Negative experience: Worst customer service. we went there for 2 days in a row. The appointment is just a joke here, made us wait 1hr despite having appointment. They didnot even bother to follow up with the insurance company for approval and they said approval is taking time so come tomorrow. We have a good insurance and it's usually approved instantly.

Fantastic experience: I needed filling for my upper incisors which I had done much earlier elsewhere and wasn’t very convinced. I am thoroughly impressed by Dr Diwakar’s expert advice and skill. He takes perticular care of hygiene and aseptic precautions .i have had a painless experience and am very happy about the outcome aesthetically too. Negative experience: Poor customer service, poor approach. They refused my insurance provider upon calling my insurance they confirm that Hamdan Medical center is still part of the network. No request log seen as per my insurance company, this clinic doesn't bother reaching out.

I have done my tooth fillings and root canal procedures with Dr. Diwakar, it was amazing. Also as a gynecologist Dr. Mary helped me a lot. I highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Doctor knew I had breathing issues and my teeth could gap because of it. He only installed permanent retainers in the bottom teeth and said it’s not possible to do the upper one. Now I have to pay for braces all over again when it could’ve easily been avoided if they’ve fulfilled my request. Didn’t explain that teeth may have white residues after braces and didn’t bother to explain how to clean it. He didn’t bother at all during the last days of me getting braces to explain anything. I was a paying customer and he took me lightly. Im extremely disappointed especially after visiting another doctor who pointed in details everything and made everything clear to me and tried to explain my options instead of brushing me off as another check to get.
