Negative experience: Very Disappointed — Unprofessional and Careless Treatment I deeply regret taking my son to this clinic. His experience with Dr. Banna was terrible — he was aggressive, disrespectful, and treated my son harshly, even yelling at him when a bracket broke, despite us returning with payment. No child should be made to feel scared during a dental visit. After switching to Dr. Salas, the experience unfortunately did not improve. She was careless with my son’s treatment, ignored his poor oral hygiene without giving any guidance, and failed to address developing gingivitis. Worst of all, she made his top teeth shorter and the final result looked awful. No attention was paid to aesthetics or long-term oral health — only rushing treatment for money. This clinic clearly prioritizes profit over patient care. They showed no empathy, no professionalism, and no accountability. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially for children.

thank you for your evaluation, however as no names are mentioned we cannot verify who we are talking about. the fact i yielded at your son that means he or she repeatedly got their braces off which will affect the treatment progress.
i believe instead of critisizing doctors, parents should talk to their kids and educate them to respect their braces and their doctors.
Our patients know that we are not profit oriented clinic.
Finally, I apologize for any psychological damage we caused. We love our patients and we care about them, but patients should care about themselves.

Most of the doctors wanted to remove the tooth without pulling the permanent tooth to its place, but the only doctor who helped me with my problem and pulled the permanent tooth to its correct place and with orthodontic treatment. I was greeted with a beautiful white smile by Hadeel. They both made me feel comfortable. I was seen to very quickly. The star today was Dr Rayan, she really made me feel good about the procedure. And she gave me the best option for my teeth. I am so happy with the results. She got the colour perfectly matched. A splendid job! I can't believe how great it turned out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ♥️
