9 months ago Fantastic experience: After another clinic in sharjah couldnt find the issue of long lasting gum and teeth pain and fear regarding fixing this issue. We went to Dr. Sruthi and she found all the issues root canal fillings etc and resolved them Alhamdulillah. She and the nurse were very nice, the clinic is clean and calm

9 months ago Fantastic experience: I visited roots clinic for tooth pain after chech up by doctor she said my wisdom tooth has been decayed and to be removed. Early in India I got removed another wisdom tooth but still scared but doctor and staff made me comfortable and all the staff are nice and friendly. 11 months ago Fantastic experience: I normally avoid dental clinics because of past experiences where I felt rushed or judged, even after explaining my concerns. But Roots Medical Centre completely changed my perception, this is by far one of the best dental clinics I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The receptionist Ms.Julia was incredibly warm and helpful, greeting me with a smile and staying in touch even after my treatment to make sure I was doing well, a gesture that truly stands out. Dr. Lara Begerlin was my dentist, and I cannot thank her enough. She was exceptionally kind, patient, and gentle throughout the procedure. I never felt any pain during the treatment, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time, even allowing me to rest and close my mouth when I needed a break. That level of empathy and care is something you rarely see. At Roots Medical Centre, there is no judgment, only calm professional care. 11 months ago Fantastic experience: Hello I recently started having tooth issues until it came to the point where I had to do a Root Canal treatment. This is where Roots Medical Centre came in. They have well experienced and kind doctors, nurses and staffs. I had to go through Scaling and Root Canal in 3 sittings. At first I was scared and shook but with the enthusiasm of Dr Sruthi and Dr Lara, I was able to pull through. Also got frequent reminders during the day of the appointments by the kind receptionist Ms. Julia. Now my problem is solved. Overall had a good experience. I highly recommend Roots Medical centre . My daughter’s root dental issue became quite complicated, so I visited several other top and well-reputed dental clinics. However, I was not fully convinced by their treatment plans. Fortunately, when we visited the lesser-known Roots Dental, my wife and I were immediately impressed by Dr. Sruthi's detailed planning and knowledge. She began the procedures, and with time and care, she successfully completed the entire treatment journey. Alhamdulillah, my daughter’s tooth issue was properly treated by Dr. Sruthi.
