Fantastic experience: My overall experience with the staff and doctors exceeded my expectations. All were friendly, punctual, and to the point. They accept most insurance, and there were no delays in booking. Dr. John has been my go-to dentist for the past year, and I have no complaints. He is by far the best dentist I've had, clearly explaining all the issues and providing multiple solutions. Even my root canal with him was for the most part painless and quick. Procedures are reasonably priced.

My recent experience was to extract my wisdom tooth, I was so scared at the beginning as it's my 1st time to extract a tooth but Dr. Wael took the time to explain the procedure and how it's gonna go. The procedure went smooth and with no complications. I thought it would be different. I was so happy when i knew it was out and done. Fantastic experience: A few years ago I came here for root canal done. Never had one before but I have heard horror stories about root canal (who hasn’t!). Dr Wael did the procedure and I came out of it thinking ‘That was not so bad after all!’. He is superb for pain management and fantastic on the procedure. I have been coming here since then!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time in Oris Clinic. I have to say it was a very pleasant experience starting from the receptionist, Mr.Keil, who was very patient , welcoming, and helpful. Ending with my consultation with Dr.Wael who was very calm and knowledgeable , he explained all the details of my case and gave me several solutions .His assistant was very kind as well. Negative experience: I requested to have an appointment today to fix my Invisalign attachment , the man who called me back for scheduling an appointment just spoke to me so dismissively from the beginning of the call. In the middle of the conversation he suddenly said " ill put you on hold, ill put you on hold " after that he told me that the dr wont be able to receive me and I'm a waiting patient, he kept talking to me like i was getting on his last nerve, when most of what i got into that conversation was " may i know when is the availability today ?" And other mumblings because he just wouldn't let me finish a sentence without interrupting, All i needed was an answer about the availability delivered in a respectful manner . The stars are only there because of the lady that first answered my call she was the sweetest person, very calm and gentle .

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr. Wael for his professionalism is handling my dental issues. He has been treating me since 2022 for an extraction which was to me impossible but Mashaa Allah it went very smooth and the operation was a great success.Dr. Well also did three root canals and four crowns and from day one they have been fixed perfectly with no problems. No words would be enough to thank him and appreciate his excellent and exceptional professionalism. Thank you also to all the assistant and the receptionist for their outstanding support.
