Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr.Noura was amazing. She has such a gentle hand, and I didn’t even feel the injection although I was nervous at first. She knows how to deal with patients and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting this medical center for over five years now and have done various dental treatments. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting wonderful doctors over the years, some which are still here and some have moved on. Overall the level of service has been consistent, with good quality and precision. Currently, I want to recommend Dr. Mazin Hammadi for his dedication and work on the past and Dr. Noora Rahmani which I’ve had the privilege of visiting quite recently. Both have provided me with good advice and dental care. I would recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend

Negative experience: This 1 rating star goes to Dr Jalal. He is one of the worst dentists we have encountered so far. Very unprofessional and took our comments personally. Reacted with “don’t interfere with my job. You can go to a different doctor…”. It was an answer for concerns that we asked rgd the sealant for our daughter as well as the method used. On top of that his hands were shaky when conducting the procedure. It was horrible ! No patient rights were practiced by him. He started the procedure with no explanation whatsoever. Didn’t even know if the the teeth were permanent or baby whereas other dentist would know it immediately just by looking at it. Hence, an X ray was taken! Our son had scaling and polishing procedure with the same dr (it was our mistake, shouldn’t have agreed to it). Anyway, while he was cleaning our son’s teeth, he accidentally hurt the lips and it was bleeding. Dr Jalal asked us if he had any flu recently that might cause this blister/ wound to quickly cover up his mistake by saying that the flu will cause the wound to happen. Having known his bad manners, we just brushed off by saying nope he wasn’t having flu and just let go the incident. Pointless to argue or talk to unprofessional Dr. Obviously accident can happen with his shaky unstable hands ! It was our mistake to visit him ! Never again!

Fantastic experience: I have seen many dentists in Dubai and so far i can say that DrHamady,. is one of the best, most professional, competent, reliable dentist i met and especially who goes the extra miles for his patients. My family and myself have been long time patients of DrHamady who has always exceeded our expectations. He is very knowledgeable and experienced using the latest technologies and procedures. I would also like to recommend another very competent dentist DrJalal from the same clinic who is very professional, and thorough and who did an outstanding job handling my complicated dental issue.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jalal is one of the most ethnical and skilled dentists in Dubai. I had teeth pain with headache where it was very hard to detect the teeth causing the issue (as there is no tooth decay) and he patiently took his time to find and solve the problem. This clinic is highly recommended with low cost for the provided great service. Dr. Jalal is highly recommend and thanks.

Negative experience: The lowest score i will give and it is only for the reception staff. The doctors are very good but unfortunately the reception staff are way below any standards, not capable to make an appointment, they fixed an appointment when the clinic was closed and they did not notify me, went there to find the clinic closed

Positive experience: Dr. Jallal is one of the best and he is gentle, petaint and professional but center in total is reasonable in prices but they impose non sense services and never tell you before such as opening a file for aed 100 as per the recipients but when ask for bill they write the service as x-ray charges. Looks for me it a policy to get extra charge and then they will name it.

Fantastic experience: One of the best place for your dental care and need. Doctors are very professional and their staffs are very friendly. Also their clinic is very clean.
