Negative experience: Had the worst possible experience at this clinic and would never recommend anyone! The receptionist is so arrogant and not suitable for a Customer interface position. Making an appointment is useless as you will not be attended to in time due to walk-in emergencies as he insinuated! Talk about the female doctor, she was not welcoming at all and after I had to greet her first she didn't respond and went on typing on her keyboard, only to say "Yes, what brings you here?" when she was done! She wasn't so helpful at all, even made me wait for insurance approval for tests which I had told her they won't be covered and I had money to cater for! The only good experience I had was with the Pharmacist and the nurse.

Negative experience: Extremely the most unprofessional clinics you can attend, the receptionist talks rudely and waiting is not anything less that 2 hours even for just an enquiry from the doctor...the branch in Jumeira village circle #JVC is the worst i am here now and nobody cares,no updates, nobody follows the lines ,nurse who check vitals are busy talking while we wait on the line ,after getting tehre she only took my blood pressure with the smallest size and i am huge which hurts, she forgot to check my weight and height which is basic knowledge which i had to chwck myself and she requested to know after and the only male person named Royd can literally get to your nerves..if go to jvc amsa 1 better ask for someone else.

Negative experience: Terrible reception!!!! I know we were just walk-ins, but they only attended to us again when we approached them for an update. They even prioritized others who arrived later than us. We waited much longer than the actual check-up, and they weren’t even apologetic for the inconvenience they caused!!!!!!!

I came to remove my tooth as I went in other hospital also to remove my tooth but due to the pain I couldn’t remove .. but he removed it in just 2 minutes .. I am so amazed by this work , and also while removing tooth he keep on encouraging me and removed my fear I am really thankful to him I would recommend to visit him , he is the best thank you so much Dr Shebin once’s again I am so grateful

Fantastic experience: Recently I got an infection on foot Thump, I visited the Right health JVC branch for my treatment, Dr.Manohar sir was done with the procedure in a very perfection manner,and I am visiting the clinic for dressing every alternate day, here treatment is excellent and Nursing and reception staff is very polite. Negative experience: I will not recommend this clinic at all cost. 1. Reception are rude in person and call 2. Place doesn’t look clinic, dirt everywhere. Not sure how DHA allowed this 3. Unpleasant smell outside and inside the Doctors room. 4. They dont take vitals signs or history in the triage room 5. I have requested them to cancel my approval, as I am not confident in their facility. I have to call them more than 5x just follow up not mentioning the 4-6calls not attended. They will keep saying I will call you back in 5mins, 4hours later no calls happened.

Negative experience: Unbelievable!!!!! I got referred to this clinic by my insurance for specialist and I tried to make appointment and they told me the doctor comes once a week and he only comes on Saturday from 2-4 and I made appointment at 2 and I took off from my job to come on my appointment and once I got there they told me the doctor is not coming today and come back on Wednesday. Is this some kind of a joke? Why no one called me and informed me before I took day off from my job? Why no one bothered? And when I confronted them the Indian guy receptionist said I wasn’t even on the appointment list, so I made a call and made appointment and they didn’t even wrote it down my name. When I asked why the Indian guy told me on the day I called the cleaner was there so MAYBE he answered the call! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THIS!!!! AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! And when I asked is there anyone I can talk to the Indian said am the only one you can talk to. UNBELIEVABLE. THE WORST KIND OF CLINIC IN DUBAI!!!

Negative experience: This Karama JVC clinic made me very disappointed today. My client name is KyiKyi Naing. I made advance booking on Wednesday evening. When I called this booking person was tell me my Dentist is on leave instead of her other male dentist Dr. will do for me. I asked him are you sure, because I check for my issues with lady Dentist Dr. He said no problem madam normally they are handover that this Male Dr. also can do for your issues he said that. So, because of that I booked at 4pm on today. I didn’t received any call before I leave from my home. Even I’m late 10minutes of my appointment. Me and my husband long working under the sun after we reached the clinic this reception take my ID. Later he speaking with Dr. long time and later he called me to say about my insurance approved from Lady Dr. that why currently Dr. can’t do my issues. I’m aware of that and it’s make sense. But questions WHY NO ONE DIDN’T CALL ME ABOUT THAT BEFORE I REACHED CLINIC . ALSO WHY RECEPTION NOT FOLLOW UP WITH BOOKED PERSON BEFORE PATIENT COME RECEPTION GUY JUST EASY TO SAY SORRY AND HE POINTED ONLY THIS MISTAKE COME FROM BOOKED PERSON. All Dr. are amazing but reception and booking person are doesn’t work properly their duty and responsibility. Booking persons they all should know about related information about their job as well. I’m so upset about this happened to me. Even this reception guy was telling me regarding about that I can come and speak with their leader. I was asking him I need to come again to speak with your leader because of that. That time he changed sentence we will give your number to our leader he will call you. No words to say with him. Please next time I want instead of SORRY , do work properly and respect of our time.

Negative experience: Very bad. Stay away from that clinic if you really care about your health and life! I sent there my maid with very high blood pressure, as a result until now (72 hrs later) results not ready, medication not prescribed, they released her from clinic without giving any pill to reduce high blood pressure. Now they called her and said you need to re-do another analyze in our lab that located other side of the city. (This analyze she already did the day before yesterday, we didn’t get results and it expired they said haha)) seriously??? I lack words.. just chose another place of you have need medical help.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic through my insurance after I had been with a fever for about 4 days, as the temperature persisted and I had complaints of a cough, red throat and pus in the throat! At the doctor’s appointment, the temperature was 37 because paracetamol was taken before leaving the house! All my complaints were ignored, at the appointment and the doctor told me that 37 is normal, that I am completely fine and that it is not pus but phlegm and I should not eat spicy foods and gargle with warm water without anything! We also took a general blood test, which revealed a decrease in lymphocytes and an increase in neutrophils! Based on these results, I was told that there would be no prescription for therapy, even though I asked for therapy because I was not feeling well! As a result, after few days my health has worsened I went to another medical hospital with a temperature of 39.9 and I was prescribed therapy and the necessary examination was carried out! I don’t understand the point of such appointments where the doctor doesn’t even get up from his chair to examine the patient and ignores all complaints and practically refuses to prescribe therapy and is not interested in further examination to identify the cause of the disease! It is also extremely strange to see the doctor’s shoes lying under your feet in a medical clinic in a doctor’s office, since she is sitting barefoot at the table! I do not recommend under any circumstances visit this medical clinic!

Negative experience: The Indian receptionist was so unhelpful!! He should not works in hospitality as his attitude is not supported towards job he is having! I came, no Greeting, immediately rejected! No pediatric doctor , no offer alternative, I was assigned from other clinic I drives far away and when I reached! He said, your appointment 2pm! There is a reason putting at 2pm!!! Simply socks attitude!! And he said it loud people can hear around the clinic! You can tell, other way I am willing to wait anyway but his approach so not professional at all!! Need training badly for him!!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff. They didn't have a lab there for blood checks but been to so many clinics like that. These people take 24 to 48hours to get the report. Now more than 24hours over and now they are saying mayb today evening or tomorrow morning.

Fantastic experience: The place is overall good. Reception is quite cooperative and guides everything very nicely. Dr. SARA MALIK examined me very well after proper anamnesis. I was taking medication for 5 days, and there was no improvement at all. She properly diagnosed and prescribed medication. The next day after medication, I'm feeling very well. All doctors and staff who gave me IV infusions are very co-operative and responsible. I highly recommend Dr. Sara Malik and this place.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost some doctors here dnt even bother to get up from their seat and examine the patient. I met doctor Sara Malik saying i have allergies on my hand and i have already taken anti histamine. She insisted that take the course for 10 days and everything will be fine. I m on day 23 and still having problems. I m not sure how without examining the doctor can prescribing medicine

Negative experience: Hi, We have been visiting Right Health Clinic for over a year and a half, and the doctors have been excellent, including the gynecologist, pediatrician, and general practitioner. Alongside the doctors, the support staff, including the nurses and reception staff, have been very receptive, patient, professional, and kind. However, recently, we have encountered issues with a staff member sitting at the left corner of the reception. This individual has been extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacking in empathy. Here are the issues we have faced with him: My wife, accompanied by our two kids, had completed her visit and only needed to make the payment. He told her that other patients were waiting before her, implying she had to wait. This behavior is unacceptable. I personally approached him to check something on the system, and he responded by showing a stack of Emirates IDs, implying he was too busy to assist. It is inappropriate for someone in a healthcare setting to speak this way to patients seeking help. On May 14th, my daughter had a high fever, and the doctor recommended a suppository, blood test, swab, and urine test. When we went to the nurses, I placed my daughter on the bed, and this same receptionist stated that we could not proceed without approval and suggested we leave and come back later. This is an unacceptable response when a 3-year-old child is suffering. Is your concern money? We have had the same insurance for the past two years and have always been treated well at this clinic. I explained this politely to him, but he kept repeating the same thing. I even mentioned that the nurses and pharmacist knew us and could vouch for our situation. Eventually, the nurses took a photo of the screen, completed the formalities, and provided the necessary care for my daughter. Despite this, he was so rude that he later questioned the nurses about why they proceeded with the tests. These nurses have consistently provided excellent customer service, and it is inappropriate for him to challenge their professionalism. I urge the CEO and all CXOs to review whether the promise of integrated care for all patients is being upheld at Right Health Clinic by this particular staff member (who sits at the left corner seat in the evening next to a female colleague).

Fantastic experience: [Visited dentist Dr Shebin Varghese] I recently took my 9yo daughter to this dentist, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. After being quoted over 3,000 dhs for a dental job elsewhere, Dr Shebin assured us that those treatments were unnecessary for her and provided a cheaper alternative. Not only did we save a significant amount of money, but this dentist and the dental nurse also demonstrated great empathy and patience, especially with my nervous child. He created a comfortable and reassuring atmosphere that helped alleviate any anxiety she had about the visit. We're grateful for his expertise and compassionate approach, and we'll definitely be returning for all our family's dental needs. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Never recommend this clinic , i went for headache ,hand pain and for my acidity one of GP she gave me direct injection (Devit-3) without any test any report and syrup for acidity and its been a week i got full body pain and too much headache, i visit again she told me to take panadol ( not worked ) Then i visit again to see another GP he talked like I’m lying to them so disappointing , I’m the one who is suffering not them ( i should cry in front of them ) and he told me to take some pain killer and he said take tablets for acidity … he just talked too much out of topic I went there bcz of previous GP (she left already)

Negative experience: Worst expirience ever! I went there just cz its close to my home and covered by my insurance. I was very sick with t 38° and cough but their termometer shoed normal t°. They gave me some meds and for 4 days i got more sick. When i came for follow up, they just gave me antibiotic. Not even send for blood test or xray. Doctor not even listen what i was saying. Im still sick ater all.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC IN JVC. My friend is still sick after a week. How can a doctor never used his stethoscope to check up my friend having cough. Never checked her throat or heartbeat or lungs. He just diagnose the patient by looking at her face. My friend is the one who is saying what might be the problem and he's like "it could be" or "maybe". I will make the doctor's name anonymous out of respect as a person.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO IN THIS CLINIC - WRONG MEDICATIONS GIVEN - WRONG FINDINGS Their GP originally gave me a medicine for my throat pain for 5 days then I came back since there was no improvement so he gave me antibiotics and after 3 days I feel nothing changed on my throat problem so I went to get a 2nd opinion in Prime - they told me to stop drinking antibiotics and gave me medicines which the next day made me much better Their Male GP - do not know what they are prescribing! Imagine if I finished all that antibiotics for nothing. So my suggestion is to AVOID this clinic at all cost! I used to like it here with their previous Female GP but she's not there anymore. BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sana Wasim is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my babies health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. This practice is terrific. Dr. Sana Wasim combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of paediatric care. I highly recommend becoming her patient! Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Big thank to Dr. Vimla Bai. She did root canal treatment and filling. I was suffering from severe pain and she helped me a lot. She was very caring and attentive, very professional and she made sure that my issue is sorted 100%. She is my dentist now.

Negative experience: I called 9:39am to check what time the pediatrician will be in and he said till 7pm, he asked if I want to make a booking, I told him I will come directly because we just usually come over without booking. Around 12:45 when we arrived at the clinic and that’s the only time I came to know that the pediatrician will arrive by 2pm. So I asked for the option to see the GP, maybe he can help. So my daughter was seen by the GP, and he said my daughter is normal, without touching her and he told me to get a 2nd opinion from the pediatrician. I went to reception again to tell him what the GP told us and the rude receptionist told me that available slot is 4pm. I was in shocked as he’s serious that he’s asking us to wait from almost 1pm till 4pm. I told him that he should have told me over the phone and the moment I reached the clinic. I don’t know if he’s really a receptionist as he don’t have any qualities of being a receptionist. Considering that the patient is a baby so I don’t know why he don’t have a bit of empathy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ayesha was so pleasant. She helps my sister get the right medicine and be treated well Caring and soft spoken but with authority.

Fantastic experience: All thanks to Dr.Rekha she is not only a doctor she is an amazing human, she is caregiver and responds all massages at all times, and the reception people are nicely taking to the patients.

Negative experience: There is no service at all, the receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all, they can't even have proper time managment, every appointment will take 30 minutes always to wait minimum

Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic with one of my friend who is so sick and we dont know our insurance details and then from the front desk they call the insurance and help us to find our insurance details and they give a good treatment as my friend needed . I really want to say thank you to those two guys... They are really nice with helping nature... Really appricite these guys Krish and Mandeep. Personally i will say this a kind of humanity..
