Fantastic experience: have done hydrafacial treatment .service was good and staffs are very friendly , kind and professional . They are well explained everything about the services. I satisfied with their service

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed, I book an appointment to them at 8pm yesterday aug 2 Saturday, I came exact time on my appointment, then they let me wait for 45 minutes, and ended is they will tell me “ sorry mam , but u need to come tomorrow, I didn’t hold my temper so I got upset and angry for them, what’s the use of booking, if the client is local no any problem with them but for simple client they always make an excuse, they keeping u wait for hours and the more worst is they tell u that u need to come for next day ,, it’s very bad medical center and take note that’s not the first time they did to me every time that I book an appointment for my brace adjustment tru phone, they didn’t inform anything , the receptionist doesn’t know how to deal with client, sometimes they are rude, I’m paying for the services, and it’s not free I’m one of their regular client and I’m so disappointed for them.definitely won’t come back again.

Negative experience: One of the worst service Their hygiene is also really bad They don’t have follow up with doctors which is the first time I heard now if we want to show our blood reports to doctors you have to pay but no follow up. But then also they are not informing us prior in our first visit. Atleast the receptionist staff have to say us that there is no follow up Wasted my money

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr.Rania Ali Al-Massri she was so sweet and professional then any other OBGYN I’ve gone too! she was patient and explained what prenatal care I should be taking ،made me feel secure and confident and comfortable I am overweight and never once did she make feel uncomfortable or scared , like other doctors that love to jump to the worst scenarios causing unnecessary panic and anxiety and fear monger you , I will be recommending her to all my pregnant friends and relatives her professional and care is the same care I would get in NY or even better I’d say !
