Negative experience: I tried booking a doctor through the Aster mobile app but it didn't work so I called customer care to make an appointment and made an appointment.Then they said there was an error in getting the booking and they would call the clinic and tell to me go there. They have reserved two slots for 3.20pm and 4.00pm.But when we went to the clinic, they said that someone else had booked our slot and that you should take a walking booking. Are these irresponsible idiots? Aster has also been assigned to a very responsible job.

Negative experience: I waited for 2 hours for the referral signature. There were only two patients with Dr. Santy Antony Pottokaran (General Medicine). I have appointments scheduled for 6:10 PM and waited until 7:40 PM. No treatment and No support. Fantastic experience: Aster clinic is my go-to clinic since we transferred here in RAK. Not only coz it's what my insurance and my children's insurance covers but also this clinic is very clean and accommodating. Nurses are nice and reception is helpful. In my recent visits, I specifically request for Dr. Santy (GP) coz I saw reviews about her in Google review. Indeed, she is such a caring and good doctor. She makes sure you get the right medicines and asks for tests that are only necessary. She communicates to you very well, in a precise manner, that a patient will understand. Not just give medicines and let patients go. :D I also want to thank Dr. Ashok (Pediatrics) for also taking care of my child who has skin asthma. He also explains things well and asks for follow up visits to make sure my child is going well. Overall, we have a nice customer experience at Aster Clinic here in Nakheel. Just have 1 suggestion, please make the reception bigger, coz when it gets really packed and busy, people has no place to sit, especially women and children. TY. ---Mrs. Barrion

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Haytham abu Halima with a finger that wasn’t moving properly with too much pain and journey of physiotherapy and so many kind of treatment without any use. Negative experience: Very bad customer service. The same mistake is always repeated, the customer service employee takes an extra bill and when they review the bills and discover the mistake, the amount is refunded. Today the same thing happened, but this time the employee did not admit the mistake and insisted on his position and gave me a duplicate bill. When I complained to the management, they contacted me and told me that there is a remaining amount in the account that I need to take.
