Sa ibang clinic ikaw na kasunod pag may ongoing patient pa. maaga umalis ng bahay, Anlayo pa ng nilakad ko para umabot sa appointment time taz ganun? nasayang lang oras ko.

I first met her at Raslan Medical, and the reason why I go to Golden Smile Dental Clinic is because there was an issue with her giving me the wrong fee. She is the one who gives fees without asking the doctor and giving misinformation and being rude to the customer, and I decided not to proceed with Raslan because of her. She also chatted with me and told me that Golden Smile Clinic and Raslan Clinic are the same company. She was like, "Ah, sa golden ka pala nag pagawa, same company." I was like, yeah, and I informed them about my issues to you. It's customer choice if we will go or not. Then, I surprisingly met her again in Golden Clinic, and she was assigned to assist me in every scheduled process. Im being nice to her, and then after my first trial impression, I sent the photo for inspiration of the shape and looks of my veneers. She was like, "Sana pinakita mo sa dental technician kanina," and I replied, "What kind of response is that? Is that how you treat your customer?" As a customer, I didn't know what the look of the teeth was after the first trial. That is why I looked and searched for the photo inspiration for my veneers so they could do what I wanted. She was supposed to know that as she was the way of communication towards the dental tech and Dr. Luqman. This Jessica should not be in her job, as she doesn't know how to provide good customer service and doesn't know how to communicate or apologize with customers. Every time I visited for my dental procedure, I didn't hear any greetings from her, and I felt uncomfortable when she was around as we already had an issue.

I requested for a consultation at 10:40 pm where they were about to close by 11 pm but Dr. Fathima and assistant (ashmi) waited for me and gave me the appointment as i had a infection in my teeth I wasn’t able to bear the pain she gave me the treatment still, even though it was late for them to leave she was not in a rush she took time and gave me a treatment and I didn’t felt any pain after some days i start my treatment. She takes time to carefully explain everything to make sure you are feeling good and fully aware of everything. I wouldn’t go anywhere else And i will recommend this place for everyone.
