Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Shilpa Sudhakaran for a root canal treatment and crown fitting on an upper molar (ancestor tooth). Overall, the service was very good—Dr. Shilpa is professional, friendly, attentive, and ensures patient comfort throughout the procedure. The root canal went smoothly, and her team was helpful and courteous. However, I had to visit multiple times for the crown fitting because the initially measured crown did not fit properly. It finally fit well on the third attempt. While this extended the process, I appreciate her persistence in getting it right rather than compromising on quality. #recommended

Negative experience: I really don't recommend this clinic. I availed of a tooth implant with cleaning after the operation they made me wait 6 months for healing.when I came back after 6 months the doctor who did the operation was no longer there so the doctor who installed the teeth was different what they did to my teeth was so really ugly. I spent a lot of money and the result was horrible. Im living in Al Ain, I went to Abu Dhabi to get my teeth fixed, but it wasn't worth it. I said maybe they could fix it but they just ignored me. They haven't even cleaned my teeth because it's no longer a promo. Most of the staff is kabayan , they're worthless, they won't pay attention to you after you spend money.

Negative experience: The hospital is dirty, a dentist's assistant in dirty gloves helps the dentist, the dentist after brushing his teeth spoiled the tooth, loosened it and wanted to remove it to put a crown. The sister just got on the money. It's a dirty job, it kills both the doctor and the assistant.The doctor recommends removing all healthy teeth and installing crowns, do not go there to treat your teeth, a dentist from India will only make it worse for you, the dentist does not guarantee the crowns that she puts in place of teeth.Teach the dentist and assistant to change gloves after each client. At least. They sawed out a healthy tooth, put a seal, they came up with the idea to put an implant, the prices are as if they were professionals in their field. The seal was put on top of the old seal, horror. 600 dirhams were charged for the seal. Don't go to this clinic. The horror!
