Fantastic experience: واحد من افضل عيادات الاسنان الي زرتها فخامه ورتابه ..دكتور انشاصي كتير مزوء وبيدرس التفاصيل الصغيره والكبيره المهمه والي مش مهمه ليعطيكي اجمل ابتسامه (ابتسامة العمر).وبيعطيكي وقتك وزياده... انا جدا عانيت من تركيبات فينيرز سابقه خصوصي من موضوع العضه .. همي حلولي الموضوع وخلصت من معاناة العضه .. وكمان عندهم المواد وخامة الفينير نفسها جودتها عاليه التم بيضل رطب، على عكس الفينيرز عند بعض العيادات التجاريه جودتها رديئه بتنشف التم وبتخرب اللثه. يعني من الاخر عند انشاصي بتوخدو ابتسامه صحيه وجميلة

Negative experience: موظفة الاستقبال العربيه ( نوره ) تعاملها غير لطيف ابدا بالرغم من تعاملي انا واصدقائي والعائله مع دكتور انشاصي من ٨ سنوات تقريبا والدكتور جدا طيب وحبوب ولكن هل دكتور انشاصي عنده علم ب انه موظفة استقبال الجديده تتعامل ب اسلوب غير لطيف مع الزبائن وهذا يشوه سمعة العياده المعروفه؟ طلبت كذا مره من الاستقبال اني اتواصل مع دكتور انشاصي شخصيا وكل مره هالموظفه تتهرب وتقولي ( مابعرف امتى دكتور انشاصي رح يجي او تقولي انه مريض! )

Negative experience: من باب الأمانة، تضررت جدا من هذه العيادة، سويت فينيير وبعد التركيب حسيت بألم وضغط على الاسنان الخلفية بالاضافة الى وجود فراغ في الاسنان الامامية مما يدل على وجود خطأ في أطوال اسنان الفينير. الدكتور حف وبرد من الاسنان اكثر من المفروض وبدون استئذان و بدوون أي داعي . بعد المراجعة قالولي بنشيل الفينيير السفلي وبنستبدله لكن نحن العيادة عدنا زحمة و فل. ومانقدر نجلسك على الكرسي الا بعد ١٠ ايام. ونرد نركب الجديد بعد ١٠ ايام اخرى. راجعت ٥ عيادات ومازلت اتألم. وكان عند عصب ملتهب وخراج رغم انه عملوا لي اشعة. وشافوني دكتورين في عيادة انشاصي و ولا واحد اكتشف ولا يفهمون شي هم يزينون الاسنان بغض النظر عن وظيفة الاسنان وصحتها وياليت يعملون شكل الاسنان بطريقة حلوة. كل سن غير عن الثاني. وراجعت اكثر من دكتور واكدوا لي وجود هذه الاخطاء. تم تصحيح طول الاسنان بالفنيير في عيادة أخرى لان الدكتور في عيادة انشاصي ازال جزء كبير من اسناني ، والفينير المضاف عادي ينكسر بأي وقت، يعني فقدت القدرة على أكل أي شي ، احذروا هذا الغش. دمرتوا نفسيتي حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم فرداُ فرداً.ويخلونكم توقعون على عقد من ٣ اوراق ويمنعون المريض يحتفظ بنسخة. انا اقدر اشتكي عليهم لان العقد لم يذكر فيه برد وحف الأسنان وهم بكل وقاحة وبدون أي داعي بردوا أسنان. والدكتور ب دم بارد يحف الأسنان كأن الاسنان شي يتعوض. وأخر شي قال لي والله انتي ليش سويتي فينير وبهدلتي نفسج. حسبي الله عليكم
