Fantastic experience: recently visited Shaheen Clinic for a scaling and cleaning treatment and extremely happy with the entire experience. Dr Maria took the time to explain the procedure in detail, the scaling and cleaning were done gently yet thoroughly, I would definitely recommend Shaheen clinic & Dr Maria to anyone looking for quality dental care in good price!!

Negative experience: Rude customer service. I called to ask about appointments and the lady hung up on my face as I was speaking. Going to a different center now.

Negative experience: I called five minutes ago to book an appointment and inquire about the service, but the staff member was very rude in the way she responded, and she hung up the call before I could finish speaking, I kindly ask the management of the medical center to address this issue and to ensure that staff are properly trained on how to speak respectfully to patients.

Fantastic experience: Visited the clinic for treatment. Good staff and reasonable charges for the treatment. Small place but clean .Not much waiting time. Got a root canal treatment from the dentist. She was gentle and very understanding about my fear and made me feel comfortable.

Negative experience: I had been to Shaheen medical clinic for my tooth filling in February 2024,which she did in 5mins by just sticking a white cement pc in my tooth as i have a huge experience of tooth fillings and root canals i was absolutely sure that without lightcure procedure no permanent tooth fillings can be completed, she charged 130+50dhs for that stupid procedure which came out in july 2024 and now i am feeling terrible pain again. Please don't visit her she's not professional and well experienced. My 8yrs old filling didn't come out till the date and this one could not even last for 6months. Very bad experience please don't waste people's hard earned money.

Negative experience: The two stars for the doctor and the nurse. Even though the doctor himself told me that the insurance policy will cover the consultation fees and everything form that facility or clinic; The receptionist who's from Pakistan charged me some amount to pay. I don't recommend this hospital at all. I can Pay that amount as it wasn't that much,but what's the point of my insurance then. Imagine doing this with all the patients. Felt helpless.

I have got treated with her and my whole family only comes to her beacuse she is a gem person and all her Procedures are painless and very less time consuming. She is such a humble and angel doctor she cares about he patients so much and also follow up with patients each time .I would definitely recommend everyone to visit her for a painless professional procedures .I'm really blessed to meet her ❤️ .she is really amazing and am experienced dr whom I trust blindly .

Negative experience: There service is not as good as advertised they are business men not doctor Specially Dental Doctor SHRAVANTHI KONA is not good doctor aslo business lady they don't have proper dental equipment but she said we have latest technology.. No eye glass, no mouth guard... No safety preconceptions almost burn my chest while doing the root cancel.. Also first session mentioned I need 4 or 5 sessions for root canal but later she did 2 sessions ( within 3 days) total costs 750 Aed including file charges 50 Aed, I still have problems with tooth she said that I should text her but I did she never response ( before root canel she answered every single text) Also recipsion lady ASIFA is very rude Only nurses are very good and helpful Please stop making only business respect Humanbeing I have much respect for Doctor.. Please treat people with care ======= Updated after 2 and half months later of root canal I am loosing my tooth ( tooth infected sallow and and broken and painful teeth, as per doctor I will extraction of teeth ) Please do not rush with your teeth I wish I could have a better treatment ( please before come to this doctor think twice) I lost tooth, money 750 AED + 200 medicine ++ time +unbelievable pain Just take your time get tooth treatment

Fantastic experience: Salam and good day. I am a dental and medical patient in Shaheen Medical center for almost 7 years and above. Dra.Shravanti Kona was my dentist so do my husband and my 4 kids. She make it easier for my husband to finished his appointments because she was very professional, kind and very much caring to her patience. My husband is having now a very nice up and down porcelain veneers and it’s look so natural and very much beautiful. I am planning to go there me and my other kids to do my teeth and some procedures as well. I’ve know her for almost 7 years and she is a very professional and well experience doctor.
