Negative experience: I came to the clinic because of Dr. Forough. And I booked the appointment with her. Unfortunately this clinic sent another doctor when I was there. Only after I pointed out she is not Dr. Forough then they just made stories saying she can’t make it to come. And the similar story happened to my friend again as well. Very disappointed. Will never ever come to this CHEATING clinic again. Below are the words for this clinic. First of all, your clinic is WRONG in confirming the appointment to the patients with Dr. Forough even Dr. Forough is not able to be there to offer the treatment. Secondly, The patients have the legal right to get informed if the doctor has been changed in advance, not after taking all the time and effort coming to your clinic, waiting there for their turn and siting in the treatment room in the end, then they came to know that Dr. Forough is not available. Thirdly, In my experience when I visited your clinic and sat down on the treatment chair, This Sadaf was about to do the treatment for me even without telling me that she is not Dr. Forough!! Just Imagining if a patient who never meet Dr. Forough before, he/she would take for granted that she is the one. No matter she offer a good treatment or not, cheating is cheating. Because the reason I come to your clinic is because of Dr. Forough, not someone called Sadaf. I could have saved my time and energy to go for a much better clinic with my preferred doctor if I knew Dr. Forough is not available there in advance. It is a shame to make use of the reputation of Dr. Forough to attract or trap the patients to come there, and silently change someone else, only letting the patients know about it or even not telling them after they taking all the time and effort to reach there. This is not the correct way to make business. Yes, the final decision to proceed the appointment lies with the patients. But for the patients whoever already made their effort to reach there, there were no other better options expect to go for the treatment with the doctor whoever just in front of them at that moment. Because time is valuable for everybody and they would not get any compensation if they just walk away . Because your clinic doesn’t care how much time and effort the patients made to be there. And the most important thing is, Sadaf didn’t take the initiative to introduce herself even she knew that the patients made the appointment with Dr. Forough and they came for Dr. Forough!! This is unacceptable pure cheating!! I kept quiet and didn’t go for any complaints after my treatment. However the same thing happened again to my friend. He didn’t get informed that doctor got changed until he sat in the treatment room. And this Sadaf didn’t bother to introduce herself until my friend asked where is Dr. Forough. Hope my words here are clear for you to understand why I complained. If you still think that you are right in doing this, I don’t mind to go for a higher complaint.

Regarding your friend's experience, we provided excellent service and even offered a complimentary dental treatment free of charge. They expressed genuine satisfaction with the services provided by our clinic. After reaching out to them in response to your review, they reassured us that they had no complaints and were genuinely content with the service they received.
In addition to providing exceptional medical care, we addressed all your admin needs and requests promptly. Neither you nor your friend expressed any dissatisfaction with our services; in fact, both of you were very happy with the results and the service provided at the clinic.
Our clinic has three highly skilled doctors who offer exceptional care. We prioritize our patients' right to choose from the available doctors and never force treatment with a specific doctor. Dr. Forough, in particular, brings extensive experience and expertise, serving a patient base of over 15,000 individuals across two clinics in Dubai. Due to Dr. Forough's high demand and limited availability and that complex cases are assigned to her, immediate appointments may not always be possible, resulting in longer wait times. To accommodate faster scheduling, we offer appointments with our other doctors. However, the final decision to proceed with the appointment lies with the patient.
In both your case and your friend's case, you willingly agreed to receive treatment from another doctor, expressing happiness and satisfaction with the results. This is the first time we hear of any dissatisfaction from either of you regarding your visit and it is disheartening to receive your review and see that you took pictures of our doctor without her consent, considering the excellent service she provided to both of you.
With that being said, Dr. Forough is always available to hear your concerns and address them so we can continue providing exceptional services in both our dental clinics in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: Большое спасибо администратору, врачу и медсестрам. Сильно прихватило зуб, надеялась дотянуть до дома (всего то два дня до конца отпуска осталось), но поняла, что не выдержу. Искали стоматологию недалеко от отеля. По рейтингу понравилась эта. Моё знание английского ниже плинтуса, со администратор сразу нашлась - общались через переводчик в телефоне! Я хотела просто удалить (вроде бы 250 дирхам стоит). Врач посмотрела. Сделали снимок не вставая с кресла! Порекомендовала всё же лечить (500дирхам за всё с наркозом и пломбой). Мучили меня почти два часа! Было сильное воспаление и анестезия плохо действовала. (Дети всё это время громили рецепшн и никто им слова не сказал) Выписали лекарства (обезболивающее и антибиотики). В общем, хочу сказать ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО Внимательные, спокойные, вежливые и, самое главное, отличные специалисты!

Negative experience: I visited the place in March to handle two fillings. Simple. Nice & pleasant doctor. Smooth handling. Result - paid half the price uptown. THEN!!! One filling just FELL OFF the tooth within two weeks. Have spent double the original amount for the two fillings, just to try to save the tooth! And am just mid-way the therapy! Have been struggling with that since March - continuation in September! The Maral doctor hadn't really cleaned the tooth before handling it with the new filling. All nicely visible on pictures taken by the regular dentist trying to patch it up after Maral. The other filling - has been unstable since April (!), developing an ache from under the filling... To be handled when doing the first one in September. All in all - I wish I could turn back the clock to the moment I was considering dentists and NEVER EVER consider Maral, even for a short while! I CAN understand that everybody can have a weaker moment or a day. But please! Not cleaning a tooth before getting a new filling?! A filling sufficient to hold in for a few days?! TWO fillings messed up at the same time?! This could never relate to ANY professional standards especially of a qualified doctor! Charging money for the services. In my home culture there is a saying - one who is stingy loses twice... Indeed! Very much so! Again: NEVER EVER! it is a DISASTER!
