Fantastic experience: I recently had veneers and teeth whitening done by Dr. Fady, and I’m honestly so happy with the results! Everything looks so natural, no one could tell I had any dental work done, but I’ve been getting so many compliments. I look more polished, and naturally glowing. Dr. Fady is very professional, approachable, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.. The entire clinic staff was also so friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and at ease. If you’re looking for a dentist who delivers beautiful, natural results with a team that truly cares, I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Irreversible Damage Done to My Wife’s Teeth تجنّبوا الدكتور خالد تماماً. زوجتي ذهبت لتقويم شفاف لتعديل بسيط في الأسنان العلوية، لكن التجربة تحولت إلى كابوس. بدون شرح أو موافقة واضحة، قام بحفّ أسنانها الأمامية مما أدى إلى فراغ لم يُغلق وجعلها أقصر وغير متساوية. كما تسبّب في تكسّر سنّين من الخلف والأسوأ من ذلك، عند إزالة المثبتات في نهاية العلاج، قام بحفّ الجهة الأمامية لسنّين من الأسنان الأمامية الأساسية مما ترك ضرراً واضحاً وتشوه في مظهر الأسنان. زوجتي كانت محطمة وقضت يومها تبكي من الألم النفسي. دفعنا أكثر من ١٤,٠٠٠ درهم، والآن سنضطر لإصلاح الأضرار باستخدام الفنيرز، الطبيب الآخر الذي زرناه كان مصدوماً من طريقة المعالجة ولا يمكنه تصديق أن إزالة مواد بسيطة تسببت بكل هذا الضرر. وفّروا على أنفسكم المعاناة — لا تثقوا بهذا الطبيب على أسنانكم. Avoid Dr. Khaled at all costs. My wife went for clear aligners to fix a minor issue with her upper teeth, and the experience turned into a complete nightmare. Without proper explanation or consent, he trimmed her front teeth, creating a gap that didn’t close and leaving them shorter and uneven. He also chipped two back teeth in the process. To make things worse, when removing the composite attachments at the end of the treatment, he somehow shaved off the front surfaces of her two most important front teeth, leaving them visibly damaged and rugged. My wife was devastated and cried all day. We paid over 14,000 AED, and now we’re having to fix the damage with veneers. A second dentist was shocked at the poor handling and couldn’t believe how the removal of simple attachments could result in such harm. Save yourself the regret — do not trust this dentist with your teeth.

Fantastic experience: Amazing work by Dr. Nada, she really knows and understands of my teeth condition, moreover she is super details. She makes a good team with her assistant too. The first time I met her , she carefully explain on how to do to my teeth since i have 3 problems : bridge, root canal and implant. The bridge and the root canals treatment have been done perfectly by Dr. Nada, and am super happy of the result and am sure she will do her best for the implant. Thank you so much Dr. Nada

Negative experience: They provide different prices for the same procedure depending on how much your insurance covers (inflating the cost fraud). Never provide them your insurance before they give you the cost for the procedure you need (in my case they kept refusing to provide the cost of dental implant until they check my insurance even though their advertisement said AED 2000 implant + crown, in their own words the price can only be decided until the insurance tell them how much is covered). Also make sure your consultation is free as they ask for money after your free consultation (AED 200 in my case)

The cost of dental implants is very expensive but the dentist Especially Dr, NADA is very knowledgeable about the procedure so they can help you out with the surgery and the procedure is not that easy how many months is that and how many days but the results was very amazingly and look normal tooth. Even I did the root canal treatment everything is very smooth and there are very careful even for instructions about what you will do with the tooth i was really satisfied with the results and I am very happy because of the best Dr, NADA The best dentist that I can recommended to everyone . Of course I want also to mention the assistance of DR,NADA thank you for being patient and understanding about my procedure I know is not that easy but everything is going smoothly... again thank you❤️❤️Satisfied Client her

Negative experience: My experience with the pediatric dentist was horrible, she is very arrogant, never listens to parent concerns and treats children in unprofessional way. She even mentioned a story about another child who she yelled at, and was very ok with it. That was an instant red flag for me. Later during the app, She kicked us out of her office as she didn't respect our input when it came to our son. Very disrespectful person doesn't deserve her title at all and we will officially complain to HAAD. Will never recommend her to any parent. And they better get rid of her cause eventually she will ruin the center reputation.

Negative experience: تجربتي ويا العيادة كانت سيئة جدا ركبت الفينير عند دكتور فادي متى بعد ما ركبت الفينير صار عندي الالام بالأسنان خديت الوضع عادي وفكرتها حساسية عادية بعد حف الاسنان للأسف صار عتدي التهاب جدا حاد باللثة والريحة سيئة مع اني مهتمة جدا بنظافة الاسنان ولثثتي بتنزف دم وصديد رحت كتورة اسنان قالت لي انه في عصب المفروض يتقطع ما قطعوه وانه التركيبة متركبة بشكل غلط تواصلت مع الدكتور على أمل انه يكون حل أو علاج كلمني وقال انه مسافر وراح ياواصلو معاي بعد العيد لين يومك ولا احد تواصل معاي وما بيردو والالام فضيع فأتمنى ولا احد يكرر نفس تجربتي مع العيادة وهذا رايي قلتو بكل مصداقية وطبعا كلمتهم بخصوص استرجاع فلوسي عشان اكمل علاجي مع عيادة ثانية واغير الفينير اللي بالفك السفلي رفضو فحاليا بتعالج ع حسابي الخاص وبغير فينيري ع حسابي الخاص

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental clinics in Abu Dhabi. I struggled for many years to find a dentist who provides good service. I did teeth cleaning/whitening, loved the quick results, and found the staff super friendly. The cost was affordable compared to other overpriced dentists. I highly recommend Dr. Nada for her comforting personality and excellent care.
