Fantastic experience: Dr Asma is the best! I recently had veneers done with DR Asma and I am beyond impressed with the result. They look so natural that no one can tell they’re not my real teeth! The doctor was very attentive, explained every step of the process, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. The final outcome exceeded my expectations, both aesthetically and functionally. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy dentist.

Negative experience: أسوأ عيادة، سويت عندهم ابتسامة سنة 2013 عند الدكتور مايكل سوري الجنسية، فاشل ،خرب وحف أسناني ثمانين بالمئة وصغارها كثير وبعد شهرين و ظهرت خراجات و القشرة الخارجية تتكسر و خرب اسناني كاملة ، ودفعت مبالغ كبيرة لين 60 الف. . واللثة التهبت، فشل تام .

Negative experience: اسوأ تجربة في حياتي، لو استطيع ان اعود بالزمن للوراء و اغير شيء واحد في حياتي، سيكون يوم ذهبت و وثقت بال"دكتورة" اسماء! دمرت حياتي فعليا! لن اسامحك ليوم الدين! الحمد لله ان الله على كل شيء رقيب! و انه يحاسب كل شخص على ما فعله! وثقت بها لأنني ظننت انها مسلمة و تتقي الله في الناس. حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل لا تصدقو ما تروه في الصور، و لا تصدقو ما تقوله..

She didn’t care about the health of my teeth — all she cared about was money. She didn’t even bother to take an X-ray to check the condition of my teeth. After years of struggling with a complicated bite issue and previously wearing braces for almost six years at another clinic, I finally found the right place at Dubai Smile Clinic in Jumeirah. Finding a trustworthy doctor was never easy for me. But from the first time I explored their website, visited the clinic, and spoke with the team, especially Sofia I felt a sense of comfort and confidence. She encouraged me to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. I kept coming back because I knew this was the right place for me. thank you for being so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made everything easier, answered all my questions, and always made me feel genuinely cared for. The veneers they placed completely transformed my smile. It looks so natural and beautiful, I honestly fell in love with it. A very special thanks to Dr. Asma, who did the veneers for me with so much care and attention. Her hand was incredibly light and gentle, and every single time I felt the slightest discomfort, she would immediately pause, check on me, and make sure I was okay before continuing. That level of care meant a lot, especially for someone like me who’s sensitive when it comes to dental work. A heartfelt thank you to Dr.Mina as well, who handled my root canal treatments. She was incredibly kind, and her technique was just as gentle and reassuring. I started this journey with a lot of hesitation, but I have no regrets at all. Negative experience: خساره فيهم النجمه... عياده سيئه وخاصه الي في ابوظبي ... للأسف صدقت الإعلانات ورحت اعدل عندهم مثبت التقويم وكان من اسوء التجارب.. اسناني تفرقت والدكتور قال هذي مش غلطته والرسبشن طلبت منهم اكلم المدير وطبعا طلعو مليون عذر ولا حد كلمني ... خساره فيهم كل فلس تدفعونه او حتى الي يغطيه التأمين.... لا نظافه وترتيب ولا اهتمام بالعميل ولا مهنيه.

Negative experience: Horrible Customer Service - Lack of Professionalism - Don't Count on Your Reimbursement The receptionist has absolutely no customer service skills, her English is not very good and she never gets back to you without you having to follow up multiple times. No initiative by her or the clinic. First visit - the Dentist (there are two: a male and female.. this is the female Dr) was over 40 minutes late. I had to leave due to work. No one ever called to apologize or ask me to reschedule. Second visit - only booked it again because it's covered by my insurance plan. Booked with a different dentist (the male Dr) based on the first experience. This was fine - he was lovely. It took over 3 months for them to get my insurance reimbursement claim sorted out. I called every couple of weeks to check on it with promises I'd be called back, told that they hadn't even submitted yet and then that the money was waiting but NOT to come until they called me to do so (which they never did because it wasn't true as I later found out). I ended up having to speak to the manager of the clinic after the receptionist was no help (not surprising based on description above). When given the reimbursement claim form, they wrote the wrong description (i.e. I went in for tooth pain and they wrote polishing) so, I was denied by my health plan in getting the money back. Frankly, I'm too annoyed to chase it anymore. I would NEVER go back nor would I recommend it to anyone with or without coverage.

Negative experience: عملت نجمه بس عشن اقولكم دكاترة الاسنان كلهم ماعندهم ضمير وتجاريين بس ،انا رحت كلينكا جويل عند إياس وندمت بردلي اسناني عشرة بدون مايحتاجو وبدون ما اطلب مجرمين

Negative experience: للاسف الدكتور قام بكسر السن وبعدها طلب مبالغ طائله لاصلاحه لايوجد مصداقيه في هذه العياده حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل حتي صاحب العياده يعلم ولاكن لايحرك ساكن

Negative experience: للاسف اسم كبير لكن انصدمت من الطبيب الي كان عندي معاه موعد بدال ما يصلح أسناني خربها و قعد يقول في شي ينكسر و هو الي كسر السن و صلحه و مبلغ ما يستاهل ابدا توقعت شي واو بس للاسف بذون مستوى
