Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at the clinic. The receptionist was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy, which immediately gave a negative impression. Due to the poor behavior at the front desk, I decided to cancel my appointment and leave without seeing the doctor. It's important for any medical practice to have polite and well-trained staff as they are the first point of contact for patients. I would rather pay more and consult a clinic where professionalism and respect are valued. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a complete waste of time.

The entire team, from the receptionists to the dentist, were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. My dentist was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of care is top-notch. I've already recommended the clinic to friends, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any future dental need.

Negative experience: Bad service the doctor she don’t know anything I bring my nanny and she said I’ll give her medicine only and my nanny dosent need medicine she needs too remove a teeth that’s been bothering her, and she said okay I’ll remove it but if I break the teeth go too another hospital and I quote “can’t do it”

Negative experience: عياده سيئه دكتوره وحده والاستقبال وحده وهي نفسها تسجل وتساعد الدكتوره ، انتظار طويل ومواعيد عدة ايام عالفاضي ، وسعر عالي ، وعدم تفاعل الدكتوره مع المريض بشكل فوري الابعد اخذ الادويه والانتظار عدة ايام . انصح بعدم مراجعتها

Fantastic experience: Did a filling restoration at the clinic. Appointment coordination my the admin staff was good. Hygenic arrangements. Dr.Preethy did an excellent job, from initial assessment, communicating the treatment steps and took great care and worked patiently to ensure the procedure is painless, as far as practically possible. Charges were reasonable.

Negative experience: I just visited here for a second opinion for the root canal of my tooth and they started stating exorbitant amounts....issues... And they wanted me to go to a dental surgeon. Just for a checkup which was 15 minutes.. They took 50 aed consultation and 75 aed for a one single small mini x-ray... Just took 125 aed for nothing.

Fantastic experience: I was dispreat to find a dental clinic can do the miracle in very very shirt time with afford able price until I found pristine Dental Clinic by Dr. Jinu James I explained that I have to fix my teeth within 7 days only b4 my wedding and after examinating my teeth she found out that I have to replace 10 of them in the upper side and 5 at the lower side, I though its impossible in 7 days to fix and replace around 15 tooths but she was calm down and she give a word that everything will be fixed not in 7 but 6 days and she did it perfectly and the price was amazing I didnt even hesistate to take the offer and now I can enjoy my wedding with big smile on the face thanks to Dr Jinu and her staff.
