Negative experience: If there is zero star option, I would give that. A family member had severe stomach pain due to gallstones. Patient was sweating, gasping due to pain and couldn't even seat properly. He was denied treatment because according to the rude receptionist, the insurance does not cover their services. He told us that if we want to be accomodated we need to pay the consultation fee and worst he started mentioning about paying more than 2000 dirhams for operation. Did he just threatened us with that amount? We are capable of paying more than this. During emergency, initial services should have been provided. They should have at least stabilized the patient before telling us to go to another hospital. We are distressed and we were treated so badly. We were extremely disappointed with how the reception handled the situation. We do not recommend this hospital.

Negative experience: We took an appointment to see Dr Wafaa Ahmed Aly Elsayed in Mediclinic Al Noor, the wait time is way too long. When it was finally time to see us after waiting for 2+ many hrs, she suddenly decided to see another patient. This was unexpected and I regret that I decided to visit Dr Wafaa only to waste my time.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst receptionist in Orthopedic 9th floor If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. My recent interaction with Mediclinic’s receptionist in 9th floor Mediclinic Khalifa streeet Abu dhabi was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had in all medical facility. If someone is working in front desk they should have the good inetraction with the patients with smile. The hospital should appoint profetional staff in reception. I strongly do not recommend that kind of front desk staff.

Fantastic experience: It was Friday (27/06/2025), I’m having terrible dry cough, hoarseness of voice, and lack of sleep due to itchiness of my throat. That was the 1st time using my insurance and I’m unsure if it’s eligible, at urgent care reception, the Filipino receptionist helped me to checked my eligibility, it is a huge help for me. When he confirmed my insurance eligibility, directly instructed me how to proceed to the consultation. The accommodation from registering as a walk in patient (1st time) happened smoothly followed by taking vital signs and finally seen by Dr Ruba Al Qedrah with thorough assessment and evaluation of my case. The dispensation of medication are well ordered and as well as the instructions. Now, I’m recovering. Thank you so much everyone

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Dr. Katarina Harrison Tvarozkova, who took care of me throughout my entire pregnancy from the very beginning. I couldn’t have wished for a better doctor. She is extremely professional, kind, supportive, and always took the time to listen to me and explain everything clearly. I felt safe and confident under her care, and her calm and reassuring attitude made every appointment a positive experience. I am truly grateful for everything she has done for me, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate OB-GYN.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at your hospital, especially with the dermatology department and Dr. Abeer. This department feels more like a cosmetic center rather than a dermatology clinic for actual skin diseases. I visited with my daughter who was suffering from a skin condition, and unfortunately, the doctor only prescribed cosmetic products for a child — and even then, the prescription was incomplete. I had to go back to the clinic again, only to find that the doctor wasn’t in her office. The receptionist falsely informed me that she was with another patient, but that wasn’t true. I waited a long time, and after all this, she prescribed yet another cosmetic product from a specific brand, which is not considered a medical treatment and, of course, was not covered by insurance. The reception staff were also unprofessional and unhelpful. One of them was even outside in a recreational area during working hours, and it was impossible to get any proper assistance. I strongly do not recommend this doctor in particular, or this hospital in general.

Fantastic experience: it’s just so heartbreaking and very sad knowing the relocation of the hospital. i hope they can stay here in khalifa street a bit longer. airport road is very far and it’s not accessible. i’ve been a patient of mediclinic al noor since 2015 and it’s been very accessible and easy to get an appointment but if it will relocate in airport road definitely i have to change to a more convenient and accessible hospital nearby city.

Negative experience: I don’t even know where to begin with my disappointment. I used to be a regular customer at Mediclinic Dubai and had high expectations when visiting mediclinic Al Noor Hospital in Abu Dhabi, given the same brand name. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The disappointment began with the unprofessional attitude of the staff and continued with the incredibly slow service. The washrooms were in a terrible state—filthy and reeking as if they hadn’t been cleaned in over a week. The lack of hygiene was shocking. Even worse was the pharmacy service. I had to wait for over an hour simply because the staff were more interested in gossiping than attending to customers. Their behavior was uncooperative and careless. This is not the level of service one expects from a healthcare facility. I strongly advise against visiting this hospital—it's disappointing, unhygienic, and disrespectful to patients' time and needs.

Fantastic experience: I feel the care while I am confined at mediclinic al nor hospital. All the hospital staff are caring and my ortho doctor ahmed maher is very good and kind.

Negative experience: I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Ziad Al Saghir at urgent care. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was cold and dismissive. Instead of offering support or even basic respect, he made me feel stupid and ashamed for coming in — as if my concern wasn’t worth his time. No patient should be made to feel belittled or judged, especially in a medical setting where we go to feel safe and cared for. Regardless of how minor the issue may seem to a doctor, it was important to me, and I deserved to be treated with kindness. This was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. I truly hope the clinic addresses this behavior so no one else has to experience what I did.

Negative experience: I went there by 9:00 pm because I have abdominal pain and I needed to see a doctor, the receptionist in the internal medicine and GP section refused to let me wait for a doctor and told me doctor can’t accept more patients and sent me to emergency care, the receptionist in the emergency said I have to wait 1 to 2 hours to see a doctor. I don’t know what kind of people are working there, if someone is sick where are they supposed to go if not to a hospital!!!!!!

Negative experience: Not a pleasant experience from the start I had an appointment at 10:00 am and was advised to come 30 minutes early to ensure a smooth registration and by 9:30 I was in a hospital but I can not say the same for the receptionist whom I waited till 10 am So, the start is not good even though I have not seen doctor yet

Negative experience: Till this day the trauma caused by Dr. wafa from OB is still fresh in our mind, whoever is considering her or u der her care we stringky advise run! She is not good at all! My sister who gave birth under her care almost lost the baby. Why? She had to finish her clinic hours, roam around to chitchat while my sister lays down fully dilated for 5hours! The baby ended up staying in the NICU for 5 days since she contracted pneumonia for staying too long in the birth canal! The baby pooped inside the stomach already! We came to dr wafa several times pleading for her to deliver the baby she said she will wait till the baby start crowning! My sister is a first time mom doesnt know bow to push as a doctor she should have been there to guide her but no! She has to do God knows what else! She took away the beauty of giving birth to a child when the baby had to be revived, when the baby had to stay in the NICU! So please do yourself a favor and stay away from dr wafa or this hospital!

Positive experience: Since the change of the clinics registration team, registration became sometimes unorganised, so you can easily loose your turn if you you are not paying attention.

Negative experience: The Pilipino in the urgent care the one who rate the patient are so rude! I was so sick and he didn’t even take it seriously cuz he decided that I am there just to take “sick leave” he didn’t even ask me what you feel he just said “you have work tomorrow? Are you here for sick leave?” Even if I am there for sick leave it’s not your job, your job is to see what my real issue is. I was un able to talk so i said I don’t know how i feel, and he sent me to wait for one hour cuz it’s not a priority. I left after this without even waiting to take any care. If you are not dying don’t bother to go there they will not fake it seriously unless you’re almost dead from sickness.

Negative experience: I just came out from an appointment with Dr. Antolin Jr. De Leon. And will never do it again the doctor had very bad attitude and has no communication skills at all! Will not be dealing with this hospital anymore!

Negative experience: Disappointing Emergency Experience One day, I was feeling very unwell and went to the emergency department seeking urgent medical attention. Unfortunately, the reception staff did not take my condition seriously and asked me to wait. I ended up waiting for around 30 minutes without any clear communication or action. Feeling disappointed, I requested my Emirates ID back and left. I then went to another Hospital, where I was seen immediately as i was about to get a heart attack as i am experiencing a continously panic attacks and received the care I needed. The experience was disheartening, especially in an emergency situation where timely attention is critical.

Negative experience: They have the worst reception staff ever. Rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. Although they have very good doctors, the staff would make your visit miserable. I had bad experience over multiple counters in lab, pedia clinics, ophtha and others.

Fantastic experience: I have a phobia of needles and was extremely nervous, but Nurse Jonah was incredibly kind, patient, and calming. She went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. Truly one of the best nurses I’ve ever met.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Allaeddin Beni, a specialist in Orthopaedics, for a severe trigger finger issue. From my very first appointment, I felt confident in his expertise. He administered an injection during the visit, and Alhamdulillah, I am already experiencing significant improvement. Dr. Allaeddin Beni is not only highly skilled but also has a great personality—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I’m very grateful for his treatment and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthopaedic care.

Negative experience: We met Dr Saumitra Sengupta for a Ultra sound scan...we have to mention the Doctor was so ARROGANT . Before we visit his room he checked rhe previous consulting and made up his Arrongant mind with a fixed Answer. We shared our concern that there was a previous history three times. He did not listen to it and moreover said I will do the scanning but will not share the report. we thought of walk away from the room but due to his Seniority and age we did not do so. He has charged from the insurance but did not explain Needless to say when I shared the experience with a friend. He had a similar experience with the Doctor...Which shows he is doing this to most of the patients. Very poor Doctor if there is ZERO rating I would prefer to give same rating. I Am writing this experience just to share to other patients to take informed decision I think Doctor should be given training to

Fantastic experience: My experience at Medclinic Al Noor Hospital was amazing thanks to Dr. Alain Chalhoub and Dr Katarina Tvarozkova for their patience and being so caring and kind in explaining my condition in details and being by my side and my baby's side every step of the way

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had in hospitals , i came at 12 midnight suffering from extreme fever and cold , they kept me waiting and they let others who came late after me to be prioritized with the same condition ( fever and cold ) the nurse Jose he seemed nice at the beginning and turned out to do like this afterwards, because when i asked the receptionist about how they are prioritizing people he told me its the nurse decision. Hope that next times people will be treated equally and thanks.

Positive experience: There are similar room numbers no one guid here twice entered in wrong rooms. There is no water in dispenser. Dr. Is perfect but no one care where to go and which room need to do next check up. It's like careless or not interested.

Special thanks to Dr. Katarina Tvarozkova of OB/GYN for taking care of me from pregnancy until labor and delivery. She was very gentle and patient. Also, she managed to instruct every detail during labor and delivery which keeps me at ease and just trust that I’m in good hands. Truly, one of the best OB-GYN doctors here in the UAE.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience in this hospital i was so sick , i went to check up on. After they took my blood the doctor told me a wrong diagnosis he told me i had blood cancer I almost passed out because of that and instead to pay attention to me he referred me to Cleveland claiming they will take good care of me i went to Cleveland after series of tests they said i was ok i still when to another hospital just to be sure and the doctor there also confirmed i am fine that i just need to drink more water my point is why will a qualified doctor give a diagnose he is not sure of my whole family was in shock and depressed this is very bad they should pay more attention to their patients this very bad for a hospital

Positive experience: I had a great experience today in 9th floor with a stuff MOHAMMED ALHASHMI. He handled my family specially my mother old women with respect and care . A thing that i never had with this hospital ever always bad behaviour.. but today i saw MOHAMMED ALHASHMI the best and exceptional staff. i hope the management follow his lead .

Negative experience: As usual, you wait for ever to see the doctor. Totally disorganized. I understand that delays happen when the clinic is busy but when you witness the disorganization is lead to longer wait then this is a problem.

Negative experience: Too much delay in pharmacy. System was not working one day other day as per staff delay in approval. No facility of home delivery of medicines like other pharmacies are having.

And receptionist is surprised that we are asking about why aren’t you guys following the time given to patients. This experience happened in the dermatology department. Very very very bad experience. Positive experience: I was treated good by the doctor and the nurses. Only the pharmacist that assisted me, she was a bit rude. I understand coz maybe she is tired but i hope she can still explain coz that is her job. Not explain sarcastically.

Fantastic experience: I wish to share my latest experience during a visit to Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital for a checkup as I was worried upon my condition. I was throughly attended with all due care and compassion since registering at the reception desk until me leaving the pharmacy at check out. The nurse and doctor were always attentive and provided all necessary information and comfort during the checks. Finally, nothing serious but felt as priority during throughout the visit. Thank you!

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Worst Customer Service Ever If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. My recent interaction with Mediclinic’s hotline was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with any medical facility. I called simply to request a call back, as my boss had already emailed the doctor her son’s test results. Instead of assistance, I was met with complete indifference. The representative, Mr. Ahmad Aljayari, was not only unhelpful but outright rude. His tone was impatient and dismissive from the start. I have a minor hearing issue, and when I politely asked him to repeat what he said, he responded with irritation and even raised his voice at me. That is entirely unacceptable, especially for someone in a customer-facing role in a healthcare setting. This level of service is appalling and reflects very poorly on Mediclinic as an institution. If you have any alternative clinic to contact, I strongly urge you to do so. It’s no surprise they only have a 3.8-star rating — and frankly, even that feels generous based on this experience.

He listened carefully to my concerns, conducted a thorough examination, and provided a treatment plan that was both effective and reassuring. Negative experience: Mediclinic hospital is one of the best hospital i always go i even did my eye surgery two months ago with One of the best Doctor, Dr hassan..but today i have a very bad experience with the Arabic lady at the reception, at first i was trying to book an appointment online but it was delayed so i decided to do walk in, to see dermatologist Doctor since i couldn’t wait, as soon as i got there, i spoke with the receptionist, she didn’t understood what i was saying, and the other lady ask me what do i want in a rude manner and i said i want to book an appointment for dermatologist but in way she responded to me i see it not professional at all. She said all doctors are fully booked and it want be possible for me today because it only two Doctors on duty i should have book an appointment a week ago not now, i try to explain to her but she instead ignored me and keep talking to the other Arabica lady, so later i ask her to booked me i will wait but i later decided not wait so i went back got my Emirate ID and left…Such rude and disrespectful, Arrogant people shouldn’t be working in the hospital, i don’t know her name, but she has a huge weight, I went there around 2pm

Fantastic experience: Dr CHarbel mussalam , i cant find enough worlds to thank you for your care and support , after suffering all this pain , i am finally relieved , dr Yonis from surgery was like one of my family , very caring and always present , dr MOyaed from anaesthesia, helped me lots to overcome my fairs and was, and visited me after the Operation, surgical word nurses very loving and caring Thanks again from the heart to DR CHarbel.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience with gastro reception staff .I had an appointment with Dr. Hala on *8/4*, but mistakenly showed up a day early. Since I was already at the hospital, I asked to be seen as a walk-in. *The receptionist, Zukaa, refused to register me*, stating a two-hour wait—which I accepted. I informed her I’d visit the dental department in the meantime, yet she still refused to register me, insisting I come back *after* finishing at dental. This made no sense, as it would delay things further !!! At least I would be listed in the queue!! Later doctor might get busier more walk in will show up and I won’t have a chance at all!!!!!!! Zukaa was *rude, dismissive, avoided eye contact*, and made me feel unwelcome. When I asked for a supervisor, she told her colleague to “get her supervisor before I call security.” This felt more like a threat than assistance, which is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Her colleague then told me to “go to floor 11,” with no further support. I came seeking medical care, not hostility. Thankfully, Dr. Ghassan was excellent and addressed my health concerns well. But once I’m done with his follow-ups, *I won’t return to this facility* because of this unprofessional behavior. *Patients deserve respect, not resistance.*

Fantastic experience: One of the best healthcare experience. No doubt about the facilities but all the members of the Team from the doctors to the ground staffs, my deepest appreciation to the care that everyone who are in need of healthcare deserve to experience. From Dr. Ferras of Opthalmology who made my vision returns back for two days, the Team headed by Dr. Dalia, the gentle touch of Dr. Mutaza for the biopsy sampling, Dr. Ammar the "Richard Gere" who is so calm and confident, the nurses started with Kris, Cruzat, and forgive me for not getting or forgetting the names, the nurse who made me returns back to composure, the strong and understanding nurse who brought me to biopsy, and most caring nurse who fixed my smooth discharge who made my last day a blessed one; words are not enough to thank all of you. Hoping that this review will somehow uplift your morale to continue your good service despite the risk you are facing everyday. This is one of the things I knew how to return back by recognizing your exemplary and committed dedication of providing excellence in healthcare. Kudos Mediclinic!

Fantastic experience: I referred to the cornea specialist, Dr. Ayman Rashed from Ophthalmology, after realizing that I had a specific condition on the cornea called keratoconnus. He was able to quickly diagnose the severity of the situation and within less than a week I was doing a cross-linking procedure, which will now strengthen my cornea to prevent it from getting worse. The procedure was very scary, since it involves pointing a blade at my eyes, but Dr. Ayman was very positive throughout all of it and kept talking to me so that I could be distracted. My eyes are now healing smoothly and comfortably. The doctor has been very kind with his time during my recovery, checking in with me via Whatsapp and being empathetic and reassuring in our follow-ups. Dr. Ayman and all the staff at Mediclinic have been very kind and all my consultations have been efficient, including the valet parking on the street.

Fantastic experience: Just a few hours after arriving to Abu Dhabi my 7months old son got really sick with high fever and a worrying condition. We were referred to Al Noor via our travel insurance. I really thank Doctor Thana Karaut who was not only compassionate and empathetic but also truly recognized my worries. I would also like to thank the nurses and lab staff who managed to get blood and urin tested in no time and did an extra effort to get us comfortable while the baby was crying from pain and exhaustion. I realy appreciate the excellent treatment and care given! Thank you again..finally we can enjoy our vacation.

Positive experience: I went to mediclinic pharmacy today to take medicine prescribed from other hospital everything went well but i need to come back 3x due to insurance problem and diagnosis which is i understand the pharmacist is explaining well regarding the problem that i need to take the original print out of the prescription they are not accepting the one sent via email. When i return with my print out prescription with me and ask again a number for the queue one man called me from the ticketing number told that the medicine is not available.. i told him how come? I went yesterday and today they sent already approval he said yesterday the medicine is available today already finish. I told him how? 10 mins ago i speak to counter number 4 ang he is just asking for print out prescription then he said okey go to counter 4. When i went back to counter 4 everything went well the insurance approved the medicine and took the medicine with me..how sad that when he saw the prescription from outside he said that the medicine is not available without checking.

Fantastic experience: Mediclinic Alnoor is recommended health care centre in Abu Dhabi. It is located in central location, all specialties are available, excellent level of service.

Positive experience: I visited ophthalmology department and everything went smooth starting online reservation, parking at facility and doctor treatment. The only comment I have is related to the pharmacy where I had to wait for long time and the provided number of seats were not enough and no sufficient screens to monitor your turn in the waiting area. Next time I would rather ask for the prescription and buy the medicine from different pharmacy.

Negative experience: Weird emergency staff and poor service as i visited with ankle sprain and waited for 2 hours and they said emergency bed not available and no one able to attend after spending 2 hour and then said no orthopedic doctor available and the front desk staff sent to 11 floor and no one available there and then they send me to 5th floor and duty manager not available there. Such a disgusting attitude and behavior from staff that the Front desk officer / lady can't communicate in English
