Negative experience: ذهبت الى العياده لانني اريد وضع حشوة ضوئية وضعتها الطبيبة جيدا و لكنني اخبرتها ان بقايا الحشوة تشكلت حشي خشن الملمس بين السنين فقامت ببرد السن و لكن لا تزال المشكله قائمة أخبرتها بذلك غضبت و تحدثت مع الممرضة باستنكار بلغتها و لا ارى ان هذا اسلوب مهني ان تنتقد مريض بلغتك و انا لم اكن تحت البنج لانها اخبرتني انني لا احتاجه مما يجعل احساسي بهذا البروز حقيقي اخبرتني ان اعود بعد يومين و لانني لم اكن مرتاحة عدت فعلا و اخبرت الطبيب بمشكلتي انني اشعر بعدم راحة بوجود شي بين اسناني و لكنه صمم انه مجرد شعور لشي غريب جديد و قام بمحاولة البرد من الجانب و لكن مشكلتي بين السنتين في الوسط المدهش في الامر أن الطبيبة كانت تقف عند الباب باستنكار لان موقفي كمريضة غريب و لانها ارادت ان تتفرج و تلقي كلمتين مرة اخرى بلغتهاعموما العياده نص نص في مستوى النظافه و المعدات الطبيبة تصرفها غير مهني الطبيب حاول ان يكون لطيف و لكنه لم يستمع لشكوتي الحقيقية و لمشكلتي هل اوصي بهذه العيادة لا و لا يحق لهم انتقادي لانني سارد I went to the clinic because I want to put a light filling that the doctor put well, but I told her that the remains of the filling formed a rough filling between the years, so she cold, but the problem still exists. I told her that. I got angry and talked to the nurse in denouncing her language, and I don't see that this is a professional way to criticize a patient in your language, and I wasn't under the bang because she told me that I don't need it, which makes my feeling of this prominence real. She told me to come back after two days, and because I wasn't comfortable. I really came back and told the doctor about my problem that I feel uncomfortable with something between my teeth, but he designed that it was just a feeling of something strange and he tried to be cold from the side, but my problem between the two years in the amazing environment is that the doctor
When you arrived at the clinic, you specifically requested an Arabic-speaking doctor. We explained that this would require a longer wait, and you agreed to proceed with any available doctor.
The doctor recommended taking an X-ray to ensure everything was in order, but you declined the X-ray at that time.
Our doctor completed your filling without local anesthesia, as the cavity was shallow and you didn’t complain of sensitivity. You were not in pain during the treatment, and the procedure was completed properly.
After the filling, you mentioned a sensation between your teeth. The doctor clearly explained that, as this was a Class 2 filling, a support was used to rebuild the tooth wall — this can sometimes create a temporary feeling of discomfort. Despite this being normal, the doctor polished the area to help. You were advised to monitor it for two days.
When you contacted us again, a different doctor saw you promptly, polished again, and confirmed that everything was clinically fine. You accepted this at the time.
As for your comment regarding the doctor speaking with the nurse: this was your personal interpretation. There was no unprofessional behavior directed at you.
We provided appropriate care at each step and addressed your concerns professionally.

أكمل طبيبنا حشوة أسنانك دون تخدير موضعي، لأن التجويف كان سطحيًا ولم تشتكِ من أي حساسية. لم تشعر بألم أثناء العلاج، وتم الإجراء على أكمل وجه.
بعد الحشوة، ذكرتَ إحساسًا بين أسنانك. أوضح الطبيب بوضوح أنه نظرًا لأن هذه حشوة من الدرجة الثانية، فقد تم استخدام دعامة لإعادة بناء جدار السن - وهذا قد يُسبب أحيانًا شعورًا مؤقتًا بعدم الراحة. على الرغم من أن هذا طبيعي، قام الطبيب بتلميع المنطقة للمساعدة. ونُصحتَ بمراقبة الحالة لمدة يومين.

Negative experience: I never intended to write this review, but my recent experience at a dental office was very disappointing. The dentist performed a filling procedure that was not the one specified on my insurance approval document. I am familiar with that type of filling, and I know it usually does not last long. When I asked the dentist about it, he explained that based on the condition of my teeth, I needed to have that filling done. However, I wasn't comfortable with it because he never informed me about this option before he did the procedure. He only mentioned it after I questioned him. As the doctor, he should have clearly communicated the options to me, especially since my insurance document stated that I was supposed to receive a composite filling. So, I decided to go back for a second visit on April 19 to have the filling redone with a composite material, as it should have been initially. During the procedure, I expressed my concerns about the dentist heating my teeth multiple times, especially since I have veneers. It was uncomfortable, and despite my urging for them to be careful, the dentist brushed it off. He told me that I might contaminate the medication he had kept for me, which I found quite unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, his assistant also hit my upper teeth again while they are working on a side lower tooth. This felt reckless, and there was no acknowledgment or remorse for these mistakes, which only added to my frustration. As I was leaving the office and waiting for my ride, I overheard them talking about me. I felt they were mocking me and discussing my frustration, possibly assuming that I wouldn't hear them.This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, I did not enjoy this experience at all. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this clinic if you're not part of their preferred clientele.

On 15/04/2025, the procedure was clearly explained to you before treatment began, including details about the biocompatible filling material to be used. At that time, your objection was centered on a potential allergic reaction—not the durability of the material, as inaccurately stated in your review.
Although there were no clinical signs of allergy, failure, or complications, you later requested that the filling be replaced. We accommodated your request without hesitation, and the material was replaced on 19/04/2025 as per your preference, not because it was medically required.
It’s important to understand that insurance approvals list "composite fillings" in general terms, but the selection of the specific material used is determined by the treating dentist based on clinical judgment—not by the patient. If you had concerns about allergies, it was your responsibility to communicate this during your consultation or note it in the consent form you signed, which remains on file.
Accusations made without full context—while omitting key facts—are not only unfair but misleading. If you recall the events accurately, you’ll recognize that your concerns were respected and addressed professionally.
Additionally, our team is composed of trained professionals who are committed to patient safety. No staff member would ever intentionally cause harm. If any discomfort occurred during treatment, it was entirely unintentional and not out of neglect or malice.
We respect that you are in the teaching profession. With that comes the responsibility to model fairness and honesty—especially when providing public feedback that can affect others.

Negative experience: I regret visiting this so-called "clinic." It's not a clinic at all, but rather a business focused solely on making money. They lure people in with fake offers and misleading promotions, claiming that consultation is free, but that's where the deception begins. They only perform small, minimal tasks and then surprise you with hidden charges, asking for payment for things that were never made clear upfront. It quickly became apparent that their goal is to trap customers with these "special offers" and then pressure them into paying for unnecessary services. The quality and standards here are non-existent, and the whole experience felt like a scam. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away, save your time and money, and avoid being tricked into falling for their false promises.
We would like to address the concerns raised in your review and provide clarification regarding your recent visit to our clinic.
Firstly it was clearly conveyed to you over the telephonic conversation that the CONSULTATION would be free of cost and any additional investigation (x-ray each) would cost you 50 AED during this promotional period i.e from 10th December 2024 to 10th January 2025.
During today’s consultation, both your wife and child were examined by the doctor. It was clearly communicated to your wife that the consultation itself was free of charge. Regarding the two x-rays, instead of charging the usual 50 AED per x-ray, we offered both for a total of 50 AED, which was paid. The x-ray images have already been shared with the patient.
As you stated that we perform small minimal tasks that is CONSULTATION and DIAGNOSIS, which is utmost important task in our medical profession which helps us in performing proper treatment plan. Surprised to hear from you, talking about quality and standards being non-existent solely in the context of an x-ray or check up.
We believe that all relevant details regarding our promotions, charges, and services were transparently communicated during our phone conversations. The accusations made in your review do not align with the services we provided, as we did not share any false information. This platform has become an easy access for accusing, defaming and degrading the organizations posting false accusations for granted, taking undue advantage of it.
We understand that you may have expected all treatments to be free of charge. However, it’s important to clarify that, we offer free consultations during specific hours. Additional services such as x-rays or treatments, do incur charges.
We must also point out that defamatory statements, if made, may lead to legal action to protect our clinic’s reputation.

Fantastic experience: Recently, I visited Lotus Dental Clinic for a root canal treatment with a crown. The overall experience was excellent. My tooth was broken on the tongue side, making the procedure complex due to limited access. Despite past bad experiences with dentists, Lotus made me comfortable and handled the situation smoothly. Dr. Sahal Faraz is experienced, polite, humble, and patient. Special thanks to Dr. Sahal Faraz for performing the procedure perfectly. The back-end team and supporting staff were also excellent and humble. Appointments: There were no complications with appointments, and the team followed up periodically. However, it’s best to book early as their schedule is always busy. Coordination was good, and even the LAB team for the crown was ready ahead of time. Insurance: The team handled the process smoothly without any delays or obstructions. Overall, my experience with the clinic was wonderful. The entire team is experienced, humble, and professional. The clinic atmosphere is well-maintained. I also had a consultation with Dr. Sethna, who is quite impressive.

Negative experience: On 6 August 2024, I visited Lotus Dental Clinic and had a consultation about my teeth restoration. Dr. Faraz told me that they will get back to me a.s.a.p. for quotation. The clinic staff called me after 4 days to tell me that they will call again after 2 days as the medical doctor was away on leave. Until now, I haven't heard anything from them. I don't recommend them to anyone. There are other dental clinics in Dubai who can provide quality services.

We apologise that your visit didn't meet your expectations .Regarding your concern , the Doctor clearly informed you that it could be fairly discussed on your concern only once the Director is back . And the front desk team of ours was constantly in touch with you updating the Director's return and your concern.
Firstly to be clear on your statement it wasn't a tooth restoration , if it was we could have done it right away without any further delay. Unfortunately it was a complex treatment plan which included crowns/ multiple crowns (11) with 4- 6 removable teeth which would have cost you a bit. As you said your insurance had a limit of AED 2700 which was gonna expire by this month end in which AED 700 was consumed at a different facility . And you wanted us to deal with this in an illegal and unethical way to accommodate your treatment which was denied , we feel that this was the only reason for your dissatisfaction towards us Sorry to say this but we need to be clear and transparent on our stand as we strictly adhere to the DHA rules and the Insurance policies.

Negative experience: I visited there for my wife tooth extraction on starting of July . Dr who done treatment and procedure don’t have patience and she extract the tooth before feeling numbness . Despite my frustration with the major names in the field, Lotus Dental Clinic came through after a quick Google search highlighted glowing reviews for Dr. Faraz and Dr. Sushma. Despite it being Eid, the team at Lotus Dental Clinic was incredibly accommodating. They provided me with a consultation immediately and devised a comprehensive plan for the extraction the following day. Considering I lacked dental insurance coverage, I found their pricing very reasonable, without compromising on the quality of care or post-procedure attention. Dr. Faraz consulted with me initially, and Dr. Sushma performed the extraction. She was exceptionally patient, reassuring me throughout the process and explaining each step clearly. Despite my fear of injections, she and her team handled everything with gentle expertise, ensuring the extraction went smoothly and without undue stress. The aftercare has been excellent, with minimal swelling, and I greatly appreciated the follow-up call from the team to check on my recovery progress. This level of personal care and professionalism stands in stark contrast to my previous experiences with larger clinics more concerned with insurance policies than patient well-being. Fantastic experience: I visited this neighbourhood clinic due to severe pain and Dr.Sushma was too good to immediately find the trouble and she did a re-root canal. She is an expertise in what she does and is very gentle and understanding. My daughter too had a tooth issue which was also treated well and I was happy to see the way they took care of kid-patients too. The staffs here are good too and price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

I had to do root canal and Dr. Sushma did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to us (with my wife). They explained very well what was going on. Negative experience: Been to the clinic for teeth filling,spent around 450aed at the beginning. Within weeks the filling chips off. Went again after 10days thinking they would consider the chip off & refill for free.. but again paid 250aed..refilling Chips off again in 3weeks..worst experience ever.. sorry for being harsh but I would never visit again & would never recommend this dental clinic...
Extremely sorry and sad to hear this from you. It's very unfortunate as these things happen very seldom. When we checked with the clinic records, your first visit was on 17/09/2022 and the amount paid was 400 AED and not 450 as mentioned which was paid against the Consultation, x - rays and restoration/ fillings of 2 teeth and not one.( 1st molar & 2nd molar on the right lower teeth ).It was clearly advised by
Dr. Faraz based on the location of the cavity that the filling is more susceptible for fracture and was bound to chip off, so the doctor particularly mentioned to get a crown/cap done on that tooth/teeth if the fillings fracture/chips off repeatedly. And your second and last visit was on 31/10/2022 for the same, which was only 50 AED as co pay. It states that your filling chipped off after 3 weeks which was supposed to be mid of November 2022 , which didn't come to our notice until 31/01/2023 with your recent comment. Sorry to say this but we strive to be more Ethical , honest and transparent when it comes to the treatment and request all our patients to be the same.

Fantastic experience: After reading many google reviews about this clinic, I had decided to go for a consultation with Dr. Sushma. I always prefer doctors who are gentle, polite and explain the procedures and problems up to the smallest details. And that is what Dr. Sushma did. She was kind and I was very happy with my treatment too. I did a cleaning (scaling & polishing) and 1 filling. I believe that their prices are also reasonable plus my insurance was covered here too!

Negative experience: The clinic is beautiful and modern but they are exploitative in terms of nerve treatment for one session costs 400 dirhams and there is a registration fee of 100 dirhams, while most dental clinics cost it does not exceed 400 dirhams for the full treatment of nerve

Negative experience: Inexperienced dentist- never go to young dentists- unless you want to be an experiment Does not know different between deposits of calculus/plaque and normal discoloration Claimed that there were deposits everywhere but every time I rinsed, I would see the water clear and no feeling of crumbs/rocks/deposits in my mouth Scaled off discoloration instead which previous elderly experienced dentists since 2 decades would never scale/drill off since it is is just discolored enamel now I have holes and indents in places of discoloration these holes and indents are fresh so are the color of enamel but without extra care on my part are ready for caries/cavities, thanks a lot!
