Fantastic experience: Had root canal and crown done at the clinic. Everyone from reception to dentist assistant to the dentists are very accommodating and professional, most especially Dr Dilruba. She was so patient with all my questions and guided me through the entire process. We worked around my schedule to get every procedure done which lasted a couple weeks (my preference). Definitely highly recommended.

Negative experience: Sorry but I am unsatisfied. Last visit was on January 15 to do the filling procedure, I did 3 tooth but not even a 2 months I am having a toothache.

Negative experience: I’m extremely dissatisfied with my recent root canal treatment. The procedure took much longer than expected, and the recovery was painful, lasting over 10 days. When I returned for the temporary filling, the recovery was just as painful, lasting another week. I was also informed that some metal was left in the root, which was supposed to be harmless, but now, a month later, I’m in the same position, plus in a lot of pain. I was prescribed antibiotics and painkillers and told that extraction might be necessary if it doesn’t resolve. Having had several root canals before, I’ve never experienced this level of pain and discomfort. Beyond the time and money spent, this experience has been a complete disappointment, and I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic last Sept. 2024 to have a tooth filling. But was informed to do (2) teeth beside the one I thought needs fixing - which was okay for me. I was really impressed with the staffs as they are really nice and with the lady doctor as her hand was really light and though she struggled to fix it, it wasn't painful at all. Days after my filling, I have suffered pain and they kept saying it was normal which I know it wasn't. They are asking me to come back to fix it but to know that I will be paying for it again, I didn't came back. I can't risk paying for a service I am not confident with. Weeks after, I still feel discomfort and the pain is really getting worse. I revisited another two clinics to have it checked and surprisingly with the Xray that they took, both clinics told me that the filling wasn't properly done. It was too bad and was labeled "improper procedure" as the dentist who did mine didn't take all the necessary precautions to know the full status of my case before heading to the filling. I happened to ended up removing the filling work they did and with another root canal to fix the service they did which cost me a lot more. Hence, their fee is above average so I thought they will really do good. Reading the reviews, I am happy to know that some are satisfied with them, unfortunately from my end, I was not. I am never coming back to this clinic. Hoping that nothing else feels the same and received the same service I did.

They gave us discounted price for the tooth filling,cleaning and root canal..my husband took the tooth filling first,but un luckily the result was’nt good,they let us come back to fixed it for the 2nd time with the same doctor but nothing change and its become worst..we asked for a refund of the remaining procedure but they said give them again a chance to fix, for the 3rd time we agreed again to do the retouch with their another doctor and still the result is not good,so we go to their branch at BURJUMAN to talk with the manager,but he said we can’t refund anything and they showed us a pricelist of their treatmentexcuse me before we paid the full amount of all the procedures we agreed on the discounted price you’ve given us thats why we paid the full amount of all the procedures and now you are telling us the original pricebeware of them if they said discounted priceWE PAID FOR NOTHING,WE LOST OUR MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!Remember that Karma always give you back what you give to others
