Negative experience: Very very bad experience, I had six session of laser from another clinic after that I booked 3 sessions of laser from solitaire In first session they use very less intensity that they were no results laser , when I complained, in the 2nd session they increase intensity too much that it burnt my skin and I'm having marks of burn all over the area. Then, I cancelled the 3rd session. And then if you ask them for refund , they will say they don't have refund policy , which they didn't mentioned or told before the payment.

Negative experience: Hi- I started one regener package with 4 sessions of PRP , after taking money in advance in first session it is more than 6 weeks there is no follow up . Even when we call them they say doctor said not now , however at the time of getting payment they commented but now they don’t want to provide service. Poor service, poor treatment, poor community, very poor management. There is no benefit from treatment. Guys Please carefu before joining them for any package. You may stuck and will loose your money and time . If you want more in details please get in touch with me .there review of appreciation looks like fake . Please careful

Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had today at your clinic. It was a given, and I received a reminder from you before the train, which is proof that you were being cautious. I organized my day and drove over 20 minutes to arrive, only to be surprised after waiting to find out that my appointment hadn't been recorded because the doctor wasn't there, without even a proper notice or apology. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism in the client's time. We trust the clinic and are committed to our appointments, and therefore, the clinic should reciprocate this commitment. What happened today was a waste of time, and I hope you review your approach to managing appointments and communicating with clients. Frankly, what has become has been forever disobedient. The travel appointment was postponed for some reason, and I have not received a single call from you to apologize or reconsider the delay!!!

Negative experience: They use very low frequency of laser so u can do a lots of sessions, i did 7 sessions and still didn’t see good results, and also so many times they gave me dirty towel used by the customer before me be careful!!! I will never go back there again!!!!
