Fantastic experience: I want to raise my gratitude for the lovely receptionist who helped me Salma Alghaithi, she was very nice and made my registration smooth and welcoming. And I would like to thank and send my dearest gratitude to the nurse who helped me in the triage Sara Alahbabi, she was very cheerful and had a very positive impact on my spirit while I was getting my treatment. She was very delicate in inserting the meds and informative about the treatment that I’m getting. And of course, I wouldn’t forget my dear Dr. Salma Alahbabi She was very nice and asked me the right question and she explained why my symptoms are related to the diagnosis that she gave me, and she was caring, and I felt taken care of in this facility.

Negative experience: My wife who came just 2 weeks ago was not feeling well (suspected UTI) and went here. She had her insurance card but not Emirates ID yet. So I asked her to take her passport and first make sure whether the clinic would accept this. The lady at the counter Mariam didn't even bother to look at her phone. She was rude and bluntly told to go and get printed copies. Later she was told that Daman wasn't accepted. Please be kind to patients.

Fantastic experience: I am really satisfied with the services that are provided by this clinic, from registration to doctors, pharmacists and staff nurses. They are approachable and easy to talk with. Doctors explained very clearly the laboratory results and diagnostics that are needed. The next appointments are detailed. Negative experience: عياده سيئة جدا وخدمهم سيئة لا يوجد ممرضين بعدد كافي كل شي بالعيادة بطيء عيادة المقام تحتاج ادارة افضل

Negative experience: للأسف عدم مبالاة بالمراجعين تحتاج اكثر من ساعتين عشان تعرف نتايج التحاليل واخر شيء قابض الدور عند دكتور باقي ع دوامه ساعة صراحة مستاء جداً وان شاء الله ما أزوره هذا المركز مره ثانية

Negative experience: الانه ماشاء الله تبارك الرحمن وايد يتاخرون حتى لو مافي حد ومتاخرين درجه ماتتصورونها اخر شي دكتور او دكتوره فاضيه محد عندها مريض ليش انزين كل هاه تاخر

Negative experience: I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by Al Maqam Health Center in Al Ain during my recent visit for a vaccination appointment. Despite having a booked appointment and waiting for registration for an extended period of two hours, I was eventually informed that the vaccinations had run out. This situation raises serious concerns about the management and organizational efficiency of your facility. It is bewildering how a health center can run out of vaccinations, especially when appointments are scheduled in advance, presumably to ensure availability. I was under the impression that priority is given to individuals who have registered beforehand, yet the tardy communication and unavailability of vaccines suggest a lack of professionalism and a disregard for patients' time and health needs. The time I wasted waiting, coupled with the lack of a satisfactory response or any form of contingency plan from your staff, has led me to the decision that this will be my last interaction with your facility. Health services, more than any other, should be predicated on trust, efficiency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from it. I urge you to address these management issues and implement measures to ensure that such an oversight does not recur. Patients come to your facility trusting that their health needs will be met with the utmost seriousness and professionalism. It is crucial that your operations reflect this responsibility.
