Negative experience: Dr need to improve on punctuality, its not ok to come in 15 minutes late when that is your first appointment for the day (not patient delay) and not the first time you're not punctual.

Fantastic experience: I am really very impressed by Dr Gulsha professionalism and calming manners ...went their so anxious and depress about my health condition...he was very patient in answering all my concerns and queries...keep up the good work Dr Nizam Culshaw...thanks a lot for everything...

Negative experience: I visited the clinic recently and there was an issue with a printing number used for insurance. They advised me that they will send the medicine to my home and it has been two days and I haven’t heard anything from them. I was also referred to Iron IV but I have to wait for insurance to approve, however no one has contacted me and It is me who has to follow up with them making many calls and visits to get things sorted. Really slow in processing things there, I would have chosen another facility if I knew this is the case.

Negative experience: One of the mediclinic clinics to avoid. Its sad to even say they are part of mediclinic. The clinic exterior is not maintained. Communication between doctors and nurses are not the same and not even communicated well to the patient. Thou there are some good doctors its sad that the management of this place is not organized.

Positive experience: Dr. Sandhya – OBGYN Dr. Sandhya is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve come across. She’s warm, energetic, and always so positive — it’s hard not to feel at ease around her. She’s genuinely caring, really listens, and makes you feel supported every step of the way. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats her patients. She made sure to give me the right guidance at the right time which made my entire pregnancy journey very smooth & stress-free. I feel lucky to have had her as my OB-GYN and would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Negative experience: They kept me waiting for 50min while I came only 8 minutes late on my appointment! Very un responsible and with no sense for the time ! Highly not recommended

I went for 2 follow ups within a week, clinic is super hot, imagine AC is not working with dubai weather above 45 degree…… this is not acceptable for us as patients, humidity inside clinic is smelly they are using fans!!!! Negative experience: The WORST hospital ever. They didn't know anything about the hospital itself. Everyone steers you in one direction or another. The lab owner doesn't know the testing kits are expired unless someone comes in and asks for a specific test. It takes so long, it's like walking on an empty stomach. I'm talking about both ( AlGarhoud, Mirdif) branches of the same hospital. The call center tells you somthing and then when you arrive, something else happens.

I had an appointment scheduled for my son on 19-04-25 at 4:15, and we were kept waiting for over an hour beyond our appointment time without any prior notice or clear explanation. What made this situation especially difficult is that my son is a special needs child, and such a long and uncertain wait is extremely challenging for him. It caused significant distress, and I believe more consideration should have been shown given his needs. While I understand that delays can occur in any clinic, I strongly feel that better communication and sensitivity toward patients—especially those with special requirements—are essential. I kindly ask that you review your appointment management and patient communication procedures to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see improvements in the future.

Fantastic experience: Fatma Mouissaoui, my physiotherapist in Mirdif was very patient with my process of healing. She explained to me in detail of how I can improve. She is totally dedicated to her job. She did her best to take more sessions to improve my healing. It was a long process with months of treatment and now I have recovered from my pain. Fatma has shown justice to her work and I'm totally happy that she has helped me recover from my pain. God bless her

Fantastic experience: When I came to Dubai for the first time, I developed a fever of 38.8 degrees and was examined at this hospital. As a result, I was prescribed Tamiflu for influenza. Overall, the reception, nurses, and doctors were kind. I found a good hospital.

Fantastic experience: I am a patient of Mediclinic for many years and always appreciated the quality of service and staff. This is a special review to highlight the quality of work from the ENT specialist Dr Abdelhalim Mahmoud Ahmed Mahmoud, in Mirdif Mediclinic. I am from France and we have great specialists in my country but I felt more confident in having my surgery here with Dr Abdelhalim and I am happy I took this decision. He is extremely caring, pay attention to detail, very skilled and top professional. So if you need a good if not the best, I strongly recommend Dr Abdelhalim in Mirdif Uptown branch. Note: this is a genuine review and no one have asked me to post.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. My recommendation never go with Dr Sameh Abdulkader. Wasn’t feeling well so did a teleconsultation with this doctor. I requested certain medicines that suit/I have preference for as I have had these symptoms before. I repeated myself twice on the call and asked him if he understood the medication that I had requested but he was not interested. I got the prescription the next day even though I wanted it urgently. When I received it He hadnt included the medicines I had asked. He also Put in the wrong type of medicines. I Had to request Mediclinic for a call back so I could get the right medicines. I had to call 3 times and they only called me at the end of the day. I was very annoyed because I was in a lot of pain. Explained everything again to the doctor but he got the prescription wrong again. This happened a total of 3 times. I still haven’t received one of the key medicines that I needed because the doctor keeps making mistakes on the prescription. It is so upsetting to deal with such ridiculous admin requests when you are Not feeling well and in pain. Trying to get the right medicines (very basic/common meds) and requesting the dr/nurse to call you back repeatedly because they have written the wrong prescription. If the doctors are not educated or trained to write prescriptions they should not be allowed to do so. I was hoping a teleconsultation would allow me to get my medications more quickly but it took almost 4 days from the first consult. My recommendation would be to never go to this Doctor. He is not interested in what you say and will definitely make mistakes somewhere which will require more effort from you to correct because he is not interested in prioritising patients.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Eissan Ragab for 1 year now and she has transformed my face by identifying the cause of my acne and putting me on the right treatment. I had been to multiple dermatologists before her and none of them managed to solve my skin issues. I am now much more confident in my skin and intend to continue seeing her for treatments to reduce scarring. It is wonderful (and, in my experience, rare) to have a doctor like Dr. Eissan who listens and cares about her patients concerns. She has never been condescending and always started our appointments with a compliment and radiant smile. It's truly been a pleasure to have my monthly appointments with her and I will not be seeing any other dermatologist in Dubai. Additionally, I started doing laser hair removal at Mediclinic Mirdif a couple months ago. Nurse Jonabeth is very kind and attentive, and she patiently answered my many questions about how the process worked. I felt very comfortable with her and she makes sure the process is practically pain-free! I will definitely be continuing regular sessions with her.

Fantastic experience: Dr Eissan at Mirdif (uptown) she is too notch. From basic dermatology solutions to Botox, fillers and skill rejuvenation. I’d never done any before but she completely changed how I feel about my face now. I actually love applying makeup again. Her person touch to each patient is amazing. Negative experience: If you don’t have appointments, forget about visiting the clinic. Waiting time for walk in patients are terribly long. Who knows how long as we waited there for more than 1/2 an hour, still no sign of our number being called. Most of the patients have appointments, so system automatically will call those patients first.

Fantastic experience: I had my first laser hair removal session and technician for the session was Jona and she made this a great experience. She was really nice and friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. And we finished our session pretty quickly. Really recommend considering medclinc as an option if you are considering laser hair removal treatment.

Negative experience: This clinic is only for show! They don’t have an ounce of care, their doctor will see you for 7 minutes and evaluate and give you medications that don’t work, god help if you don’t have insurance that covers them. I was in pain for the past 3 days and the medicine prescribed by the doctor doesn’t even help one bit. Couldn’t sleep at night at all for the past 3 days with zero relief, and don’t even try to give them a call, they won’t answer! Their whole strategy is to bring you back in for a follow up since their clinic is empty most of the time.

Negative experience: I am totally disappointed from my experience with Dr Katherine for my case. No proper diagnosis and poor communication with me for further discussion about MRI rejection by the insurance.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sandhya has been my Gynecologist since 2008 when I first moved to Dubai and lived in Mirdif. She is by far my most trusted and favorite Doctor, not only for her professional aptitude but her compassion and genuine support throughout any health concerns. Despite moving from Mirdif in 2011, I still continue to drive the distance to see Dr. Sandhya and so have many of my friends who have become patients. Positive experience: I visit Mediclinic Mirdiff for Dr.Sandhya Ranu Das who was recommended to me by my friend for treating PCOD. I travel all the way from Tecom for the treatment. I started the treatment last year & with her expertise, my PCOD is under control now. I lost 13 kgs and I'm also getting periods regularly on time. She is very friendly & has a very cheerful & positive attitude. The clinic is very well-organised & has a good staff & nurses.
