Negative experience: the condition of the restrooms is consistently poor. They are often very dirty, and almost every time I visit, there is no tissue available. The tissue dispensers are out of order, and the soap — when available — is diluted with water, making it ineffective.

Negative experience: The building is a disaster, we work here the 1st floor, the toilet is so dirty no cleaning, no tissues, saop cheap and empty, what is is? Is that a building for offices? You need really to put a professional team for cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Iridium building has many offices inside and retail stores having towards the outside road in Barsha. Paid parking area in front of the building. A great fresh feeling while entering the lobby area. First and second floor have offices. All positive vibe across all offices. It has a couple of dental clinics, legal offices, an advertising company, some real estate and some real estate offices.
