Negative experience: 非常非常糟糕的体验！我是来矫正牙齿的，我的上牙龅，但是下牙整齐，但医生坚持要我拔了四个牙齿，各别上下两颗，我当时还说下牙不需要拔，但他们坚持， 拔去之后他们说一年可以矫正完毕，最糟糕的情况也是两年，结果！我第三年了！上牙依然完全盖下牙，根本就不应该拔我下牙两颗牙齿，三年了矫正完全没进步！而且医生非常难约！就一个星期在那边一天！很糟糕！我最后决定花钱去另一家诊所，结果不出意料，半年时间我的牙齿大大进步，新医生也说，当初如果下牙两个不拔会好很多，这是一个非常糟糕的诊所！你要visit的话请三思！我两个牙齿白白被拔还没完成矫正！！真的很后悔！！I have a really bad experience in this dental centre, if you want to know go Google translate, don’t visit them, bad service and not professional at all!! I am super regret at I lost my two tooth also they didt finish my braces!!

Fantastic experience: Denti Care @ Pavilion Mall is the best place to get all the dental care , team member Carbina is very helpful and supportive, Dr Afifa and Dr Shima are experts and have in depth knowledge and are highly professional.

Negative experience: One of the most unprofessional dental clinics in Dubai, a complete disregard for human health and are only concerned about making money. My colleague suffered alot because of them and was taken to emergency room.

Negative experience: 我朋友去了，因为洗牙差点没丢了命。 其一，洗个牙能导致牙龈流血不止两天，这是技术不精。 其二， 推卸责任，牙龈出血说是客户的问题或者凝血问题（血检报告都正常）。 其三，开药前不询问过敏史，导致青霉素过敏住院7天。 其四，态度恶劣，从未联系客户解决后续问题。 总之，不合格的诊所，奉劝各位珍爱生命，远离垃圾诊所。

Negative experience: 千万不要去这家，我媳妇在这洗个牙，牙齿弄出血了也不管，就说是自己的问题，后面带媳妇去做血液检查也没啥问题，还有明明勾选了青霉素过敏开药的医生也不看，后续出问题了也不处理，投诉也拖得不了了之，也没个答复怎么处理，幸好最后人没大事，不然得告他们，出了问题服务态度也极差，这种店怎么还没倒闭？

Negative experience: There is no respect for the patient.. I have visited ur place on Sunday due to sever pain in my tooth the doc check said we can do root canal …tomorrow will book an appointment …I said ok & came on time after waiting almost 30mins the doc refused to see me.. this is a joke. If you do your job earlier I would save my time the day off I took to see the doc. The approval should obtain on the day of the consultation not while I am in the clinic next day… so unprofessional & inconsiderate of the customer.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rachana is A great Orthodontist and is very kind. I thought my awful teeth would take at least 2 years to get straightened but she promised me 1 year and 6 months and that’s what I got! She’s very honest, sweet and amazing at her job. My teeth have never looked and felt better. The Chinese lady at the reception has also been very sweet and I’ve had an amazing experience at this clinic. Affordable and worth it!

Negative experience: 1. I visit this dental clinic on 22/Dec, Dr Shima Joorabxhi did the dental cleaning for me. I felt not comfortable for the cleaning time, and vomiting twice, because I felt too much pain and her medical mirror go through my tone and throat. After that it’s bleeding, and the staff told me they open all the gum and clean. 2. Until the second day, it’s still bleeding scary, please look at the attached photo. I went back to the clinic, and she did clean and treatment for me, saying after 15-20mins it could be stop bleeding, but useless. Which make me more angry Is that Dr. Shima did not feel sorry, and claiming that is not her fault at all. And she provided me medicine without asking me about allergy questions. I took the Amoxicillin and the other one immediately, cuz I want to stop bleeding soon, and I take doctor provided medicine without checking the medicine, and the amoxicillin is without instructions. After 2 hours, I felt itchy, I noticed that it’s allergy, then I ask them what medicine they provide me. I have heavy allergy to penicillin, Amoxicillin is one of them. I went to hospital immediately at the same day, it’s nearly killed me. They took me as emergency case, because I got fever, full body itching and burning, shaking, and fall in a faint. For all information: Medicine allergy could lead to shock and death. Overall, this is my experience for these days, till now I’m still suffering from inside skin itching, burning and swelling. Anyhow, I don’t think Dr. Shima is a qualified doctor. I am alive because I found it early, she could kill me by this time if I didn’t found it by myself.

Fantastic experience: They are good team of professionals. Their clinic is well hygienic and all medical equipment used for treatment are fully sterilized and kept in sealed platic. I had my wisdom tooth removed from Dr. Shima this week. She was very professional in her work and she has done all my treatment very comfortably. During and after the procedure i barely had any pain. I highly recommend this clinic to other people.
