Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs. They may market themselves as a “dental spa,” but based on my experience, their practices are unprofessional, unsafe, and exploitative. In February 2025, I visited All Smiles Dental Spa at Al Barsha Mall to inquire about teeth whitening. The dentist assured me they could whiten my teeth and also strongly recommended veneers to close the gap between my front teeth — all supposedly within just two days. I agreed, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The teeth whitening lasted around 20 minutes and was barely effective. When I raised this, the dentist casually told me that a yellowish tint is “normal” for my teeth. The real issue started with the veneers. They placed veneers on my two front teeth, and from the start, I was extremely uncomfortable. The hygiene standards during the procedure were shockingly poor — liquid was constantly dripping from my mouth down my neck and into my clothes, with no effort made to wipe or protect me. The staff seemed poorly trained and completely inattentive to basic patient care. Within three weeks of returning to Australia, I developed a serious infection. I consulted a local dentist and was told the veneers were incorrectly fitted, resulting in both front teeth dying. I had to undergo root canal treatment to fix the damage — an excruciating experience that cost me over $3,000 AUD and three weeks of pain. I cannot overstate how disappointed and angry I am. This clinic’s negligence has caused me physical suffering, emotional stress, and significant financial loss.

Negative experience: They charged me 300DHS just to put back my crown which i had with me which took the doctor 5 minutes to finish and when i asked about a price list they have an old one which ironically doesnt have it included, they dont inform you about the cost before starting just to charge you how much they would like later on and say yes ofcourse this is the fees, avoid this clinic at any cost

Iv had a clean done , & a filling then had went to another appointment after for a consultation with a very high top Dr for composite bonding we scanned my teeth took photos & everything to discuss a plan , he could not believe my teeth had only been cleaned he said there was no way , he said they cant take money off you for that we had the pictures of my teeth on the screen & they definitely didn’t look like they had been cleaned atal. The Dr was saying to kindly ask could they do again so we could start , I went to this place because it’s not as pricey as the Dr’s clinic who does the bonding . Clearly you get what you pay for don’t go cheap , as you will pay twice I should have known this myself .. BUT NO HELP ON THERE END TO RE CLEAN MY TEETH OR REFUND . Horrible morals

Negative experience: The orthodontist is not good at all. I went as an emergency case there to fix my retainer and ended up with a bad treatment and the retainer was replaced improperly. The facility not maintained well and the equipments overall is dirty.
