Fantastic experience: well established medical center with experienced doctors and complete dental care unit in Ras Al Khaimah. staffs are very cooperative, cheaper price for treatments. I am suggesting 5 stars and recommended to others. high profile orthodontics doctors and Prostho - dental implants department.

Positive experience: One of good dental clinic maintaining hygiene, with knowledgeably doctor, Good staff.

Negative experience: The appointment system is so bad it’s not even funny. I’ve had an issue with my braces for a whole week now and no matter how many times I called them at which time I called them. I never get an answer either the phone number on Google is not working or there is another issue But now for this reason alone, I will have to cancel any further or future appointments with this dental clinic due to my impotence and emphasis on customer service must be up to par with the current medical system which unfortunately it’s not.

Negative experience: لا يوجد اي شفافيه ومصداقيه من حيث العمل. لا يوجد كفائات جيده لي المجال التخصصي. I do not recommend to deal with this clinic. i have very bad experience and their treatment not efficient to overcome the issue. Anyone who want to treat his tooth, i strongly recommend to go with governmental clinics

Negative experience: عيادة سيئة جداً لتقويم الأسنان، لقد قمنا بتركيب تقويم اسنان انا و ثلاث من اخوتي للأسف النتائج غير مرضية و المدة طويلة جداً (سنتين و نص) ، قسم التقويم لايهمه المريض بقدر اهتمامه للمال و الدفع ⚠️⚠️باختصار "أكل فلوس"⚠️⚠️ ، والسعر مبالغ فيه بالنسبة للخدمة حتى بعد ازالة التقويم يجب علي ان ادفع سعر التنظيف الذي من المفترض ان يكون على مسؤوليتهم .

Negative experience: سياسه فاشله .. سكرتيرة غير لبقة في الرد واستفزازية .. انتظر زيارة الطبيب منذ اكثر من شهرين وفي الاخير اذهب للمراجعة بعد اتصال السكرتيرة بضرورة الحضور في عشر دقائق برغم من بعد العيادة عن منطقة سكني وأجواء ليلة رمضان ومشاغل وازدحام الطرق واطفالي صغار معي وعند الوصول تطلب مني الانتظار باسلوب سيء استفزازي ازعجني سوء تعاملهم وكدر فرحة ليلة رمضان وطلبت المدير ولم يبرر موقف السكرتيرة ولم يعتذر ويدل على تكرار الصدامات بين العيادة والمرضى // وعلاج سيء طلب الطبيب خلع 3 اسنان لعدم جدوى تغيير مكانهم ولكن في غضون اشهر تغير موقع الاسنان الحمدلله انني رفضت خلع الاسنان الثلاثة
