Negative experience: we visited your clinic last week with my child to see Dr. Reema. Despite having an appointment, we waited over two hours. Reception simply said it was "too crowded," which is not acceptable. If appointments cannot be honored on time, they shouldn't be scheduled. Additionally, Dr. Reema’s treatment felt rushed — braces adjustment took less than 10 minutes without feeling that the teeth were even cleaned. This experience made us feel that patient care is not a priority, only payment.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your clinic recently. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing and felt no better than a government hospital in terms of service quality. There appears to be a serious lack of professional procedures and protocols in place. I had to wait an unusually long time for my blood test results without any clear communication. Additionally, the behavior of the reception staff was unhelpful and disrespectful. Instead of being courteous and supportive, they acted in an authoritative and dismissive manner. As patients, we come to the clinic because we are unwell and in need of care. However, the behavior and attitude of your staff only added to the stress and discomfort. I strongly urge you to look into this matter and train your staff to handle patients with the kindness and professionalism expected in a healthcare setting. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the patient experience at your clinic.

Negative experience: They are not giving information about their Drs after the dr left their clinic which is annoying. They are telling lies also about the information of the Dr regarding duty. Negative experience: They are not responding very well to my concern and they take too much time to reply. I felt neglected. The doctor is great though. But I hope I can contact anyone for my concern since its hard going back and forth to the clinic due to being pregnant. I felt neglected after paying the full amount for the package. I felt after paying, they will neglect you.

Doesn’t prescribe unnecessary medicines and he don’t make you scared about your disease, but give the entire brief about your diseases and will guide you properly. RIGHT MEDICAL CENTRE have a well equipped lab, which we can’t find in many of the normal clinics, where the other clinics has to depend on the labs outside their premises. Here, we can get the lab results within minutes including HbA1c results. They have doctors for all segments… highly recommended

Negative experience: Very unprofessional Dr I met till date yesterday i visited Dr Sharmin in Right medical center abu shagara as she was the GP available yesterday i was down with fever cold and cough took panadol and went to her after i am stable and able to step out of house after consulting her she suggested random tests for fever and asked me i should come to her with fever on and she couldn't treat me when i dont have temperature. When i asked for sick leave certificate she said she cant give like that and i insisted her as i need to submit in my office she refused to provide me later after the reports came she just gave me present day when i asked her give me for 3 days as I need rest as i know fever wont go down in a day she said she wont give !!!!!! What was issue in providing sick leave when even they charge for that!! How can a Dr say a patient you have to come when fever is on how she expect that patient would be able to visit her in unstable condition... very unprofessional Dr in UAE

Negative experience: Had one bad experience with a GP doctor. I went there with cold and bodypain on monday,ate medicines for 3 days(antibiotics not prescribed), later the situation worsened and went to followup on friday due to cold,chest congestion and breathing issue.checked temperature and bp, which was normal.went to doctors room.what she said before asking anything is 'i cant give u any sick leave'.like that i went there for sick leave. I am sitting 2 metre away from doctor.didnt even checked with sethescope, i dont know without checking with sethoscope they can find any chest congestion or breathing issue.any way prescribed antibiotic.my company also accepted medical leave with that prescription only as they see my situation on last day. Fot that GP- as per UAE law full pay sick leave is for 15 days only.nobody can take leave as per their wish above that with fake sick leave.(May be some are misusing it, but dont think everybody is doing the same.)

Her treatment plan always works for me and by the Grace of Almighty, I have recovered. She has good understanding of children's issues as well. When my kids have viral infection or upset stomach or any skin issue, she's the one that I look upto. Her treatment has always helped my kids. If you are looking for a doctor who combines medical expertise with a sincere commitment to their patients, Dr. Shabana Irfan Naik is the one. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I was already frustrated of the OB-Gyne from 2 big, well-known medical institutions here in UAE and we are in our last attempt to search for an OB-Gyne who can explain to me properly what is going on and what to do next with my pregnancy after the frustrating treatment that was given to me by another "well known" hospital. And yes, our attempt was not in vain. Dr. Girija - the Ob-Gyne from right medical clinic patiently listened and understand what exactly happened, and she gave me all the pros and cons of my situation. Which is completely different from what i experience from the previous medical institutions. She listens, weighs and informs the possible outcomes, gives suggestions accordingly while thinking not only for your health, but for your family's well being. I strongly recommend Dr. Girija as an OB-Gyne, she is well experienced and a compassionate doctor.

Positive experience: For MOH SICK leave clinic reception collecting patients credit card details which they have to spend some money and collect the cash or card payment... the owner has to take the necessary steps to support the clients and patients..

Negative experience: They have rude GP.sharmin rahman, i request here clinic attend paper she refused to give me, Sick mentality.

Negative experience: Few staffers , specially the insurance coordinator’s behaviour is not good. I came to know that insurance for my wife after GP referral has been rejected due to some reason. When i talk to insurance company, they inform that they couldn’t find any proper diagnosis report. And therefore insurance was rejected for the lab test. However staff is telling consultation is rejected. I called again to the insurance company and they told me to resubmit the approval request again by clinic. When i went to the clinic it was it is informed that consultation is rejected by insurance. I explained the Clinic that, this is renewal and waiting period ie. One year is gone for maternity coverage. I paid overload charges also to cover the maternity. But instead of listening to me he is telling I don’t know. In other clinics i saw they are resubmitting the application several times to get approval. But i think there is no professionalism in Right medical centre staff. Sorry to say but I have never seen the behaviour of people like this in other clinics. Next time i will not recommend my known to go in this clinic. I am having bad experiences in past also, but this time i chose this clinic because of Dr Girija only.
