Fantastic experience: Great experience having a complicated case of impacted 3rd molar. Dr. Abdullatif Duksi did an amazing job. The entire procedure was majorly painless. He makes sure that you feel comfortable and you don’t feel any pain. He is very professional and accommodating - I highly recommend him! Great support also from the receptionist Clark who is also very accommodating. Also, the fact that they operate 24 hours is a big convenience.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed and Deeply Concerned – Avoid This Clinic! I visited this clinic to get a simple cavity treated, but the experience turned into a nightmare. Instead of resolving the issue, the treatment was done so poorly that it caused internal damage to my nerves. Now, I’m facing a long, painful, and expensive corrective treatment to fix the harm they caused. What’s worse – they did the same to my child. As a parent, this is heartbreaking and infuriating. We trusted them with our health, paid in full, spent our valuable time, and ended up with even worse dental issues than before. This clinic is not just unprofessional – it’s dangerous. I strongly urge others to stay away. What happened to us should never happen to anyone else. Please protect your family and seek treatment from a qualified and trustworthy dental provider.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, i called at 12:00 midnight with a severe pain, the lady said she will call back, she never called, i had to call back to remind her at 1:00am , after that i secured an appointment at 2:00am, reached there on time and i found two patients in two separate rooms getting attended by the same doctor, even though am waiting in the chair, two new patients came in and after asking the lady she said they would start before me. We are talking midnight, no one even asked me if i want water neither asked me what about my pain. I believe the clinic only cares about money nit patients. I would never recommend them by any chance .

I came in with severe wisdom tooth pain and a lifelong phobia of dentists, but Dr. Abdullatif, Jeriel, and Julie completely changed that for me. Dr. Abdullatif was incredibly patient, always smiling, and made me feel so safe. He explained everything gently, never rushed, and somehow managed to keep me calm through a procedure I was dreading. His kindness and professionalism truly saved me from pain—physically and emotionally. *Jeriel*, the dental assistant, was by my side making sure I was okay every step of the way. Even in the waiting area, he checked in with me, supported me, and treated me like a person, not just a patient. *Julie* at the front desk was also beyond amazing. Despite me being in pain and not in the best mood, she remained kind, patient, and comforting. She took an extra mile and helped make the whole process feel manageable and smooth. The clinic itself is beautiful and modern, but it’s the people who make it truly exceptional. They welcomed me, supported me, and took genuine care of me. I can’t thank them enough—this team is amazing amazing amazing. I walked in terrified, but walked out relieved and grateful.. PLEASE GO TO THEM YOU WONT REGRET IT

Positive experience: Very mixed. Great dentists but poor administration. You show up on time just to be told Dr is busy. 10 minutes wait last an hour. No courtesy to call in ahead of schedule to inform on possible delays. I personally don’t mind waiting but just be honest with time you need me to wait.

Negative experience: I came to this clinic with acute pain, the doctor checked and said that there was a hole in the tooth, I knew about it in principle. When a patient comes to the doctor with pain, the least he should do is at least give a painkiller injection. When I asked, he answered, can I give you anesthesia or prescribe a painkiller??? Seriously??? He said that the tooth needs to be removed, What do you mean removed We can just clean the canals and cure the tooth ….. I came with pain and left with pain.. Sorry but it’s was my first experience with like this service…..

Given the time, and the fact that this was the only 24 hrs dental clinic in the city, we feared the worse: sleepy staff, rude doctors, bare minimum what we got was the opposite. Dr Ratab and his nursing and reception staff were all courteous, generous and attentive. If you have a dental emergency at an odd hour, go here without worry as long as Dr Ratab is there.
