Fantastic experience: Recently had my Lumineers done by Dr. Hythem at Bright White Dental Centre in Dubai and was absolutely thrilled with the results! The entire process took 6 days, from the initial consultation to the final appointment, and Dr. Hythem was incredibly professional and thorough. He addressed all my questions and was flexible with my schedule. The procedure was smooth and mostly painless and most of all, my new smile looks and feels natural. Highly recommend both him and the clinic's staff!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I done veneers with Dr Haytham, I can’t thank him enough . I’m absolutely in love with them. Even thou it took me some time to finished it as there was few complications, as I have crowns and the color was not matching the veneers , but doctor requested his technician to change till it was absolutely perfect. My husband had it easy and was done within two and half weeks got his beautiful teeth. For me it was longer but it was worth. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Haytham. He is very patient , professional and super friendly. I also can’t thank enough April who is his receptionist, she is well qualified, has excellent customer service . Fantastic experience: Dr hythem is one of a kind .. so professional, knowledgeable and caring for his patients. He is so understanding and has a lot of patience. My family has been treated by Dr Hythem for the past few years ..root canal, fillings ,extraction, implants, teeth whitening and cleaning and he did a great job in all fields and we couldn’t be happier ! He deals perfectly with kids as well , and my kids love him! The clinic is so clean. The nurses, reception and administrative team are so helpful, friendly and organised especially April. I always recommend Dr Hythem to my friends as he has made the dentist’s visit a pleasant experience. My daughter sees Dr Hyder (orthodontist) at bright white as well and he’s is so skilled , patient and very professional. Thank you bright white team simply the best!

Negative experience: I absolutely hate having to write this review but I truly hope this causes you and your team to reflect and consider doing things differently. It's an honor to have patients give you trust and grace to have a talent to serve them well. Booking 2 patients at the same time with you running back often exhausted means lots of errors. Dedicate the time to one patient at a time. It is what caused me now having to rip out all your work. If you do bridge work and your client comes 3 times due to extreme pain, you need to rip it out b/c since something is clearly wrong. Numbing the pain with a root canal on an infected area and cladding it up, not healed, now means a huge infection to my face all the way to my eye. 10+ medical doctor visits, MRIs with every imaginable eye test done and I am struggling. Truly grace on you all and all the patients mouths you touch that they never experience what I am going through. Stop, reflect, slow down and serve your customers one at a time and well.

Negative experience: Pretty unprofessional clinic, booked for a 1:30 and was kept waiting until 2pm. When I came to leave they asked me “why? We only need 2 more minutes” and it turned out they’ve booked multiple patients at the same time slot - when we arrived for our 1:30 already there was a patient waiting for their 1:30 appointment ahead of us.

Negative experience: Worst expirience in my life ..I ve done root canal long time ago ..i usually dont write review ..but this time i have to ..now finally i fixed my root canal ..but temporary..The Egyptian doctor ..i forgot his name did my root canal in a wrong way and direction ..I visited few doctors, no one wanted to "fix" what this doctor did.. Very expensive, and he dont know what he is doing..

Fantastic experience: Worst experience was always going to a dentist, i have been to a lot of dentist before but this time was the best ever. Everything was just perfect , Dr haytham was the most talented doctor i have ever seen , i was suffering from a tooth pain and dr huthem he did the root canal for me , i was afraid before when i was hearing about the root canal procedure but with Dr Haytham i didn’t suffer from any pain and everything was just perfect, i didn’t even feel his injection or the needle while he gave it to me and i felt no pain at all. He was very understanding towards my fear and my worries and he explained the whole issue in details and he was so patient with me , Everything was just smooth and i was happy that he relieved all my pain , My advice To everyone is to go there and i would recommend this clinic and Dr haytham to everyone because he is just the best.

Fantastic experience: i came for a second opinion as i have severe pain on my teeth, Dr. Hythem was beyond amazing and so professional and he found out the main issue within my teeth and save my teeth from being extracted Dr. Hythem was so patient with me taking all the time and effort to explain to me my situation and he promised to save my tooth, regardless the other doctor said that there is no hope After the first appointment the pain was totally gone and i felt so much relieved, it took him 3 visits to reconstruct and save my tooth after doing for me a retreatment for the root canal. Now, after the treatment is totally finished i feel so much relieved and as if nothing happened for this tooth before . i totally recommend this clinic for everyone, and i am so grateful to find a doctor like Dr. Hythem Abdellatif

Negative experience: Worst experience in my life. I was assisted by Dr. Haytham who was doing for me root canal treatment and broke the instrument inside the root canal because he was assisting two patients in one time that is why he was in a hurry and no explanation what is going on at all. After second visit i felt there is something wrong and i visited another doctor where they did X-ray for me and i found out that inside my canal i have broken instrument. it took 3 visits to take it out with edodontist.i will never new about it if i didn't check with another doctor and the future can cost me to lost my tooth. As a doctor he doesn't care about patient because he new that he broke the instrument and new that i will safer from terrible pain. My advice never visit this clinic if you really care about you teeth.
