Fantastic experience: Dr.Thomas and his team are providing great service, detailed explanation of procedure, clean practice and excellent care. I would highly recommend this dental clinic as they are highly professional.

Fantastic experience: Got my tooth jewels done here ! Dr Thomas is super nice and helped with the placement of the jewelry and talked us through the process - definitely coming back here to add more jewels or to get them removed if I get bored of them. Rest of the staff were also nice, I didn’t get the name of the other nurse that was assisting him but she was sweet enough to provide us with a iPhone charger and tell us where we can get food at afterwards !

Fantastic experience: I and family have been regular customer of Dr. Thomas for over a decade for dental treatments. During one of recent very complex situation he devised a procedure to not only saved the tooth but did a fantastic and a perfect job of Root Canal, Posts, Crown and saved tooth. He goes above and beyond to ensure patients are cared for and treated. He is an excellent Dentist and has always delivered much more value than reasonable fees charged. His staff Ganga, Maybelle and Fatima are very caring and professional.

Negative experience: very bad and disgusting doctor. i had a tootg which required a small filling, forcefully dr thomas started scratching that tooth to make it more worst, and forcefully tried to shake so that it gets painful. it was just a minor filling but he scared me so much that he will give anesthesia etc , i became so nervous that i just asked him to leave me. seriously the worst doctor i hv ever seen till now , was just trying to make more and more money by making the case worst.

Negative experience: من اسوأ العيادات اللتي زرتها تم ازاله جميع الاعصاب من أسناني ومن بعد ذاك تكسرت جميع الاسنان التي اشتغل بها الدكتور للأسف. ضيعت وقت ومجهود كل زياره كنت اجلس عالكرسي مايقارب 3 ساعات هذا كله عشان الثقه تدفع مبالغ وقدرها

Negative experience: My mother experienced a dental emergency when her tooth unexpectedly broke while eating. In search of a quick fix before securing a proper appointment, she visited this clinic, which is listed as being open until 9:30 PM on Google Maps. She arrived at 8:10 PM, but the experience was disappointing. The receptionist was not transparent about whether a doctor was available. Instead of providing a clear answer, she left to “check” and then returned only to dismiss my mother in a rude manner, stating that the clinic was closed. While the clinic appears to have a good reputation and high ratings, I would strongly recommend improving the quality of your customer service to match the standards patients expect. Accessibility and respectful communication are just as important as clinical expertise.

Fantastic experience: Thomas Dental clinic is one of the best dental clinic I have been, Dr Parvez Ahmed Mohammed giving excellent services professionally, he assured and explained everything before started and keep checking if patient is ok ,after the first session of root canal , the procedure successfully done aseptically without problem , more than one day now I didn’t feel any pain in my teeth like before when I first came to the clinic , the Nurse who is assisting and Maam Fatima are very accommodating, thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I visited dr.nivedha at thomas dental clinic upon reference of my neighbor.Was completely satisfied with the treatment and hospitality by the staffs there.Dr was having a very friendly approach. Also she explained in detail about the status of my teeth for which RCT is suggested n why going for RCT instead of normal filling before starting the procedure. Completely satisfactory experience. Will surely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had my dental experience with this clinic way back in 2007. I had fixed bridge, root canal and gum graft done by Dr. Thomas. I was happy with the work done on my teeth. I visited other dental clinics too for root canal and cleaning for the past years. This year 2022 I had to make a wise decision which clinic I would go for a dental implant on my other teeth which I know is costly. Then I remember Dr. Thomas dental clinic which was Lotus clinic way back then. The quality of their previous work on my teeth made me come back for implant for after 15 years my teeth are still good. So the price I paid in 2007 was reasonable and fair enough at that time. Before the procedure, my concern was pain. Thanks to Dr. Parvez, who patiently explained and made sure I understood the whole procedure from the beginning, during healing process and the last tooth implanted. Most of all, my comfort during the long procedure was taken care of. Today I got the last tooth implant and was happy with the product.The staff are accomodating, Elvie, Fatima and all. I referred this clinic for dental visits to my colleagues too. Thank you.

Nearly a decade now. I don't care how fancy, new or upscale other prestigious dental clinics are around town because Thomas Dental was perfect from day one. I have not gone to a different dentist since. Dr. Thomas was the only person in town who was willing to help me with my teeth issues, no matter how complicated. His friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and skills really shine when he works. He is very very good at what he does. He is very gentle and puts patient comfort first. Never have I been so calm and comfortable in a dental chair. Dr Thomas is by far the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. Would recommend to anyone. Fantastic experience: Dr. Thomas is my best dental doctor since 2011.. Eversince no other dentist touches my teeth. I had cosmetic tooth filling and it took so years before i need to redo it.. Had tooth Extraction so many times at Dr. Thomas Dental and no complications nor not feeling any pain. Staffs are very accommodating. Very clean clinic, not congested. Price are little costly compare to other dental clinics but its the quality that most important… God bless Dr. Thomas and the rest of Dental Doctors in ur clinic as well with very kind staffs..

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with this clinic. First of all, When I first got into this place I felt like I got into an abandoned place, the chairs, furniture, windows, toilets are all in a miserable condition, It looks like they have not changed them in years. Moreover, Their chief surgeon ( who happens to be the owner of the clinic) was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, and ungentle towards me not answering my questions and assuming that I do not know any thing about dentistry which is not the case at all. I have been to many horrible clinics and medical centers in Abu Dhabi but I must confess, this is the worst of them! I have not had a single useful information since I arrived at this place until I left. I do not recommend this place at all. Honestly, If you want a good quality dentistry service, go to Dubai because most of the clinics in Abu Dhabi are like Thomas center.
