Rakhshan was an exceptional professional who performed my PRP and derma lip treatment with utmost care and precision. The procedure was completely painless, and the results exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was also super helpful and transparent about pricing, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Rakhshan and the team for their expertise, kindness, and fantastic service! Five stars isn't enough, I'd give them ten stars if I could!

Negative experience: Disappointed with laser service from true care. Had a laser session but the hairs growing back. The explanation from team are not justifiable as its not first time i am doing laser. I went to show the hair growth based on the Reception information. But therApist didn’t see me. Asked me to wait again. I waited for almost 8 days now. They are giving explanation like I’m a beginners. But this is not first time I’m doing laser. Totally disappointed.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist named April. She was quite rude and unprofessional when speaking on the phone. It’s unfortunate because this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the clinic. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures better customer service in the future

Negative experience: I wasted my time going for the consultation just to have a conversation we could’ve had on the phone, they don’t assess your skin or give sample shots to see if the job can be done or not…they told me no guarantee we will be able to remove your tattoo but you can take a package of 6 I mean whattt??? Who wants to take a package with no guarantee that you will be able to remove the tattoo worse off 650aed for 1 session and they said I should take 6 sessions with no guarantee plus no sample shot on a smaller part to see if they can remove or not …. I drove like a mad person to come and be told this yet they could’ve saved me time and fuel to tell me the same ….i thought they would assess the skin or try with a shot but I was disappointed with how al Barsha is don’t ask clients to come if you can tell them the information on the phone

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting TruCare Clinic from 4 years. But that was with another Dr. Now I’m been visiting and this was my Second visit with Dr Elham Keikha. She is Amazing with her Aesthetic. My hyper Pigmentations have lighten almost to 70%. In just 2 sessions of my PRP. Both my treatments with her have given me amazing results. I would recommend Dr Elham n TruCare clinic for all the Dermatology Aesthetics.

Negative experience: Today I lived huge disappointment with this truecare clinic.They literally cheated me,scammed me.We did deal with quality exosome but they injected cheap one ,at the last minute I noticed it.so disappointment.I didn’t do any drama there of course I paid whatever we had deal.But now im so regretting .

Positive experience: I have been coming to do treatments for almost a year now and I have been enjoying my visits. Ms. JANMAE is very professional, accommodating, friendly and cheerful. I feel comfortable with her… i would have given a 5 stars rating if it wasn’t for the encounter I had with the Receptionist today, I was in the area early so I called the clinic, i was happy and said greetings in cheerful tone to ask if Ms. Janmae is available but your DISMISSIVE AND UNFRIRENDLY RECEPTIONIST answered my call said “she have a patient” then hung up… no good morning, no politeness, nothing! No matter how good your staff are if the Reception is like this, it reflects badly to your clinic.. I was really appalled because it was not like this before… I will still come because of Ms. Janmae…

Positive experience: I have been a regular client for the last 6 years and I have been your regular for various services. Your new receptionist is quite slow, quite confusing and confused and the communication is absolutely weak. I request you to retain MAO, RACHEAL, JANE MAE, Korraine who know your old clients and are quite quick with information & attendance . Negative experience: We have been loyal clients of Trucare for the past 8-9 years, but our recent experience has been disappointing. The receptionist’s behavior was unprofessional and rude. We inquired about the pricing for Dermapen and Ezal treatments, which required us to call three times. Despite promising to get back to us, she never followed through. Moreover, her tone throughout the interaction was dismissive and unhelpful. This kind of customer service does not reflect the quality we expect from a clinic we’ve trusted for so long. I hope they address this issue to improve their service moving forward.

Negative experience: I don’t usually give reviews as I understand how challenging it is to work in this field, but I’m really disappointed with the reception/admin. The doctors and nurses are friendly and nice, but the reception team is not. I requested a refund for the balance I paid since I won’t be able to continue with the treatment, even offering to deduct the normal price instead of the discounted one. However, I have been repeatedly ignored when following up on my concerns. When I finally get a response, I’m told my concerns aren’t possible to address since they don’t have a refund policy—something they could have told me from the beginning. They consistently delay and fail to provide updates, making me feel like I’m begging for their response. They should have informed me of this policy the first time I asked, and I would have understood. Instead, they made me feel that they don’t care about my concerns. When I finally became upset, they offered for me to come back—who would feel comfortable returning after this? The administration staff needs professional retraining to handle these issues better. This situation could have been handled differently, preventing this negative impression.

After taking my details, she left me without explaining the next steps. Additionally, she failed to inform us that the service charges did not include VAT. Addressing her attitude would greatly improve the overall experience. UPDATE: The clinic called me right away to rectify the issue I raised. I really appreciate their prompt action to my feedback. Negative experience: I had my 1st laser vein removal which was effective. The staff is so frustrating and keep lie constantly.... The owner might not be aware how the staff on the reception behave with the patients.... They give appointment confirmation when the slot is empty then later one day before they call saying we've cancelled the appointment and rescheduled it for next week again they repeat the same. Every tine can't be coincidence. On national day promotion she said it is 250 aed for vein laser removal then made it 300 aed. They accept tabby on every treatment no where is mentioned they charge additional on the social media.These ladies on the reception she keep her margin and say that this is additional charges and set by the management where loot the patients.....When I asked the number of the owner to confirm the information she refuse.... Need to update that what is happening in the clinic how they waste our time by rescheduling the appointment as with the lame reasons doctor is not there, machine is unworkable, rude behaviour, block the patient as she is one our relative when they don't have justified reply...... Clinic is the service provider and we patient take the service..... Reception staff decides which patient to let come and not let in behind fooling proceedings of appointment set by the resception staff when ever ask their name they never stated... Disconnect the call on the face, no track record of call quality that how staffs behave and talk with the patient....The clinic is opened in the high-porched area but the attitude of the staff is so unethical.... The clinic will go bankrupts soon due to these kind of employees... 600 aed loss of vein removal treatment which was begging for the appointment to her... On wrong information I will make a complaint to management or senior she blocked my number..... She triggered me to take this to consumer right for such disrespect, rescheduling for appointment since month as patient adjust according to their mood and misleading information.....Congratulations to the owners and seniors that she will soon put a lock on the clinic.....
