Fantastic experience: I have got treatment there since 13 yrs as Dr. Noura is most respectful and soft spoken doctor I ever met. So gentle with children and old patients we blessed to have her

Positive experience: Got my braces done here, as this place is mainly known for getting ortho work done. Could use an interior design facelift as the place looks slightly dull. And would be more accommodating if there was a coffee and tea station, water etc.

Fantastic experience: Dr Hadi Husseini is my favorite dentist in Abu Dhabi. He is friendly, professional and provides honest quality service.

Negative experience: ما انصح في العياده الدكتور يقابل مريضين في نفس الوقت و يضيع علي وقت حتى لو حاجزه موعد عنده غرفتين و يخلي النيرس تكمل بداله و يطلع يشوف المريض الثاني بدون ما يكلمني او يشرح لي خطة العلاج حرفياً اتم ساعه عشان بس شد تقويم! غير هذا تعاامل الرسبشن سيييء و وقح جدااااً و مستغليين مادياً

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I've been to a clinic that genuinely cares, especially a dental clinic. Dr. Noora is the best dentist with excellent ethics and only recommends what is truly needed. أول مرة أتعامل مع عيادة عندها ضمير، خصوصًا عيادة أسنان. دكتورة نورة أحسن دكتورة أسنان، أخلاقها عالية وما تسوي شيء إلا اللي نحتاجه فعلاً.

Negative experience: Worst clinic ever .. the waiting time is absolutely absurd. I took an “appointment” with a doctor there and when I reached there ON TIME, i had to wait for 40+ min. So i had to reschedule it. Then the next time same thing happened and I waited for 40+ min again. I mean if i was a walk-in I wouldn’t complain but i have an APPOINTMENT. No respect for the the customers time , and absolutely no respect for the meaning of appointment.

Fantastic experience: Using same dentist for almost 20 years....

Negative experience: I wish I could give them half a star instead of a star because they don't deserve it. The service is very poor and the waiting is long even if you have booked your appointment!

Fantastic experience: I was truly impressed by the knowledge, skill, and care of Dr. Hadi, who did a routine checkup and cleaning of my teeth. During the visit, I felt that he did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth, while in the process, he taught me a great deal about dental care. After the cleaning was finished, Dr. Hadi took the time to patiently provide clear, well-explained answers to a number of questions I had. Having visited a number of dentists in the U.S. and abroad, this was one of the best visits I have ever had to a dentist. Thank you very much.
