Positive experience: I recently sought consultation at Prime Care Mussafa for fever and body pain, and I found the physician's approach to be very satisfactory. They inquired about my current condition and any potential underlying causes. However, I did experience a negative aspect, as a lack of staff monitoring resulted in air bubbles entering my body after an injection. It would be beneficial if staff members could be mindful of keeping their conversations, whether official or unofficial, at a lower volume and ensuring patients are not disturbed.

Fantastic experience: I had visited yesterday and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Swaliha at Prime Care Medical Center. She is an excellent doctor – very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Recently, Prime Care has stopped accepting the Daman Enhanced card, which is very disappointing, especially since my doctor is associated with that facility.

Negative experience: Giving it just 2 stars only for the helpful doctors and for their kind behaviour.. other than that the department really has to focus on front desk all three of them (i m not sure how many receptionist are there) we came across prime care as it was easiest and convenient we thought our insurance would cover , although I totally understand dental isn’t covered in many of the insurances. Yet i asked for G.P for consultation because I had left cheek inflammation and i thought there might be a sore i asked for G P and then the G P asked me to visit dental anyhow i took consultation only from dental so i must be paying dental only but the receptionist asked me to pay for dental and GP Somewhere i would say its rules and regulations and it has to be followed but you never know what person is going through and as being part of health team they are supposed to be kind . Concluding it , i would just say the management has to seriously focus on their front desk staff as their r the main role .

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Shahida at Prime Care Medical Center Musaffah for anything related to dental issues. Previously I consulted at Abudhabi for my molar tooth extraction, and they advised me dental surgery to get remove it since it is Implanted with curved roots, and there was chance of breaking roots during procedure. For a second opinion I consulted with Dr. Shahida at Prime care. It was an amazing experience with doctor since she explained everything in a friendly way before the procedure, and doctor extracted it properly and smoothly without any surgery and with proper care of curved roots. It shows her skill and experience in the field and she was very excellent in clearing all our concerns related to dental issues. After the procedure also, it was not hurting much and I got relief from pain within short period of time. Thank you so much Shahida Dr for the excellent care you provided. I was recommended to come to this clinic by my friend Mr. Muhsin, staff at PCMC and Thanking Mr. Muhsin for helping me get through my appointment with ease.

Negative experience: This not medical Center, I am speaking from my experience Yesterday I got fever and my friend took me there but he forgot to take my proofs At that time, he said that he would pay the medicine on his insurance card and pay the doctor's fee in cash, but the 2 women who were there did not even consider him a patient, they were talking about local matters.And how can it have a medical center?

Negative experience: Land Line call not responding. I tried more than 1 hr ( time from 1 pm), no one pickup.

Positive experience: I WENT THERE BEFORE A WEEK AGO, I WAS THERE FOR ROOT CANAL OF MY TOOTH, (COST 500DHS, INSURANCE NOT COVERED) BUT THE THING TO TELL YOU GUYS IS THE TIMING FOR DENTIST IS ONLY TILL 9:00 PM, DO NOT ASSUME FOR 10:00 PM

Negative experience: They don’t have lab facility. So vitamin D test they will charge more.

Positive experience: Nice and clean clinic. Good nurse care, and friendly staffs. Parking available nearby the school and its free, not crowded. Prime location and easy reach as its in mezzanine floor so please use stairs and no need to wait for elevators. But they close the clinic by 10 PM. And there are limited doctors available.
