Fantastic experience: Dr. Nael is truly the best doctor in the UAE! I did my braces with him and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He’s an expert at what he does, very professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. He always took the time to explain everything clearly. His skills and attention to detail are on another level, and you can tell he genuinely cares about achieving amazing results for his patients. He also uses advanced medical technology to ensure the highest quality treatment. I’ve been coming to the center for years because they have advanced equipment and the best doctors. I’ve also been treated by Dr. Nibras and Dr. Ziad, and each one has been professional, caring, and extremely good at what they do. The staff are always welcoming, the center is clean, and you feel looked after from the moment you walk in. Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic during my laser hair removal sessions. From the beginning, I felt that the staff lacked professionalism and proper communication. The technician seemed rushed which made me feel uncomfortable and unsure about the treatment. She never tried to clean my face b4 starting nd i had to much of burnt on my face. I will never go back there

Fantastic experience: It was my first time in Bissan MC, i took my daughter to the dentist and the journey started from the search for a good dentist, found and booked an appointment, searching for a parking (paid parking), entering the MC, welcoming us, visiting the doctor (he was so nice, smart, diagnosed my daughter situation very quickly, planned and treatment after explaining the situation to us, proceeding to the xray, payment, booked the next appointment after 2 days. The staff were friendly and professional but the smile was absent . The waiting area is acceptable, the atmosphere in general was nice and quiet. The price was hummm acceptable.

Negative experience: سيئين جدا من ناحيه المواعيد والانتظار قبل فتره عملت حشوه اسنان عند الدكتوره لارا وضلت شهرين بتوجعني جدا وعلى كلامها اول شهر طبيعي بس زاد الوجع ولمعه الي في السن فظيعه رحت لدكتور تاني في عياده اخرى الحشوه كلها غلط واعدت الحشوه كمان مره والامور حاليا تمام ومافي وجع ولا لمعه وكمان حكتلي بدها تلبيسه علما بانو الموضوع ابسط من تلبيسه والسن فقط بدو حشوه

I have no regrets trusting his judgment—he continued with scans and photos even after we were supposed to be done, just to make sure everything was flawless. I’d also like to give a special thanks to Dr. Nibras for her incredible support with several whitening sessions, which I’m really happy with. She also treated a cavity I had, making sure I was comfortable and ready for my upcoming trip. Overall, the experience has been 10/10. Fantastic experience: Went to visit dr.mohammad Taha, was the best. Very expressive about what needs to be done, checks up on the pain scale. I am super fearful of dentists and have anxiety regarding dental procedures but he made it a very pleasant experience. Super experienced with a light hand, i have a bunch of sessions with him and i look forward to getting treated by him!
