Negative experience: الصراحه تجربتي أنا و صديقتي كانت فاشله عملنا بوتوكس و فلر و إبرة نضاره و لا شي ما زبط اول مرره فحياتي أشوف بوتوكس اعمل المرره الأولى و أعيدو مرره ثانيه و مع ذلك نتيجه فاشله و دفعت 7500عالفاضي الصراحه و كمان الفلر عملت jaw line جهة منفوخه على جهة فرحت فيه شوي اول ما عملتو بعد أسبوعين ثلاث اختفى نهائيا و صديقتي كمان خسارة فلوس

Negative experience: اتصلت وخذت موعد وعطوني معلومات غلط عن المناطق اللي تغطيها الليزر للرجال الفول بدي وطلع مب كل الجسم طبعا على اساس انه عقد الموظفه ومن شروط الموظفه انه ماتسوي ها الاماكن مع انه ها الشي ابدا مو شغلي والمفروض يوصلون المعلومه كامله بدال النكران انهم ماقالوا وعلى حسب اعلانهم الجسم كامل.. ووقت الموعد نكروا انهم قالوا طبعا رغم اني اكدت الشي بنفسي واضطرينا نسوي لانه خلاص موعد الجلسه للاسف.. بس ماراح نكرر التجربه .. تم التواصل معانا والموظفه قاعده تتشكى انه الخدمه صارت من شهرين وليش الحين نعطي ريڤيو وانه العياده انقلبت وانه الشي ياثر عليهم والمضحك انهم مافكروا في الشي لمن تعاملوا معانا بها الطريقه وحطونا قدام الامر الواقع وللعلم يعني احنا راح نتجاهل اي تواصل واتمنى عدم الازعاج ..

Negative experience: كشغل الدكتور جدا جميل صراحه لكن… الي مابيخليني ايي العياده انهم يحطون عروض ومايعرفون شو تفاصيل العرض اتصلت مرتين وكل مره كلام غير…. ومن غير لما اوصل العياده انتظر عشرين ساعه….. وغير هذا تعامل الموظفات عفوي بس ابدا مش بروفشنال حسيت اني فصالون …… وتعامل موظفه الحسابات الي ماكان عندها فكره عن العروض ولا 1% تأليف المره الاولى قالت تمام العرض هذا ولما جبت صديقتي احرجتها بالسعر وقالت لا مب هاذي الماده كنت شاكه وتاكدت ان في عدم تنظيم "العرض نفس البوست ماتغير والسعر وكل شي ونفس الاسبوع"

Fantastic experience: شفت إعلانهم بالصدفة لأنه كنت أبا أسوي جلسة تنظيف بشرة سطحي(hydrafacial) و كنت مترددة بصراحة لكن من طريقة كلامهم معي موظفات الاستقبال و لطافتهم حبيت أجرب أيي العيادة، و بعد الاستشارة ويا المختصة بالبشرة ميسم نصحتني بجلسة النضارة لأنه بشرتي من زمان ما اعتنيت فيها و الحمدلله بشرتي بعد الجلسة على طول كانت لامعة و حلوة و عطتني ماسك ذهب للويه مجاني. و أصلاً شفت زاوية كيوت حقهم فيها ألعاب فلعبت ألعابهم الرمضانية الحلوة و فزت بماسك ذهب للويه بعد. في عروض مناسبة ل قبل العيد و أنصحكم تسيرون عندهم، الأخصائية ما شاء الله عليها تعرف شو البشرة تحتاج حتى قالت لي إنه ويهي ما له داعي أسوي له وايد أشياء و أهم شي عندي المصداقية و بكمل معاهم جلسات معاهم. المكان نظيف و ضيافتهم حلوة. شكراً لأنكم خليتوا يومي و تجربتي جميلة.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is truly exceptional! Dr. Fahad is outstanding—highly professional in recommending the most suitable procedures tailored to individual needs. His assistant, Asallah, is incredibly polite and skilled, creating a calming environment for patients. Anita is absolutely delightful; she took the time to discuss the procedures in detail and helped me plan the best timing for them. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. I would rate them 10/10 and am definitely looking forward to my next visit!

Negative experience: Update: 5 days now no one replied my complaint no one contacted me Worst experience ever, my appointment was 6 pm booking under shimaa ramadan name I came 6 pm sharp I did the registration in 5 minutes they kept me in the waiting area for 1 hour till 7 pm and I informed them twice that Iam busy having another appointment and no response then I decided to leave the clinic and go iam writing my review 8pm and no one noticed that I left the clinic no one call me back to apologize or even explain what happened In addition I booked for facial they are pushing me to see the dentist I apologized several times that I don’t need but still pushing, insisting and embarrassing me.
