Fantastic experience: Excellent and good services

Negative experience: Very disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic. From the beginning, they never discussed or even mentioned anything about retainers. I was only told that after fixing the braces, monthly tightening and check-ups would be required for a year, after which the braces would be removed. There was no proper explanation or information given about retainers being an important part of the treatment. At the end of the one-year treatment, they casually asked, “Do you want a retainer?” and I said no—because I was never told it was essential. They presented it like it was just an optional choice, not a necessary step to maintain the results. Later, when I noticed that the treatment results were not as expected, I went back to the clinic. Only then did they say the reason was that I didn’t wear a retainer—and that now it’s too late to fix it. This shows a serious lack of communication and responsibility. Patients trust dental professionals to guide them properly throughout the treatment, but in my case, that guidance was missing. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Negative experience: If you are looking for braces, this place is a wrong choice. Replying to your comment: I had sent a detailed WhatsApp message to you couple of times about the issues. However, I did not get any reply.

Fantastic experience: As per my experience this dental clinic is one of the best clinic in Sharjah very clean facilities and accommodating staffs. As well as Dr Ramzi a soft spoken person that makes you relax while his doing his job. He recommends good options for you it's just you have to decide what's best for your budget. Negative experience: I want to give zero star to this clinic I started mu braces journey with them in dec 2022 and had to change my dr in the middle of the treatment. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. First of all dont fall for any offer on braces they are providing even upon asking again and again the wont tell you the hidden info and in the middle of your treatment something will come up. Secondly orhto doctors keeps on changing after few months They will tell you everything is going well but in actual its not because they want to prolong the treatment Lastly i asked dr how much more time he literally said "i dont know".

Negative experience: I had such a horrible experience I went in for composite veneers he told me it’s 95 percent reversible and my teeth will look the same once it is off I get it removed at his clinic only then it started chipping because he left a thin layer of composite on and my teeth underneath it are so thin specially my knine they don’t feel the same I had to rush to so many doctors after this please don’t trust him and do your research because going to him he will When I came in for removal of composite veneers that he put on he removed so much of my enamel my teeth are so thin now, he just kept drilling saying if it’s enough he should know that I am the patient it’s not my job! I just told him I need my natural tooth back and no composite ! He dint wear the magnifying glasses for removal !! His clinic is a red flag !! Go somewhere else ps he even drilled the side of my tooth and it’s been 2 months and it’s still sensitive !! Regret going to him ! He ruined my teeth for life I am only 22

Negative experience: We went there having reviewed plenty of positive reviews BUT unprofessional and unacceptable attitude of the Dr. braces for upper teeth was the case. We were trying to communicate but dr was so busy on the computer 2 3 times we asked questions he didn’t had the time to explain corse of work and procedure. We found better clinic in Sharjah for following reasons: 1. Economical rates 2. Complete information 3. Set timings 4. Every month visit to change braces (economical) 5. 100% focus with explanation on each step Clinic is new so they are still in process of crafting good reputation in market. Negative experience: Im not satisfied from his work, he did for me a bridge in my front teeth, the teeth was big , different so far to the other front right teeth, and when i told him different than other teeth he said this is my teeth , you have to let the patient satisfied even they not paid as much, i will not recomend this dental clinic.

Negative experience: I didn't get to see the doctor. The reception desk is a complete failure. I had to go back. I may change the review later... but for now, I wouldn't advice any new patient to visit the place.

Fantastic experience: First off, I saw this Dental center on google and I was hesitating to go there due to the reason that I was far away from it. Eventually I gave it a try as I thought I had nothing to lose. Turned out it was the best experience at a Dental Center. I don't regret going there as Doctor Ramzi does the best job at fixing whatever problem one is facing with their teeth. I'm definitely going back there as I've never felt comfortable at a Dental center ever except for this one. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Worst.. Worst.......I lost my money and valuable time due to this clinic. They fixed the braces and i done 2 adjustments. After they say that doctor is not available and will come soon. I waited 4 months. No results. Brace's tight lossed. While checking with other clinics, they said that braces is fixed in wrong way and they ask more money to refix. Atlast i removed the brace from a clinic and they charge 350 AED for that.. Will not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had this braces for 1 year already and it has progressed a lot like its really far different from my old teeth. I had the worst case ever (gap teeth up and down and i have a wrong bite also) they really fixed my teeth and helped me a lot to bring back my smile. Before I can't even smile and laugh confidently in public because it is so embarrassing. But now it's really different its like a new version of myself and I am really happy. Thanks to my Doctor, Doctor Afifa who saved me from my situation. Fantastic experience: Firstly i am never ever comfortable with any dental doctors because i feel weird to meet them and they treat us like we are having weird problems and mostly of them judge us but its almost 4 months i am visiting this clinic and Dr afifa is really Reaallyy humble person i have ever met ❤️ Its really affordable and amazing services with full of precautions because of covid but still i enjoy going there every month and enjoying my adjustments. Negative experience: Firstly most important receptionist is unprofessional and impolite . Secondly they had told me not to be late or else it’ll be canceled . I’ve come here before time . And they’ve made me wait for 40 min . Reasons; doctors haven’t arrived yet . What type of clinic is closed at 10:30 am . My appointment was on 10 am .

Negative experience: I have taken the 100 dhs package of Teeth cleaning and Whitening. Booking was absolutely easy over whatsapp. And when there at the clinic, there was no one waiting. The procedure was carried out in less than 25 minutes quickly with no much conversations and as if he wanted to shoo me off as early as possible. Once home, i checked my tooth and sadly could find good amount of tartar still on my tooth. Especially the molar tooth at the rear looks untouched. Regret going there. I should have spent extra few Dhs and gone to a better place. “HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED”

Negative experience: Can't remember exactly the first day when I came to Dr. Ramzi Assi for my dental appointment, probably almost a year or more he put my braces and regularly came back every month for adjustment, he is very accommodating no matter how busy he is, I even recommend him to my siblings and friends, recently i had an issue on my visa in my company so I was not able to visit him for 3 consecutive months, now I am leaving UAE and he seems ignoring me every time i tried to book an appointment to remove my braces.. Now I learned that people (some) until they are getting benefits from you they are kind and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is very quick and precise he saw my wife and daughter for braces consult, took impressions and extracted my broken tooth all within one hour! I would highly recommend this dentist to all my friend and family here in the UAE! He has gained four new patients from my family alone!
