Negative experience: النجمة كثيرة عليه والله ااول مرة زرت الدكتور فراس خبرتو انو عندي نخر باسناني حكالي مافي والنخر وصل للعصب ثاني مرة رحت انا وابني ونحنا اثنينا اشتغللنا خطأ العلاج كارثي وظل ابني يتوجع 4ايام ويطلع خراج بسبب الشغل الخطا ولما رحنا عليه قال عم يطلع السن الي وراه حتى يغطي على شغله الفاشل وانا السنين بدهم اعادة معالجة العصب بعد ماهو عملهم......

Negative experience: I went to this clinic for a tooth filling and it fell off twice so i had to come back twice too. Until after a week, i went to a different clinic as my gums are continuously swelling and bleeding. The doctor has done horrible works with my teeth. They even charged more than what was written on their brochure!! Worst clinic ever!! Will never recommend!!

Negative experience: I strongly advise against visiting dawlat Clinic due to my terrible experience. During an implant crown adjustment, they unnecessarily trimmed my healthy tooth, leading to: •⁠ ⁠Unwanted root canal which wasn’t done right •⁠ ⁠Poor quality work and material •⁠ ⁠Metallic filling •⁠ ⁠Tooth cracking My US dentist condemned the substandard work. I learned a valuable lesson: always seek multiple opinions (2-3) and research thoroughly. Don't make the same mistake I did nothing like ur own tooth!

Negative experience: The place was nice and clean as it’s new. I had a good impression when I saw that everything was clean. I availed a package referred by a friend worth 350 which included cleaning, polishing and cosmetic filling. During consultation, they have informed me what was needed for my teeth which was to do root canal and filling. So they were offering me discount for root canal, however, I changed my mind to proceed with it since it’s my first time with them, so I told myself I wanted to try the simple service first before I do something costly. So I told her let’s postpone the root canal and just continue with the package which I originally came for. I have been to many dentists for cleaning so I am familiar with the standard procedure of cleaning. But I was not satisfied with how my teeth was cleaned as in the very beginning no pre cleaning was made like other dentists did to my teeth. Also, only my lower teeth was cleaned which lasted only for around 10-15 mins. (I thought she will continue later after filling but it didn’t happen.) The filling, it happened too quickly also, she just kept putting and moving directly to another tooth to be filled until 4 tooth was done in such a fast way. During polishing, I felt the fingers was just in a rush and in 3 mins it was done. I felt that they could’ve done better if they took it one step at a time instead of just trying to finish everything so quickly. Even if the patient changed her mind about the services she wants to avail, they shouldn’t change the way they treat their patient as we are still paying money for the service. Professionalism and quality of work should be improved.
