Fantastic experience: قبل يوم كنت عند دكتور محمد كمال إنسان يشتغل بذمة وضمير له مني كل الشكر

Negative experience: الدكتورة بدرية ممتازة وشاطرة جدا الله يبارك فيها . لكن أرجو إعادة النظر في سعر الكشف عند الدكتورة لأنه جدا غالي بالنسبة لعامة الناس في المنطقة . الشيء الثاني لما يكون عندهم عروض على الفيشل للأسف لا يعملون بذمة ويكون أي كلام . الشيء الثالث الليزر يحتاج لليزر علشان يكون مفعوله جيد . اضطررنا لاعادة الليزر لمنطقة فوق الشفة في عيادات أخرى لعدم فعالية الليزر لديهم .

Negative experience: والله حتى النجمه وايد عليهم ، استغلال ف استغلال ، انا قدامهم ويالسه اتويع من الحكه وهم كل همهم ادفعي و ادفعي ، مابتشوفج الدكتوره الا لما تدفعي مادري شو هالقوانين الخايسه. يعني المريض قدامكم يتألم وانتو بس همكم الفلوس ، العيادات الخاصه الثانيه يراكضون عشان يداوون المريض وبعدين يتناقشون بالمبلغ ونحن مابنطير ترانا ومانحب مال الحرام نهايتنا بندفع لكم ترا يايين عياده خاصه ندري انه في دفع بمبالغ مبالغ فيها ويايين براضنا !

إن الطلب المسبق من قبل قسم الاستقبال لفتح ملف هو إجراء روتينى معمول به فى القطاع الطبي فى دولة الامارات و يندرج تحت متطلبات وزارة الصحة , و قام موظفوا الاستقبال بتوضيح كافة التفاصيل المالية المترتبة على ذلك و بعد موافقتكم على ما سبق تم علاجك من قبل الدكتورة و إعطائك الاولوية فى تلقى العلاج اللازم .

Negative experience: تجربة سيئة عيادة استغلالية علاوة على رسوم الكشف العالية التي تفوق المستشفيات الخاصة الكبيرة التركيز فقط على استخدام الأجهزة لرفع قيمة الفاتورة وإعطاء ادوية لا نفع لها فقط سعرها عالي اوصي الجميع بالتفكير قبل دفع الرسوم والبحث عن بدائل قريبة من المنطقة اسعار افضل ومصداقية افضل

Negative experience: الدكتورة بدرية شاطرة لكن للأسف الاستقبال جدا سيئ مايعرفون كيف يتصرفون مع المريض حتى اتفاهم مع الدكتورة شفهي ماسمحولي و لا يوضحون كل قوانين العيادة من البداية ، و علشان مراجعه من حقي مع الدكتورة يبون يدفعوني كاستشارة من اول و جديد اذا تعدى اسبوع اول مره اشوف عيادة سيستم المراجعه عندهم بهاي الطريقة احيانا المراجعه تتطلب بعد اسبوعين ثلاث مايدفعون المريض. فيها لكن للأسف بين عندي ان همهم فلوس مش رضى المريض و انا جايه من ابوظبي و طلعت و انا جدا disappointment ياليت دكتورة تشوفين هالموضوع ٢. و ردا لمتابعة الشكوى الدكتورة بالتلفون طلبت تشوف المريض لكني في ابوظبي و قالت لي أي يوم اقدر اجيب ولدي للمراجعه مافي مشكله لكن فوجئت عند المراجعه و بعد اسبوعين فقط ان طلب مني ادفع ؟ و اللي اعرفه المراجعه تكون فريه و لم يتم توضيح اي شي بهذا الخصوص من قبل الادارة و لم يتم مراعاة ظروفي اني من ابوظبي مع ان الدكتورة كانت موافقه و مارضيتو اني اتكلم معاها فوق هذا عرضت ادفع نصف المبلغ للمراجعه منعا للاحراج لي و لكم و بعد لم يتم القبول الا بدفع مبلغ استشارة كامل كأنه ملف جديد و هذا فيه خسارة لكم للمريض و ماراح ارجع للعيادة مرة ثانيه
