am headed to one that cares about patients.

Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic for two reasons, first to take my mother to see dr. Heba Azzam, Family doctor, who took her time explaining my mother's health and next steps in such a thoughtful and emotionally intelligent way. The patience and the time she spent caring and answering questions was unparalleled. My mother left comfortable, motivated and already has seen improvement in her health in less than a week thanks to Dr. Heba's recommendations. This propelled me to request an appointment for myself, I needed this level of attention to detail in my life, and from my doctor, and I could not be happier. Thank you for your great service Dr. Heba, and the staff who are very kind and responsive.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to Mediclinic Creek Harbour. I started calling from 9 AM just to get the results of a blood test I did the day before, but no one from the call center was able to connect me to the clinic. It was extremely frustrating trying to reach someone. On top of that, I wasn’t given my prescription after the appointment and had to call three separate times before finally receiving it and it was without an ERX number to get it under insurance. then they told me we will deliver it to you and definitely no one called for delivery since yesterday. This is highly unprofessional and not what I expected from Mediclinic. To make things worse, the doctor I saw did not take any real action and simply referred me to another doctor. It felt like a waste of time. With this level of service, I will not be returning to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dr's especially Dr Lee professional staff and nurses

Negative experience: Your hospital’s handling of blood test situations is absolutely unacceptable. I called your center twice to confirm whether I could walk in and do a blood test using the request notes I have from different doctors and have it covered by my insurance. Both times, I was told I could. After fasting since last night and going to your branch, I’m told the test can’t be done because the request lacks ICD coding. You can’t even mention it prior when patients call you and ask you what you need?? I had to wait 45 minutes to get my blood test done!!! Your team is so unprofessional. The level of miscommunication and inefficiency from this hospital is shocking. Don’t go for blood tests unless you are ready to wait for an hour

Positive experience: I really love this clinic — it’s a true neighborhood gem right downstairs from my home. Over the past two years, I’ve had quite a few visits, and every time the staff have been warm, professional, and provided exceptional care. I genuinely love everyone and everything there — walking in now feels more like visiting a friend’s home than a clinic. My only complaint is about the fan by the entrance. During my recent few visits, whenever the automatic door opens, it creates a loud, tornado-like noise that lasts about 30 seconds. It makes sitting in the lobby quite unpleasant, and I can only imagine how disturbing it must be for the staff throughout the day. That said, I’m truly grateful this clinic is part of the neighborhood. It provides excellent care with a personal, human touch!

She brings together compassion, empathy and sound medical advice along with willingness to guide patients with clarity on next steps and short/long term treatment plan. Negative experience: The most horrible experience ever!!!Every time super bad experience in mediclinic Dubai Creek Harbour. It is a nightmare i came with fever almost 40 super tired and in pain the dr was good she diagnosed and has prescribed the medication. But here nightmare started I have asked to deliver to me medication they said it will take time so better you go outside pharmacy and take it but they did not give me laboratory report so medication in the pharmacy can’t be approved by insurance without this report. I started to call the mediclinic have over 10 times they were keeping referring me started waist my time telling about patient portal to register and of course nothing was there, so nobody provided me this report, next day my husband went to ask to print the report and they said they don’t have it and dr is not there noone can give it, when my husband ask to call the dr to check report they refuse and started to blame me why with high fever I didn’t come back to take report immediately from pharmacy. This is horrible and dangerous that the medical professionals instead of helping blaming the patients why I didn’t know i need to have the report instead to print and provide immediately. They didn’t give even direct number to the clinic. Till now no solution and nobody there even try to helpThey refused to give any management number or invite someone responsible!!!

Negative experience: I visited a clinic in Cree, the reception staff are incompetent, they cannot answer simple questions, I will choose another place for treatment

Fantastic experience: Dr. Laura Kassing is amazing! She really took the time to understand my knee issues from every angle instead of just giving a quick diagnosis. She ordered all the right tests, including blood work, to make sure my cartilage wear wasn’t caused by something hormonal, which I really appreciated since I’m still young. Thanks to her, I’m feeling so much better and more confident in my activities. If you need a great orthopedic doctor who actually listens and looks at the full picture, I highly recommend her!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I paid more than 3k aed for blood and urine test. HIV-1 QUANTITATIVE (PCR) UROGENITAL PATHOGEN PANEL (MULTIPLEX PCR) Doctor told me that’s around 1-2 days to wait for. I called multiple times to check if it’s ready. Bad communication. Nobody called back. I decided to go to the place, their clinic. They told me that the test is actually taking 5-7 days due to “logistic issues”. Meanwhile the test itself is PCR which takes 4-6 hours for procedure. I’m forced now to make test again in another clinic. Most likely I will request refund.

Negative experience: I have called this center more than 15 times over the past 3 weeks to book an appointment and to get connected to my doctor. No one ever picked up the phone, they only call you hours later or the next day. It is so frustrating. I can’t call, I can’t speak to the doctor, I can’t book my follow up appointment. I need to physically visit the clinic to get simple information. This is not acceptable. I regret attending this place for my treatment. I am a client at so many other clinics and they are always reachable within maximum of two rings. That’s the minimum standard. Edit 21/02/2025: I visited the branch again today to see if Dr Sujata is available. The personnel at the registration [Faye] was extremely rude and had such an attitude on her. I told her that it’s an emergency and that I’m having a reaction to one of the prescribed medication and still she had the nerve to tell me that the doctor is not here so they cannot call her!!! It’s a shame because Dr. Sujata has been really helpful and very informative. But the call center and registration staff are just incompetent in dealing with patients.

Negative experience: Editing my initial review where the first visit was great but since then it has been a nightmare to even reach them or speak to anyone. Been trying to get my medication for 2 weeks and every time you call you are told the doctor will call you and nothing happens. I am also supposed to have an annual scan for my bloods and it was due now and I have to chase up to remind them. Overall bad service not going to use them in the future

Negative experience: You can never reach them (emergency or not). They lack certain doctors and scheduling any appointment is a bit of a nightmare. Their ethos seems to be "we'll call you back with the information you need." They don't have a pharmacy and suggest you to order medication from Dubai Mall, but that service is also horrendous (good luck getting those meds within a reasonable time). Also, some of the doctors just don't follow up, you have to chase them. All in all, their admin needs a lot of rethinking and restructuring.

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with acne for the past year and finally decided to see a specialist. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience with Dr. Aiza. She was very attentive, listening to all my concerns. She answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. Her protocols is already showing results. It’s only been a few weeks and my acne is already much better. I would definitely recommend her

Negative experience: I visited a family medicine doctor at Mediclinic Creek Harbour with high fever (39.5C) and coughing for 5 days. I honestly never felt this sick in my life before. The doctor was kind, he checked my lungs and took a rapid test for influenza, which was negative. He told me "I am lucky that it's not influenza, because I would feel worse and unfortunately these viruses sometimes last 5-6 days with high fever". He also mentioned to "continue taking inflammatories". Two days later I ended up hospitalised with pneumonia on both lungs. After two weeks, I am still recovering. I don't blame the doctor for the complication. However, after 5 days of high fever, I expected better care, more tests and more specific instructions what to take to avoid complications.

Negative experience: This review isn’t just about this location, I’ve had a similar experience at two other locations as well. If you need to request your blood test results, an X-ray, or even just a prescription number because they made a mistake (not you), good luck! Good luck getting a hold of a real person, and even more luck finding someone who actually cares enough to send you what was promised. Instead, you have to call ten times, wait on hold forever, and chase them down just to get what you need. It’s incredibly frustrating. I keep going back because they have good doctors, but their administration is absolutely terrible.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nanor and all the nurses are wonderful, especially Jini. They were all patient with me as I had to bring my daughter with me to the appointment and Dr. Nanor and Jini did a great job of making us feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Nanor really helped me so much with the ear pain I had and I feel much better now. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I came to Mediclinic Creek Harbour shortly after moving to the area for snoring and was attended by Dr. Nanor Tchaglasian and I have to say it was the best piece of luck I’ve had since moving to Dubai. Dr.Nanor is warm, friendly and put me at ease right away. At the top of her game, she got me through the initial test, explaining everything to me in a way that was easily understood and game me peace of mind. When it came time to perform the operation I knew I was in good hands as she was performing the surgery. After the surgery, she called to check up on me and called again the day after to see i was recovering well. I was truly blessed to be attended to by such an excellent professional and I cannot say enough good things about the medical care i received at her hands! If there were more than five stars, I’d have no problem giving them as she has more than earned them!

The clinic is modern, clean, and well-organized. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment we walked in. Our pediatrician was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us, making sure all of our questions were answered. Fantastic experience: Great experience. Very clean clinic and ALL the staff are well trained and super professional yet friendly. Our interaction was with Johnnathan (head nurse) who was beyond helpful, welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure my father in law was well taken care of. Dr. Laura (Orthopedic Surgeon) and Dr. Dragana (Internal medicine specialist) were also very nice and welcoming. Same with Maria (Radiology technician). Negative experience: The worst blood test experience in my life. Coming second day I a row to give a blood. I had never issues with veins until now apparently. First day nurse was very kind and tried her best, shot and missed it , tried again she managed to get some blood but lost the vein, asked me to come next day, second day comes , same thing , first shot and it’s missed! The nurse called college I suppose that was head nurse to help. Yes, she succeeded but that was the most painful needle in my life, and I had many, and never I was scared or anxious about needles, Dr, and procedures, now I am! Thanks Absolutely worst, I’m not joking when I’m saying I left clinic crying and I’m not a crying person! Or writing one star reviews , but that just got me out of space! Have just had the comprehensive medical ; staff were wonderful and accommodating with everything - could not have been an easier or less stressful experience. Highly recommend. Negative experience: The worst clinic in dubai unfortunately they care only about money.. overpriced.. to see a doctor u have to pay 950 AD .. unprofessional staff. Go to city mediclinic .. staff more professional and u pay less.

Positive experience: Les réceptionnistes ne sont pas agréables et peu serviables, sauf le garçon là-bas. Ils font souvent des erreurs et des fois ne vous rappellent pas suite à l’envoi à l’assurance. Dermatologue excellente. Dr Simon Lee très bon également.

Negative experience: Communication with the doctors was smooth; however, exams were conducted for the wrong issues. Additionally, the secretary is very slow with insurance requests, resulting in significant delays.

Negative experience: I had an appointment yesterday at this clinic, where the doctor prescribed additional examinations before making a diagnosis, which is reasonable. However, the secretary informed me that they needed to obtain my insurance pre-approval before I could proceed with the tests. Since then, I haven't heard back from them. My insurance company confirmed that no request was submitted, and I have been unable to reach the clinic by phone. I recommend avoiding this clinic if you need efficient medical support.

Fantastic experience: Im very happy with my experience with the creek harbour clinic, i got my second degree burns treated fast and all the staff was kind and attentive to details with my case. Dr Simon is a professional when it comes to his craft and the nurses were amazing as well. The assistant nurse Meenu was very kind and professional and takes her job very seriously. My best experience with a clinic so far.

Negative experience: Hospital that looks like hotel and dont have basic equipment instead sending ppl to city hospital for normal stuff. Call center ofc impossible to reach as if u are calling the bank and not hospital which you want to answer immediatelly for urgency.

Negative experience: I have had a very terrible experience with dermatologists. They changed the appointment time three times, and finally confirmed it for 8:40. However, when I arrived, they said the doctor would not arrive until 10 o'clock. The constant changes in time disrupted my schedule, and what's even worse is that when I arrived, the doctor was not there, and they completely disregarded the needs of the patients. I think the staff here needs to strengthen their training in order to improve the quality of service.

Negative experience: One of the worst clinics in Dubai. Although they have new equipment and competent doctors, their staff is completely unprofessional - they will never book you appointment in time, nurses cannot do anything etc. We have so many problems with them after our doctor moved from one of the biggest clinics in UAE, it’s mind blowing. I warn you to never go to this clinic. If you have an option - go to another one.
