Negative experience: Avoid this medical center ! They charge me again for follow up visit after getting my blood test results claim my last visit was 10 days ago but do not consider their own call center mixed up my appointment and changed with other appointments! Pharmacy is working with one person and you wait longer than any medical check up for one simple medicine! Staff is rude and not attentive at all.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. While waiting in line at reception, I encountered a Moroccan receptionist who treated me rudely and unprofessionally. Her behavior made an already stressful situation worse, and it felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously. Additionally, the hospital’s overall organization left much to be desired. The process was chaotic, and there seemed to be a lack of proper management to ensure a smooth experience for patients. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this hospital. I hope they take steps to improve their service and professionalism for the sake of future patients.

Negative experience: I should rate better for doctors however no one pickup the phone in any department or the number provided on your page, The Emirates ID of my baby was there in reception and it just vanished I went for few times and they just don't take it seriously they checked and said they didn't find, as you know losing an ID is not silly and to replace it it will take huge amount of money and procedure plus if anything happen to baby in this period I can't even go to doctor without it Please solve this at the earliest Thank you

Negative experience: The only hospital without hospitality....the receptionist really need some tranning for it......the way security behaved was far bette than them....felt really bad.....wont encourage any one to go there......

Negative experience: You should change the pharmacy timing on google. I visited at 11PM its closed. No one was there. Whereas google timing is 8am to 12pm daily.

Negative experience: Had a very bad experience with follow-up consultation. If doctor not available, need to register again with a different doctor which means you need to pay again. It doesn’t matter how critical the condition is, this should be followed. My follow-up was just 2 days after first consultation. 1 pimple near eye ended up infection around the eye and completely swollen up. Hospital should be more responsible for their patients. They should find a solution for patients concerns rather than just draining them. No more Mediclinic for me after this.

Fantastic experience: Dr Uttam kumar really cares about his patients and is very professional in his field within seconds he immediately knew my problem and he kept answering all my questions with full detailed answers even the medication he wrote for me he explained each one and how to use and to be honest not alot of doctors do that also the nurses in the dermatology department are soo friendly

Negative experience: I visited Dr Rasha and she didn’t write the prescription in a proper way, I didn’t know what to take first and the following one, for a week I was trying to reach her no answer no one even called to tell me the results of the test I have done there. One of the medicines was expensive and I went back to the pharmacy 6 days later and they refused to return the medicine and other doctor said she could write for you same medicine covered by insurance. Very disappointed on this experience, no follow up nothing and no one answers no one care and by the end of the day it will be your issue and you have to keep the medicine as there is no return.
