Negative experience: A month ago just do veneer in this clinic but its just 4 months my veneer all gone as the dentist told me before i do start more or less 5 to 10 yrs it will stay as long as you will be carefully of course i say yea will be careful …but its only 4months my veneer brookes ..but i have warranty i went back to clinic and fix they fix of course didnt pay but 2days just fix the veneer it brookes again …im very careful my teeth but,i dont know what did they done why its like it should be my worst experience nothng okay bad quality…very upset

However, I was made to wait for over three hours, despite the fact that there appeared to be no other patients at the time. When I inquired about the delay, I was simply told to wait, without any explanation or update. This lack of communication and disregard for patients’ time is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve your scheduling process, communication, and overall patient care.

Am fully satisfied Today is my fifth day after co2 fractional laser for face . Negative experience: Hi - i would like to write a formal complaint on how my veneers are done and would like to arrange a refund - it HAS NOT even been even a year and my veneers keeps on falling off with NO proper solution- ever since i had it since around May 2024 last year , all i had was problems that kept me coming back to your clinic that i spend on - still for how many months until feb , march 2025 , same problem is happnening till you ask me to get a mouth guard which again ive waited for so long and again additionally paid for - plus - the new reception/coordinator rarely respond UNLESS i will keep a follow up myself. I dont think the amount ive spent and my PATIENCE that ive shown is being respected to be honest . Now i have a new dentist and clearly, the way my veneer was done was absolutely horrible with lots of spaces that will definitely create damage to my natural teeth, the bridge that was placed already cracked , LOTS of discoloration. ALSO, my old dentist made it so bad (pretty sure the new dentist assigned to me after the old one resigned in your clinic just did not want to highlight since shes working in the same with you now) - which she tried to fix and clean a little (excess and discolored bonding) , UNALIGNED veneers , which my new dentist clearly stated as well. CONSIDERING THIS ,i would like to request for a refund of at least half of the amount i paid - which i think is very sensible - as its my first time having veneers , i dont have e anything to compare the process from before - also , pls refund the payment i made for the mouth guard - i dont need it anymore, DID NOT claim as well - ALSO , i will never come back to your clinic , since i think i was only being assisted before because of the old receptionist who was very nice and knew how patient i was with all of u guys , BUT since she resigned , i dont think i matter anymore and since im fully paid as well , service is not the same anymore . I m waiting for a response asap . Thanks.

Ho ricevuto flebo post-operatorie, gestione del dolore e persino visite in hotel — non una sola volta, ma diverse volte! E la cosa più bella? Dopo l’intervento, Yousra è venuta a trovarmi con della frutta solo per tirarmi su il morale. Ora ho dei denti nuovi e perfetti — ma ciò che ricorderò di più è la cura e l'affetto che ho ricevuto a Mediverse.

There is no means of communication to anyone able to assist to make proper appointments. They don't understand requirements. Very happy to take payments upfront but service is virtually non existing.

Fantastic experience: I saw one of the comments and she mentioned because of her sensitive skin and also the fresh scars which she had, doctor from mediverse polyclinic advised her to not go for laser treatment and co2 which after the examination they let her knew of it which I think they did the best job and it was amazing from doctor which he let her know that there would be problems if she does them. I had exactly the same problem (DEMODEX) which thanks a lot to doctor, he showed me the right way and I ofc i followed him and after a while we had 2 HydraFacial and after that i said WOW this is what i have been looking for a while. thank to all the staff and members and amazing doctors.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick, and I was assisted by a nurse within just three minutes. She explained the procedure and wanted to take a picture, but when I clarified that my concern was my body scar rather than my face, she seemed surprised but accommodating. After taking a picture of my scar, she applied a numbing cream and informed me that I would need to wait for an hour. However, after the wait, I was disappointed to learn that the doctor was unavailable and that they could not proceed with the service. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had traveled from Ajman and had taken my only day off to be there. Despite explaining my situation, the staff failed to offer a satisfactory solution, leaving me feeling that my time was wasted. I found their lack of professionalism disheartening; they should have been clearer about the availability of services beforehand. Overall, I cannot recommend Mediverse Clinic based on my experience. It was disappointing to see a clinic with such potential fall short in customer service and communication.

Ayrıca cilt nemlendirmesi ve yenilenmesine odaklanmam gerektiğini söyledi ve Profhilo da kullandım. Fantastic experience: I have rosacea, and I went to Mediverse Polyclinic to receive treatments in the fields of PRP, CO2 laser, hydrofacial, HIFU, and fillers. I had been waiting for 30 minutes for my turn because the clinic was really crowded, and I was curious as to why it was so crowded. I wanted to argue with the doctor, but when I met with him, he apologized a lot. In the end, I found out that the reason Mediverse Polyclinic is so crowded is that they do the best job at the fairest price. At first, I thought that consulting with the doctor would cost money, but surprisingly, it was free. After my free consultation, the doctor suggested all the treatments I mentioned above. In the end, my face looks much better than before, and I feel amazing about it.

Fantastic experience: I went to Mediverse Polyclinic for a lip filler treatment and had a consultation with the doctor. Since I had a few small acne spots, he suggested I try CO2 PRP or a deep hydrafacial. I did 4 sessions and was really satisfied with the results. I also had lip fillers done, and I found out they have a dentist as well. Since the consultation with the doctor was free, I spoke with him and decided to get an implant for my back teeth, along with veneers for the rest of my teeth. Now, I have a beautiful smile and I'm really enjoying it! The prices were amazing, and what really caught my attention was that they have their own laboratory at the clinic, so my case was handled right away. A big thank you to the receptionist team, nurses, doctors, and the laboratory team (Yosra)!

Fantastic experience: Every one is very friendly, the services are very good value for money. The packages offered show that the team has great knowledge of the skins process in healing. Going back as soon as I can have a new co2 Photos below are 3 hours after treatment - treatment is for around the eyes tightening : see before - eye lid drops over my eye, after : while eye lid is lifted revealing my eye shape. YAY There are some places in Dubai charging 1000s for co2 : here there is the basic option and then the extra Lux version, not one time did I feel pushed to take more services - instead a plan to do treatments every 4 weeks until I’m happy with the result : this is a great way to do business because it makes me feel they listen and also not just trying to get more and more money.

Fantastic experience: I had a situation where my implant failed I had to have 4 implant and the 1 failed The dr and management supported me and we came to examine with cbct . The situation was hard and I was quite upset with clinic . After examination. And support from Dr Iman and the management we came to understand , that my bone was not able to accept this implant . Due to minim thickness and other option needed external sinus lifting To make me happy and satisfied the Team did very well by making The added artificial bone . We followed up and after2 months we placed one more We did impression and first time the work came dr rejected and second time the work was prefect This situation can be expected and you may face normal complication . The Team mentioned this to me and we followed up. Now my smile is prefect and really nice I have attached the picture What made me happy at Mediverse is that no matter the complication and issue they would not let the circumstances go . They were with me in all complication and supported me . They don’t randomly place the crown we first got and they spent additional to make sure I have a better fit . Negative experience: I underwent a dental implant procedure in June 2024, and as of January 2025, the process remains incomplete. The clinic has been unresponsive, rarely providing updates or answering messages. During the initial consultation, the doctor assured me the treatment would take a maximum of three months, but it has now been nearly seven months with no significant progress. I paid the full amount upfront in June, yet I constantly have to follow up instead of receiving proactive updates from them. Each visit to the clinic requires over an hour of waiting time, only to be told they lack the necessary equipment. The service has been extremely disappointing, and even the owner ignores my requests for updates. I do not recommend this clinic, especially for those unwilling to tolerate poor excuses and internal issues that ultimately affect the patients because for sure, you will snap and lose your temper.

After paying a significant amount for what I expected to be high-quality care, I was left with veneers that felt uncomfortable and started to fall off within weeks. When I reached out to the clinic to address the issue, their response was slow and dismissive. The entire experience was frustrating, and what they advertise in their social media is far from the output that I had hoped to achieve. Talk about expectations vs reality!

Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I was left waiting for several hours to see the doctor. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be recommending their services. However, Dr Noor is very professional, conducts herself with outmost respect, takes her time with patients, and always gives her best.

Just recently i did veneers consultation with Dr Madhurya, she is so passionate in her field that she explains thoroughly the step by step procedure abd convinced me to do so, also they have installment payment plan for easy payment like tabby. Fantastic experience: I had a very welcoming experience during my first consultation. Joice (receptionist) was so accommodating and the dentist, Dr mazen never got tired of my unending questions and extremely knowledgeable with his profession. I decided to have my dental implants and on my 2nd visit, I've received the same welcoming smile from Joice together with Kim (manager). Was a bit scared but with the assurance of Dr mazen and Kim, everything went out well. There was a bit of waiting time which is understandable since they are giving equal and quality service to their patients. Well done to the whole team. . Looking forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I used to have no permanent aesthetic center to aide my needs like my regular botox treatment, not until I get to know Dr. Sanobar from Mediverse, very knowledgeable and patient, she never stops not unless I am satisfied and happy with the results and listens to patient’s concerns. Along with her is her assistant nurse Ahlam who is always friendly and accommodating. I would also like to commend Ma’am Joyce from the reception.. she never gets tired assisting me with my schedules and queries at all times. Very positive and cheerful person indeed.

Negative experience: Staff were nice approachable reception, somehow my veneers come off just after 3 weeks and was told it’s common but I know it’s not normal. Veneers should be a typically long lasting dental restoration that can last for many years with proper care.I can say that the bonding is not strong or a defect in the veneers themselves.

Negative experience: horrible experience on my 2nd visit at this clinic. i did hifu for the 2nd time and waited for 1hr total for the treatment with appointment! when i arrived, i was surprised i waited for like 20mins until they called me to see the doctor first after i followed up with the reception. i was quite confused when i see the doctor as i saw her already from the 1st visit and she doesnt even have my profile and didn’t recognized me (i doubt that receptionists (2 filipina ladies) didn’t recognized me as they have my profile on system when i arrived). as rule of thumb, clinics must have your profile and records right?! after this waited for another 20mins until i ff up again and recep decided to put me in a room and applied the numbing cream into my face then another 20mins waiting til finally the nurse ahlam did my hifu and this time she didn’t do it well like the first time. she seems so tired and im also expecting she will take a pic of my after photos from the 1st visit to see the difference but she didn’t but instead asked me which i let it past as its just my 2nd visit. so i started to complain abt the waiting game and she just smiled and blamed reception that they didn’t sched my appointment and was not on their system. the receptionist doesnt even ff up and checks on me while i was waiting unless i followed up myself and i didn’t get any apology from the staffs as well, they just keep on praising me abt my looks and clothing and oh girl, didnt work for me. no, no! so strange and unprofessional! they are also understaff so when it gets busy along with the walkins, they will just waste your time. btw in between my session, the doctor keeps on coming to treatment room to ask the nurse abt a medicine and felt uncomfortable she also told me that they dont know abt my sched. with this experience, i will not be coming back!! so beware of this clinic!

Negative experience: BIG TIME DISAPPOINTMENT! I had an appointment with Dr. Rabanni (Dentist), which was scheduled today at 4PM. I arrived at the clinic around 3:45P to avoid being late. 4PM came but i was asked to wait since the patient before me needed to have his/her teeth scanned. So I waited until 45 MINUTES passed, and I asked the receptionist on what's the hold up and she advised that I will have my turn in 15 minutes. Trying to understand the situation & how busy the doc is, I waited. Waited actually for another 20 minutes but that was it. When I said I needed to leave as I am from Fujairah, only then I was told that the scanner had technical issues. All this, and I was only told after 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES OF WAITING! Sorry MEDIVERSE POLYCLINIC / Dr. Rabanni. You need to learn to VALUE and RESPECT the time of your patients. I am from Fujairah and I gave you my time, on my day off and have to travel just to see you but it was just a waste... Was really looking forward to my appointment only to be disappointed BIG TIME! I hope I am the last patient to experience such disappointment from your clinic.
